Kaos had a modern sleek look. The rooms are well-designed. The lobby is clean and fresh. The outdoor space is large and lovely. Drinks on the balcony watching the sun go down is a highlight. But, things do not work all that well. The Internet is very spotty. The room refrigerator leaked and the bathroom appliances did not open and close properly. Television did work without daily support. We felt like pests constantly calling the management to repair one thing or another and least one manager ... Read more

Outdoor space was well kept and very beautiful. No sign of a beach though. Friendly service by all the staff especially in the restaurant. Breakfasts were varied and plentiful. The large number in our group meant long waits for food in the evening. Stay spoilt somewhat by badly designed bedroom with towel rail hanging directly over toilet; window wouldn't open properly because of bedroom side cabinet; to hang clothes in wardrobe we needed a rail with a hook as the cupboards were above our heads;... We stayed in the newer part of this hotel. Our room was very comfortable with distant sea views from the balcony. The swimming pool area is lovely and child-friendly. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food, whilst not haute cuisine, was very acceptable. Two minor niggles - the room safe defied all attempts to work until personal instructions were received from reception, and the evening musical entertainment in the bar was not to my taste. However, it was possible to enjoy a qu... Read more

The hotel was booked by the travel agency but it was a really pleasant surprise! Modern, up-to-date, comfortable, well designed, great rooms, super bathroom, great breakfast. Unfortunately it was for one night only and we didn't get to use the XL pool or other facilities. I would definitely re-visit!

We stayed here for three nights as part of a group touring Sicily. Our room was on the first floor and was reached by several flights of stairs. The bed was huge and comfortable. We had a small balcony with views of the sea. Free safe. Loads of cupboard space. Nice spacious bathroom with two showers, one overhead and the other on the wall. We had half board, the breakfasts were very good and the dinners were nice. The hotel has a card system which you use to pay for drinks etc and gives a runnin... Read more

Plus points are that the hotel is modern and clean with an very large excellent pool. Reception area is smart and large with helpful staff. The Hotel runs a number of activities throughout the day (e.g. aqua-robics, kids entertainer, music (singer) in the evening). On the minus side, the hotel is in a isolated spot, with no walking access to the beach or any nearby town, so you need a car to get anywhere. We felt a little constrained by this. The hotel is geared for Italian tourists, with no effo... Read more

We stayed at the Kaos for 3 nights as part of an organised tour of Sicily. Upon arrival around 2.30 ish quite a number of our party found that their rooms were not ready and some had to wait 2 hours before gaining access. We were fortunate. The room was large enough, basic but ok. The shower cubicle door was hanging off, fixed it. The toilet seat was insecure but did not carry any tools with me s could not fix. No hot water. Reported these to reception. Was told that hot water would take 10 minut... Read more

Stayed here as part of a tour group. Rooms were adequately sized, functional and clean. All rooms have a balcony but the views are variable - unlucky if you get the car-park. There is a nice pool and the grounds are quite extensive. There is music on the patio summer evenings. Some people seemed to find this a bother, but I was just around the corner and heard nothing to disturb. Food was pretty good with reasonable choice of mains and lots of anipasti starters as a buffet.

Decent hotel in terms of room itself with small balcony and 1 chair. Impossible Internet. Unbelievable that hotel would charge for towels. Safe not working. Dinner certainly not worth expense. Isolated location so without a car you are trapped. No access to ocean. Reception staff has no clue about customer service. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is clean but the rooms are maybe not up to the standard that you would expect by looking at the pictures. Our bathroom was large but not very functional, no shelves where to put your stuff. We also had a small terrace. The swimming pool is nice. We had dinner at the hotel, food was excellent with a rich buffet also including typical Sicilian dishes
