Best thing about this hotel: free drinks!!! Next best thing: very near the Sea/Lake of Galilee. There are many nice things to say about this hotel. i like the fact that the lobby is spacious. Our room was not so much spacious, not cramped either. A little right for 2 people. They were clean, as well as the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The food choices in the buffet are good. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating. What I can't understand about this hotel are the elevator sys... Read more

I loved staying here! The hotel room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean, very well organized. Drinks, even wine were free. One can go for a nice walk in the evening, feeling completely safe. The view from our room to the Sea of Galilee was breathtaking.

Had a lovely stay at Leonardo Club Hotel in Tiberias. Our room was neat and offered a small balcony which had a nice view of the Sea of Galilee and also within walking distance to the main port. A large Resort type hotel which offers a variety of activities and facilities for children, so families will enjoy this hotel. The Restaurant offered three daily buffets, it might be worth looking at their full and half board room rate options. Live entertainment is provided in the evenings in the lounge... Read more

This is our honest review of our recent stay: I can't even begin to explain how horrified we were by our entire experience at the Leonardo Club in Tiberias. As American travelers we were disgusted by the terrible condition of the rooms (very stained carpets, uncomfortable beds, old rickety furniture, towel racks hanging off of the wall, taps not properly working, mysterious red stains on tiles, etc)...the all-you-can-eat food buffet is a joke...it felt more like a gathering of raccoons around a... Let me tell you about my familys experiance at leonardo club resort hotel in tiberias. I am an avid traveler and travel on business and pleasure over 300 days a year. When we arrived at the hotel there was a mix up on our reservation for our stay after a couple of unprofessional staff who gave us a little run around the duty manager came.( mr jonathan abu karat) . He was extreamly welcoming and professional and turned a negeative situation into a wonderful stay for us. At first i was about to j... Read more

Well... I'm going to try to be as fair as possible. But so this doesn't get lost in the post do not go here unless you are coming as a family with small kids. The hotel is completely geared towards families and all entertainment and extras are for young kids. This is not a negative and in fact for some people a positive but you should be aware of this when booking. Something they don't tell you. With that disclaimer here is my honest review. My wife and I were looking for an all inclusive in... Read more

Let me just start by saying that I am writing this review after leaving a constructive criticism to the hotel management... (Not sure if they read it). I am israeli who lives in US for 20 years, but what I saw at this hotel was just insane. My review- 1. I would like to start by saying that the people who work at the hotel were actually nice. They could have been more willing to help and ask if anything is needed but I guess this is not a 5 start hotel. 2. We got to the hotel and it was very ... Read more

The hotel is beautiful and great! The manager Jonathan was one of a kind, really giving us the VIP treatment and making our stay even better then what it was already. Thank you! The hotel is great for families with kids, the pool is awesome, it has water slides that you can go down with your young children and the older children can go down themselves. The food is great, lots to choose from, drinks are no limits and always available. The young lady who checked us in Answar i think her name was, ... Read more

Hard story, me and my wife are allergic to dust, upon any booking we make we notice that in front of the Hotel and most of the Hotels threat us right and clean the room very well. This is different story. When we arrived the room was in real mess, even the sheets were dirty. After waiting for about two hours (we checked in about 19:00) someone came to clean the room and told us to come back in two hours. Well when we back at 21:00 the room was same as we left: Dirty sheets, Loads of dust in the ... Read more

Does not worth the money. Terrible food terrible service. Were there 2 days and it was enough. The breakfast was poor and so was lunch and dinner. Came out hungry each time. Around the pool so much garbage no one is cleaning the drinks and food people bring. Waste of money.

Stayed 1 night between Friday and Saturday with my girlfriend. At first glance, since it was crowded, we thought that it will be noisy, but eventually, it was just great, we had a super time, the food was good, the service is outstanding and you can keep your wallet at home, while it is all inclusive, I will come back. for sure, this time with my kids.

We spent three nights at the Leonardo Club Plaza on our latest trip to Israel. The rooms and the service were all excellent. Breakfast and dinner were superb! We had 19 people in our group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. The manager personally saw that our needs were taken care of. I can truly highly recommend the Leonardo Club Plaza to anyone staying in the Tiberius area.

We really enjoyed being right by the Sea of Galilee. Great strolls at night by the water and close to shops on the main road. We came during a holiday for the Muslims and they had taken over the hotel - literally. But the staff was accommodating and helpful.

Location accessible. Hotel Staffs very hospitable and efficient. Rooms clean with nice view of Sea of Gailee. Variety of food is acceptable to Asian likings. Very impressed with Duty Mgr Jonathan in handling matters across. :) Will not hesitate to recommend family and friends to this hotel! Thumbs Up!!

I've just returned from my stay at Leonardo Club Tiberias. Upon arrival (at 15:00) we've been waiting for our room for 2 hours! After a scandal I've got the room: toilet flush too weak, shelf door stuck, the view to the dirty street. Highly anticipated by my kids watershoots also happened to be poor - small, short, with a weak water pressure. Lunch was also poor. "All inclusive" means tea, coffee, soft drinks, alcohol - without limitation. Once a day ice cream and once a day some kind of cake. ... Read more

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of our Holy Land Tour. The place was swarm with people but we were able to check-in without any problem, so that's a good thing. Rooms look tired and worn-out and in need of serious renovation. Positive: - Unlimited Wine and Beer available so this is really a plus! - Staff/Waiters on the buffet restaurant are very accommodating and quick to act for any special request. This is even though there are lots of people during our stay. - Food on the buffet re... Read more

Stayed 2nd time. Last time in 2013. It was not the best experience. But major renovations have been made since then - state of the art elevators, better eating areas and cleaner rooms. Great that soft drinks, spirits and coffee are free flow. Free calls any where in the world - only on Lan Line. Meals, however, breakfast and dinner are not very creative. Same buffet menu almost every day. That's the only downside if any. Otherwise, a good hotel to consider.
