The Yamit Park Plaza is located approximately 20 miles from Ben-Gurion International Airport, facing Tel Aviv's famous beach promenade overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is within walking distance from the old city of Jaffa.

Hotel amenities include the lobby lounge and bar, 24-hour reception desk and cashier, breakfast room, free underground parking, daily maid and linen services, room service, a swimming pool, a sun deck overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, babysitting, doctor on call, and a health and fitness center (entrance fee).
