We spent a week at this beach front hotel. Room was good. Bed was very comfortable. We had drinks during happy hour at the bar. It had a fantastic view of the sea. The buffet breakfast was a great value. Lots of good food with many choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We are already planning a return trip.

I recently vacationed in Tel Aviv with my girlfriend. The location, rooms, staff, business lounge, and proximity to sites and transportation are excellent. As an SPG Platinum member, I truly enjoyed my daily morning interactions with Tarek, the chef in the business lounge. He is a genuine and pleasant individual; a great asset to the Sheraton Tel Aviv employee staff. I look forward to coming back in the near future.

8 night stay on Club level to celebrate our anniversary. Everything and everyone was excellent. Club staff were among the best we've ever experienced (have stayed at Starwood hotels all over USA, Europe, Central & South America). Chef Tarek made wonderful omelettes & shakshuka (better than many restaurants I've tried) for breakfast. Beautiful beach just across the street. All in all, a great stay.

Stayed here 2 days on business and really enjoyed it. Can't wait to return very soon (hopefully). Everyone was so pleasant, right near a stunning stretch of beach. Just wished I got a room with a sea view. There's a lot of more expensive hotels around but this has got to be one of the best in my opinion

Up to the Sheraton standards, this hotel offers a great experience. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and with a nice view to the ocean. The beach is a few meters away (although maybe not the best spot as there are signs prohibiting swimming, which are ignored...). Service, staff, amenities, facilities, all great.

What a nice way to end a tour in Israel. We booked the 2nights w second at 40% off and worth going for the full ocean view room. Comfortably sized regular rooms and the club floor has a lounge with 3 outdoor tables covered but overlooking the ocean, marina and boardwalk below. Walkable to many great restaurants and good food on property. I have stayed at the Sheraton for years and this stay was the best. We had three rooms on the newly renovated executive floor. They have done a great job. New hardwood floors and a totally redesigned bathroom are terrific. The pool area redone is great. Israeli hotels are known for their wonderful breakfasts, this hotel is one of the best. If you are in a business trip, then the Sheraton is great: very comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, strong powerful showers, very quiet rooms, amazing views. However, for a beach holiday it's not so great. You have to cross a service type road and manoeuvre heavy traffic in order to actually get to the beach, and once there, there are no concessions or anything like that for hotel guests. It's just a public beach - a nice one though, with plenty of lovely lively bars and places for an authentic... Read more

Headed by Mazal who is always gracious and helpful, the 18th floor staff makes you feel like a valued guest. 5 stars? Maybe in the 1970s. About the last time the rooms were updated by the looks of things. The hotel is in great need of updating, especially if it wants to charge the rates it charges. Very dated. Service is hit and miss. Sad to say because Tel Aviv is one of my favourite cities in the world. But not this Sheraton. I've stayed in other Sheraton Hotels and this one sadly is not one of the chain's best.

I was very positively surprised by this hotel. I had the impression that it was going to be an old (built in the 70's) hotel with very little money put into renovations, but was amazed at how nice the hotel has been kept. And I'm not referring to the rooms, that are refurbished (but in a cheap way) and are small, but more to the unfriendly and incompetent staff. starting with the bellman, that was unable to order or get us cabs and spoke no or bad English, to the receptionist, that instead of welcoming us, was telling us what is not possible. but worst of all was the lady (I think her name was Natalie) that wa... The Sheraton Tel Aviv on Hayarkon Street is a great location right at the beach. Spectacular view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea from every room. The super Israeli breakfast buffet in the KumKum Restaurant is a great start of the day. The hotel is a great base to tour all over Israel and a good location if you conduct business in this country. It is safe and overs all amenities of a 4 star hotel.

I was upgraded from a Premiere Suite to the Ambassador's suite (2nd best on the property) so of course my room was lovely with a nice terrace and 20th story view. Beyond my room, I thought the club offered better food than I'm used to seeing at Sheratons. The Olive Tree restaurant was excellent. The gym might not be spanking new but it is one of the better hotel gyms in the country and was better than I usually see in a Sheraton and I was happy with it (and there is water in the gym but you have... Did not stay at the hotel but joined them for breakfast daily. Israeli breakfasts are memorable. They served multiple choices of smoked fish, lovely fresh vegetables and salads, a variety of breads, breakfast pastries which included cheese cake, various types of spreads such as hummus, eggplant etc. The fruit was wonderful particularly the persimmons and green tasty oranges. Omelets made to order(Just remember though, that on the sabbath you probably wont get anything that requires cooking e... Read more

I have stayed at the Tel Aviv Sheraton at least twenty times and I can confidently say this hotel has never disappointed me in the least . Its Management , its Guest Relation Management ( Mazal ) and the Club Staff ( Noam , Tatiana , Karen , Isaac ) go out of their way in order to attend to a guest's needs to the best of their possibility . Each member of the Staff is friendly and welcoming without ever compromising the sense of Hotel Professionalism . From the moment one steps in , the porters ... Read more

I always stay at the Sheraton when I am in Tel Aviv and this last time exceeded my expectations. The front desk is always friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Thanks to Tania. I am a preferred guest and stay on the club floor and this time was surprisingly upgraded to an Ambassador suite. The hospitality on the club floor and lounge makes you feel welcome and at home especially when they remember you from past stays. Got a warm welcome from Noam who is professional as well as warm and welcom... Read more

Sheraton in Tel Aviv is right at the beach. Its very luxurious, with a staff that's warm and caring. Take a room that faces the pool, and you will have a lovely view. Staff here is always eager to help. It is close to some very good restaurants.

I celebrated my b-day last week at the restaurant located at Sheraton Hotel with outstanding view. Food was well prepared and the presentation of it was very good! The chocolate cake was the best part of our evening :) Thank you Valeria, Dong and Jimmy for making it a memorable birthday evening!

My wife recently stayed there recently from 12th November to 20th November and would comment as follows: 1) arriving on a Saturday was a little chaotic at reception but when we got to the executive floor, the staff there were very helpful. But on the way up and having to wait ages for the elevator, it broke down and we were stuck with 6 other people in the lift but fortunately only a couple of minutes. 2) we asked for a sea view but were given a room at the back initially but the staff changed ... We had an amazing experience at The Sheraton Tel Aviv. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We especially want to acknowledge Tania at the reception desk. She helped us with our booking through SPG and we truly appreciate it.
