I arrived late and was given a room in the 1st floor overlooking the street. No sleep, very noise all night particulary early morning. The next night (people working there is very nice) they change me room, 3rd floor, horrible view, close to the elevator. This is not a hotel for business, rooms very small, very old, average breakfast... I normally stay in Intercontinental but trying different boutique hotels. This is not a boutique hotel (Mendeli hotel is much nicer as example). Anyway, I ... Read more

Good location right across the street from a park and the beach and the Hilton. Evening Happy Hour from 5-7 pm was quite good with red and white wine (self service) and numerous food items. On a Friday night the central A/C was out of service and staff made no attempt to have it repaired. We were offered fans. As we were checking out on Saturday, we do not know how long it took to be repaired. Not he kind of service we expected, as we have traveled a lot in our lifetimes and are not looking ... Read more

I've stayed here several times over the last 5 years. The location opposite the ocean, the beaches, and a large park, within walking distance of the new port restaurants and shopping, and the activity of Diezengoff street is excellent. Although the rooms are very small, (compared to North America) the amenities, and the staff make up for it. Front desk staff are extremely pleasant and could not be more helpful. Breakfasts are great as are the serving staff. The only negatives we experienced on o... Read more

Another comfortable stay at the Melody Hotel! It??s our third visit and we chose it again for a variety of reasons: the location is great, just across the street from a park and the beach and its an easy walk or short taxi ride to places around the city; the morning breakfast buffet and cooked to order eggs upon request and afternoon happy hour with quality snacks; the rooftop terrace and views of the Mediterranean; the helpful staff; the clean and spacious junior suite; high speed wi-fi. The Melody enjoys a prime location close to the beach and across from a lovely park. The hotel prides itself on being a boutique, and I enjoyed the gorgeous views from the roof deck, the nice breakfast selection, and the daily happy hour/tea time. The staff was friendly and helpful - arranging taxis and providing detailed directions However, during my 4 day stay, I do not feel that my room was cleaned properly. There were hairs in the bathroom - not mine - upon arrival. The daily make-up se... Read more

We loved everything about this hotel! The location, staff, and complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a prime spot for going out and trips to the beach. We definitely hope to stay again in the future. Also, if there is cheesecake at breakfast don't skip, it's some of the best I've ever tried.

Stayed for 2 nights. Helpful reception staff and a spacious, comfortable room. We had a view to the beachfront and didn't notice any traffic noise. An excellent breakfast is provided, but the very big plus is the happy hour. After a busy day exploring there are a range of snacks available and this may save you having to go to dinner if you are tired or have an early start. Pair this with a lovely glass or two of wine and you can have a pleasant evening here. The hotel is well located with easy a... Read more

The Melody is my favorite boutique hotel in Tel Aviv. The Atlas chain prepares its staff very thoroughly -- English speakers, friendly, professional, esp Vardit at the Melody and Ofer Halpern and, in the past, Oded. Rooms are always clean and well designed for comfort and attractiveness. Even the cleaners are friendly. The breakfast buffet is just delicious and beautiful, as is the afternoon wine/tea/snacks. Free Wifi in the rooms and computers in the lobby are a bonus. It is nice to be re... Read more

Our stay started badly, we arrived by car when to find a full parking (6 places only) depite internet mentioning free parking. Furthermore we were not happy with the room. The receptionist promised us to leave a note for the next day so that we might get a better room (more modern). Indeed she did that and a friendly member of staff was already aware of the situation, moved us to the new room and also informed us he kept a place for our car on the hotel parking. First night the room was quite loud at night (1st floor, main-street side), second night same floor but side street absolutely ok. Breakfast room quite crowded when fully booked. Breakfast variety very good. All personnel very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and shops in close walking distance. Also quite close to the beach. In summary: recommendable, would like to come again

I have been to this hotel for seven years and always come back. For me this place is better than going to mu family or friends. Their breakfast buffet is FABULOUS as well as their HAPPY HOUR. Once you've had the Happy Hour, you dont need to dine anymore. All the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful.

Melody Hotel has an awesome location -- I'd much rather skip the Hilton and walk back one block to a more intimate boutique hotel experience. There are tons of restaurants and local amenities like banks and pharmacies two blocks to the east and the public Hilton beach is one block to the west (you pass through a pretty cool local park). They give you a beach bag which includes towels. Reception attendants were helpful. We'd most definitely stay here again!

My stay at Melody hotel Tel Aviv was wonderful. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, as well as by the rest of the staff. Upon check-in, the front desk offered us dates and a refreshing glass of lemonade! The rooftop was ample in size, and offered breathtaking sunsets. Aside from the staff that was ever most helpful, the best part of the hotel was happy hour. The setting offered a perfect opportunity to mingle with the rest of guests. We really enjoyed our stay at the Melody Hotel. We booked the room for only one night of our Israel vacation. The rest of the time, we were staying with family, but wanted a little time on our own in Tel Aviv during part of our vacation. When we checked in, we were told that our room had been upgraded from their standard room to a junior suite at no extra charge. At the day of checking out, 07/22 I asked receptionist for late checkout. She didn't accepted referring to busy day. I thought it would be a compensation for yesterday construction work noise in the hotel since 8 am. I had to run away by 12 pm. I wouldn't ask for it if the weather was cooler. I was planning to explore Tel-Aviv, come back, take a shower and leave for airport. That's it.
