I spend only one night during my business trip to Tel-Aviv. I moved to another place as quickly as it was possible. The hotel was dirty, everything in the room was covered with dust. The bath was full of sand, the only toilet paper in the toilet was some wet pieces lying on the floor. It was even problematic to lock the door. The only positive thing is the location. Very close to the beach.

Folks the hotel is bad enough! But they opened, let open, a small cocktail bar in corner of lobby. Only cocktails, no "call Liqour". I ordered a drink from the fixed menu that INCLUDED in the Description TALISKER and THE SINGLETON Single Malt Whiskey, splash of this, pinch of that Fresh ginger, sounded great! He(the bartender) reached in the "well" , pulled out a clear bottle, Not from the Distilleries mentioned, I stopped him politely, he said "they PRE-MIX the singles!! I asked my drink be mad... As with all my reviews, I will start with the good and conclude with the bad. The good: the hotel is right on the beach you can see a good view of the sea from your hotel window, the Wifi is free and works in all rooms and is password-less (instant-connect), we had an LCD TV as-well. the customer service is great, we were greeted warmly and the manager helped us with all the tours that we wanted to go on. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size, the cocktail bar connected to the ... The hotel is graded as 3 stars and much below the price of most hotels in Tel Aviv so close to the beach. It is very basic and was good for the one night we spent in Tel Aviv. The wi fi worked fine. I would not stay here for a vacation to go to the beach, The breakfast was basic with a choice of veggies and cheese, but no "real" coffee. The room we got was quite big and fairly clean.

The hotel has a great location near to the beach and restaurants. The room was nothing special, but was clean and the plumbing worked. The breakfast buffet was especially good. The desk manager was very helpful to schedule a tour and taxi to the airport. He made our stay feel especially welcoming.

The only good thing about this place is the location only 2 min. from the beach BUT: It's an old run down hotel. ugly inside poor furniture poor towels . Very low energies breakfast is poor . For this price you can get much better !!!!!

On arriving - first room light wouldnt work -second room the sheets was dirty and the floor was filthy -then moved back to first room with the light from the second, couldnt make it work -fourth room- pubic hair in one of the beds. Staff member was incredibly unapologetic. Told me I was getting an upgrade so would be grateful. As I was staying alone, it made no difference whether I was in a single room or a double so I really dont think that made a difference, especially when one of the beds wa... Read more

One night of hell the room was dirty the bathroom full of mold and dust. 3 stars but no hair drier the towels old. I cannot believe I stayed even one night. To top off the experience I have bites on my body. Did not eat breakfast as everything was dirty.

Staff is most paranoid (freak out in Hebrew when you enter the breakfast room because they assume you're not a hotel guest, don't want to give you a beach towel cause openly assume you'd steal it) & unprofessional (lose key of luggage room just before flight). Breakfast is a bad joke, absolute no-go for foodies. Only the cocktail bar on the ground floor is nice. Location is great, so you better chose the Brown Beach House hotel right next to Imperial
