All in all the hotel is ok. It has a great location and the staff is very nice. We were not happy about 2 things - The rooms are VERY small, this is becoming a standard for all the boutique hotels in Tel Aviv as they are renovated apartment buildings trying to maximise the number of rooms. The second thing was that our room had a strange arrangement of the shower/toilet, they were separated by a wall and you had to go around the room to get to the toilet/sink and shower on the other side of the ... Tiny worn-out rooms with slow sink draining (the water always in sink). One of the towels in the first day of stay was with a big hole. No lift! Among pros: nice cafe with fresh roasted coffee beans, nice cafe Brut in the opposite side which works daily from 19:00 and tasty vegetarian cafe. Daily room cleaning. Receptionists are just sitting - any service, any annoying) The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Rotchild Street and 15 minutes walk from sea beach. You can stay here if the... Read more

Location is great - right by Rothschild Boulevard, near transportation and 24-hour supermarket. The staff was very nice and helpful and we got an upgrade from a classic room to an executive one. The room offers everything: bathrobes, shampoos, mini-bar, free wi-fi and a coffee machine. At the same time, the room is very small, the bathroom is outdated (for example: shower curtain rather than a shower stall which causes water to leak on the floor, crooked window-shades). Overall - good experienc... Read more

Stayed here one night. Positive: good location, small hotel, cozy feeling. Not so great: small room, no desk, no hair dryer, no complimentary water. Many of the atavistic channels don't work. Ok for one night stay.

I booked a classic room and was told on arrival I had been upgraded to an executive room. Still, this was tiny and with no desk to work on. The air con was whistling continuously. The door did not provide much acoustic insulation, so anytime somebody walked on the corridord or stairs, or when they were talking at the reception, the noisce came straight into my room. Also, the young lad at the reception was totally clueless and unresponsive when I had wifi connection problems - no idea what custo... Read more

Advertisement of the business and services looks better on line than in reality. Very small and hard to find, no parking, no elevators or restaurant. You have to carry your suitcases up the stairs and a coupon is provided for breakfast at another location. Rooms are small, noisy and with mold, The general decor and lighting looks poor and sleazy. Over rated facility.

Hotel was just ok. The room was quite nice but small. Not up to GB standards though and the bathroom shower leaked badly and tiles were soiled not 4 star. It was 3 star at best. Staff were friendly and it was very clean with a good bed and good wi-fi. The location was a bit hard to find with no clear name outside. But it was actually in quite a good part of town. We were within walking distance of shops and some good restaurants. Parking was available at two pay car parks nearby. However I woul... Read more

Although the check-in process was quick and efficient, the room we were put in initially was small, outdated, and very unlike the photos online. My husband and I could hear every step and sound of the lobby and hallway. I marked that I did not like the room so much on the initial TripAdvisor review on the first night, which prompted the hotel manager to move us into the suite on the first floor the following morning. The service was attentive and genuine, but not overbearing. They called taxis f... Read more
