We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem hotel at the end of May 2016. The service was outstanding from the front desk check in process to the restaurant service, housekeeping, room quality, bathroom amenities, parking facilities and checkout process. Very much looking forward to our next visit to this outstanding hotel.

Very ordinary, nothing different or special. I also found the concierge a tall blond chap who's name I forgot rude and dismissive. Not in the least bit helpful off hand infact and arrogant. The Waldorf is high class. Everything about the hotel is perfect, from the rooms to the staff to the food. Conveniently located. The old city is a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast each morning was included and was delicious. My kids fell in love with George, the doorman. We took family pictures with him - everyone at the hotel treated us like family

One of the highlights of our trip to Jerusalem was staying in the Waldorf. The location is excellent - directly across the street from Mamila Mall, minutes from the Old City by foot, and walking distance to other attractions in the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is something I will not be able to do justice in this review. A new hotel with an impressive foyer/central open space and very comfortable rooms. Great position next to Mamilla Mall. Standard of room cleaning needs some improvement as there was a lot of dust that was not cleaned during our 4 day stay. The food in the evening restaurant was excellent, but the freshness of the breakfast items should be improved. Limp salads and swollen yoghurt containers are not acceptable and the staff could not understand that swollen containers are neither "normal" (as th... Read more

I had not expected to be in Jerusalem. But then received a call that one of my children had been hospitalized there. Somewhat frantic I had to find a place and fast. So I chose the Waldorf Astoria and it was the right call. Once staff learned my predicament they went out of their way to be of service. When I dragged in from a nonstop flight and a ride straight to the hospital, I was exhausted. Staff could not have been kinder to me and my child, once he was released. Looking forward to a ... The Waldorf Astoria, Jerusalem is an elegant hotel whose major strongpoint is it's emphasis on excellent service. The terrace room we had was perfectly clean, like all of the hotels main areas, with every amenity working as it should, including the complimentary wifi. The included buffet breakfast is full of options, again with attention to top notch care. My one complaint is the lack of a swimming pool. In the heat of Jerusalem it would have been nice to relax by a pool.
