The Waldorf is high class. Everything about the hotel is perfect, from the rooms to the staff to the food. Conveniently located. The old city is a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast each morning was included and was delicious. My kids fell in love with George, the doorman. We took family pictures with him - everyone at the hotel treated us like family

One of the highlights of our trip to Jerusalem was staying in the Waldorf. The location is excellent - directly across the street from Mamila Mall, minutes from the Old City by foot, and walking distance to other attractions in the city. A new hotel with an impressive foyer/central open space and very comfortable rooms. Great position next to Mamilla Mall. Standard of room cleaning needs some improvement as there was a lot of dust that was not cleaned during our 4 day stay. The food in the evening restaurant was excellent, but the freshness of the breakfast items should be improved. The Waldorf Astoria, Jerusalem is an elegant hotel whose major strongpoint is it's emphasis on excellent service. The terrace room we had was perfectly clean, like all of the hotels main areas, with every amenity working as it should, including the complimentary wifi. The included buffet breakfast is full of options, again with attention to top notch care. My one complaint is the lack of a swimming pool. In the heat of Jerusalem it would have been nice to relax by a pool.

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. The decor is stunning, with a thoughtful and contemporary restoration of a historic building. The location is perfect for tourists: across the street from the Mamilla Mall, and a short walk through the mall to Jaffa Gate. A turn to the other direction takes you to an area with pedestrian malls filled with restaurants and cafes. Everything felt safe, clean and secure. Friendly service, a great breakfast, and be sure to go to the 4th floor rooftop ... Read more

Hotel is Awesome! Truly Awesome! The rooms, the food and everything else? We just arrived back home and the smiling doorman George from the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem was not there to greet us. George would wave and greet us with his big smile as soon as we stepped out of the Hotel elevator, as soon as we stepped out of a taxi, as soon as he saw us walking towards the hotel. The Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem is very lucky to have George as part of their great team.

Located across from the Mamilla mall and an easy walk to the Jaffa gate, the Waldorf is one of the best places to stay in Jerusalem. The rooms are in mint condition with oversized and luxurious bathrooms. The whole place is state of the art, from the key activated elevators to the high end (and ultra thin) flat screen TVs. I especially recommend this hotel to Hilton HHonors members as a great points redemption, due to the high end experience and valuable perks. Note should be made that this h... Read more

2 small criticisms - except with a top luxury hotel they should not have been. Room was plush and luxurious - almost completely excellent aside for some stains on the carpet. To be fair, the carpet is a light color and probably does not easily repel spills. The service at the breakfast was far far too slow - and our orders incorrectly filled - two days in a row - unacceptable for a facility of this caliber. (It was peak season and the hotel was fully occupied. Nevertheless.)

The Waldorf Astoria-Jerusalem lives up to its name, as the creme de la creme of hotels. Its restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes to suit a wide variety of tastes.
