Victoria Hotel is an affordable nice hotel. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the garden tomb and Rockefeller Museum. Damascus gate is within easy reach, for Dome of the Rock and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The staff at the hotel are brilliant, friendly, professional and always ensure that you have a good stay. You feel so much at home. You are in the heart of everything, bargain shops, restaurants and culture. The bus station for Bethlehem is nearby. The rooms are very clean, air con... Read more

My trip to Jerusalem with my parents. Am amazing trip and definitely well worth it on a budget. Stayed outside of the Old City, in a nice hotel, with excellent staff and great service at any hour. A good pair of walking boots a must.

I spent 5 nights at the Victoria Hotel on a trip to the Holy Land. The hotel is in the Arab Quarter, and offers a basic but clean hotel. Breakfast is typical region middle eastern with some continental offerings to get you going for the day. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the Old City and Damascus Gate. There are also a number of good Arabic restaurants in the area and the best rate Currency Exchanges. The neighborhood is a mix of residential, commercial and a number of hotels. I foun... Read more

Personnel were definitely the highlight of my stay. I was touring Jerusalem and they helped me in so many different ways and answered so many of my questions. Thanks guys! Rooms were great also. I didn't have a single misgiving.

This is a hard one. Not because it´s bad or anything, but basically because the people that runs the place and the ones that work in ti, are just perfect; although, the hotel is old and conditions are over all poor. Staying in this place was a mere accident. We were fully booked to stay at the New Palm Hostel in a private rom for three people; we had booked the room at this hotel three months before going to Jerusalem. We travel often and I travel the world since more than 20 years ago, so we ... Read more

We stayed at the hotel for the second time. The hotel is a small family hotel with wonderful staff. It's not a five star hotel, but the rooms are clean, service is good. The receptionist were extremely helpful, although we did have one issue they resolved it immediately and assisted us with everything. They allowed us to use the facilities and accommodated us very well. Thank you very much and we hope to return again.

Right from the beginning I must say that that hotel would be good for you only if you plan to sleep here and have a breakfast. I was there in October 2015 for 10 days. Most of my time I spent walking in the historical center of Jurusalem, very close to which this hotel happens to be. They have WiFi that normally connects only on the lobby (I used to stay at a room on the 3rd floor). Bed was more or less comfortable and shower was almost of Western type. It is said that they have a parking. They ... Read more

All the basics for a tourist hotel. Convenient walking to the Old City, A/C, Wi-Fi, off-street parking, micro-fridge, in-room safe, satellite service for flat screen TV (mostly Arabic channels, 1 or 2 in English for news). The room was comfortable with queen bed, closet, tiled bathroom with plenty of hot water, but this is not an American style hotel, so the room may be smaller than you would get in the US, but typical for Europe, middle east. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (tra... Read more

It wasn't too expensive, the view was alright, the food was delicious, service was amazing, and the people were friendly. My entire group of 30+ people stayed for two nights while touring Jerusalem, each of us had a great stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. While the furnishings are dated, it doesn't matter because everything is spotless and well maintained. The price is excellent. I would definitely return here.

Reasonably priced, the New Victoria hotel is in a great location - a short walk from salah din street, the old city and E-Zahra street. The rooms are simple and a bit small, but offer everything you need - A/C, private bathroom, TV, a mini fridge. You even get breakfast thrown in.

Small hotel located 1km to the Grand mosque of Al Aqsa. Near to the souq and local shops. Suitable for travellers who would like to visit Al Aqsa and the surrounding. Clean small room but the buffet breakfast and dinner can be improved alot.
