Not much to comment. The facilities was satisfactory, even some complaints from my others famiky members on another room. The wifi is strong at level 3, as well where the galley located. It is bit down the hill from outside, but its jurusalem. 10 mins walk to al-aqsa mosque.

New Victoria was a little slice of peace and quiet from the many locals and tourists outside. Our room was clean, we had hot water for showers, and the heater kept us pretty warm at night. Cable tv worked, wifi wasn't to bad in our room, but full strength on the 3rd floor area, where they serve breakfast in the morning. Be kind to David the morning host, he was just delightful. We found Victoria to be a good central hub for seeing most of Jerusalems sights. Everything was in walking distance at ... Read more

We stayed a total of 3 nights, and used the hotel as a base to do a tour to Masada, Ein Gedi, and the Dead Sea, as well as checking out the old city and Mahane Yehuda Market. As the title says, the hotel is located in an extremely convenient location for the price you pay. It's a 5 minute walk from Herod's Gate, and a 12 minute walk from Damascus Gate. This hotel is located in the vicinity of the Islamic Quarter, its busy and hustling as people go about their businesses and lives. In this part o... Read more

Victoria Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Damascus gate. The area is historic and full of unique stores with some great bargains. The room was very comfortable, well appointed with flat screen TV for a low price for Jerusalem. The staff is very professional, courteous and I also enjoyed their adjoining Victoria restaurant. I think this is one of the best Hotel deals in Jerusalem.

We arrived at 01.00 in Jerusalem and this was the first place at a reasonable price at $80 per night that had room available. It was clean, comfortable and the reception staff were very pleasant. It is close to Herod gate and ideal for visiting the walled city. It is also in a quiet area free from car horns; which in Jerusalem is an important consideration as it seems to be the only method of controlling a vehicle when used in conjunction with a telephone. I would certainly stay there again even... Read more

Good hotel and friendly service. Peaceful area and nice cozy rooms. I enjoyed a lot and have nothing negative to say about it. Staff was very nice and acted very professional way. If I have to summarize I will call hotel good for those who search easy and quick solutions and who want to come and go. Short distance from old Jerusalem was also a big plus to me.

Its cheap, clean, silent and well located just 5minutes by feet to damascus gate. Rooms are clean enough for a sleep over, nothing special or luxurious. They offer good local breakfast, which is included in the price. Good place for those who want to explore Jerusalem on feet or to have a place as a basis for further afield.

Clean, comfortable, warm & friendly staff, well located and inexpensive! What more could you ask for? I am here preparing a book. For 5 days in Jerusalem the Victoria provided me with a centrally located haven where I could leave for meetings and return to write and feel at home. I am returning in a couple of weeks with my wife.
