It's very excellent hotel especially the great reception staff, the supervisor Sami treat each guest with warm hearted help, we really touched by his work, this made our stay a pleasant memory. Dining room ,lobby secretion. We can forget Suhad. Very beautiful smile like a brilliantl star shining the hotel . Today raba shokran ! We hope meet again! Lily from China

Free Wifi you can find on the first floor, near reception. If you want wifi in your room you should pay 20$ for day. Good hotel, good service! On reception should know English better than now. Hotel have good room for conferences.

Ramada Jerusalem has 2 wings. We are staying in Ramada Royal wing. Very comfortable stay. Clean bathrooms. Food is excellent. We are eating breakfast and dinner in Ramada wing. The dining room manager is very courteous.

Locations is great and the hotel safe and very close to sites of the Old City and Jerusalem museum. We stayed their four nights. Hotel room was quiet, clean. Conference rooms were nice. Very tired of the same so so food every day. They definately could improve. I would have to say it was the worst food I had in my two weeks of traveling through Israel, especially breakfast. My husband and I were treated to a weekend at this hotel (part of a group of altruistic kidney donors of which I am one) and we were very pleased with the room, which was spacious and clean and well appointed. The food and service in the dining room left more to be desired (though none of us left hungry). This is a very big hotel that caters to individuals but also to large groups of all sorts.
