Since childhood I have always said "Next year in Jerusalem" at the Passover Seder. Despite living here in Israel for over 6 years and longing for Jerusalem for over 50 years, at the start of Passover I realized that this would be my first Passover in Jerusalem. And I believe that there is no better place to be "this year in Jerusalem" than the King David hotel. OK, I've been here before and I already knew how wonderful the service was and the attentiveness of the staff. However, this visit was... Read more

It was a ride in time machine to a special hotel hotel. where leaders of the world, leaders of great countries were hosted. Amazing design, very modest but very elegant. The lobby and corridor width on both sides shows autographs of celebrities who were staying at the hotel. A special atmosphere is in every room and hall. Dining room with good food and almost every table has a waiter. One can smell history atmosphere in every corner. We didn't forget for many days after departure that weekend w... Read more

We just returned from Israel and had the distinct pleasure of staying at the King David while in Jerusalem. We have visited many times and never had the pleasure of staying at the KD. Be assured, going forward, we will stay no where else in Jerusalem! The hotel is infused with history, beauty and old world charm. The service is impeccable. You feel like the walls are talking. The food and service are fantastic. Our rooms were beyond description - luxurious, well appointed and spacious, with ... Read more

It not only is my best hotel experience in Jerusalem, but matches any hotel experience I have ever had. I have to admit that I am partial to old hotels with a good sense of history. This combines the best of old and updated. In addition to that, the software (people who work there, efficiency of labor, friendliness and ease of process) ... Read more

I was at the King David Hotel for 10 night over Passover holiday and I was amazed by the quality of service and food despite the full house and more limited ingredients allowed during Passover. Concierge, management (Sheldon Ritz, Elie Fischer) were very helpful, polite as well. I was working with a family with severe food allergies, and the hotel was unbelievably accommodating, allowing our health team to monitor the food prepared for the family. I can assure that Executive Chef David Biton's... Read more
