I am here with my talgit birthright group. There are maybe 2 other large groups here as well, so the hotel is packed. The location is amazing, the Internet and parking is included in the cost of staying here. There is a pool on the roof top open from 10-6 on week days and 10-4 on weekends. There is buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but you most likely have to pay extra for it. We had Shabbat dinner here and it was incredible. The hotel also has private parking and didn't have any problems finding a spot. We stayed half board with a toddler and a baby the room was big and spacious and quite clean. We stayed a couple of days in this hotel, an excellent spot to start your private tours in Jeruzalem. Tram stops right in front of the hotel, costs only 6 NIS a ride, and saves you the walk up tot the old city. Nearby Mahane Yehuda Market is worth a visit for sure. We for some reason mistook the date of our checkout (it might have to do that it was on our honeymoon:-) and spent a day in the city to find out by returning to the hotel that we should have checked out in the morning.... Good location, nice front desk staff. However there is a cleanliness problem. When you find a room and a bathroom that is less than spotless, you would rather choose elsewhere. The breakfast was not as good as other similar Israeli hotels. It is summer but there was no fresh fruit except for melon. The pears and peaches were tinned!!! Why? All the bread was stale. The pool itself is very small. There is almost no shade. The pool was clean but the surrounding area was not.

I was recently at this hotel on a Taglit Birth Right trip. The hotel seemed nice at first but the food was super repetitive and offered almost the same thing for each meal. Then on Shavuot we went out to the park after breakfast before lunch. We came back to find new towels placed in our room, and 30 shekels and a pair of a sunglasses stolen by the worker who came in to replace the towels. Avoid this hotel!!!!! We filed a complaint with management yet it has been 2 weeks and nothing was done... Read more

Between the beautiful rooms, the food, service, and amazing amenities, I would highly recommend anyone to enjoy their time here. I was with a large group of 22-26 year olds, so going out to the clubs was also a necessity and the hotel is conveniently nearby to all the great things. Absolutely enjoyable.
