Stayed at the Arthur for 2 nights. Very convenient location right in downtown and the staff was very helpful. Rooms were small and needed a facelift. Breakfast buffet "just OK". Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

From the warm "welcome back" for my husband's second stay to every detail, we enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated; breakfast and happy hour food were ample and very good. The small lobby was comfortable with plenty of English and Hebrew newspapers provided. Free wifi and water bottles are nice touches. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Just ask for a room facing the back to minimize night noise from Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall around the corner.

Stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. Excellent location, clean and big room and very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and complimentary late afternoon drinks and nibbles provided. Definetly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great /with variety of different salads, vegetables, fish, eggs and lovely bread/, lovely evening selection of snacks and complimentary wine and coffee. There were two downsides of the place - one was that there was a building site next to the hotel, ... Read more
