We stayed at this hotel for a romantic one day vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless with a nice touch in design. The best thing was the great service from the staff at this hotel, it starts from the golf cart drivers that drive from an to the parking at Harmony Hotel (The ride is also a nice experience), the service at reception and during the meals. The room is small but nicely designed and has all what a couple needs. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and they left us nice... Read more

We spent two nights in the Arthur Hotel Jerusalem. The location is not as close to the old city as we thought, but it's close to restaurants and coffee shops. It was clean and offered a very nice breakfast, which is a good way to start your day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay.

Lovely hotel with excellent decor, food and service. We had a car which we parked in the sister Harmony hotel. Attendants would ferry us back and forth on a golf cart. The front desk and all staff were always helpful, Israeli breakfast amazing. It was so cold and rainy in Jerusalem the days we were there, and Arthur Hotel was like an oasis. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the city. The decor was beautiful with lots of middle eastern character. The bathroom was also similarly deco... Read more

Perfect atmosphere in a perfect location. Right in the middle of the center, and yet very quite and calm. Our room was very clean, staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommended, great value for money. Definitely will come back.

Really cool boutiquey hotel, close to the old town but with plenty of restaurants and markets near by. Each evening they hold a happy hour with a considerable spread of free food, coffee, juices and wine. Breakfast was delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful. There is a quirk that you can't drive up to the front door (which can confuse taxi drivers) but you get dropped 20m from the door so no problem for us.

This property is located right in the heart of Jerusalem and close to many sites and shops. The rooms are well appointed and the daily buffet breakfast was delicious. I think the biggest plus with this property is the location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at the centrally located Arthur Hotel. The staff was lovely and helped us gain reservations at some of Jerusalem's best and unique restaurants. The happy hour provided great wine and food and provided an opportunity to meet other world travelers and talk about daily experiences.

I really liked this little hotel. Their staff was so helpful and friendly. Even after I was busted for 'borrowing' their nice towels to go to the Dead Sea ( I had no idea how dirty the towels would get! ) they just asked me to give the nice white ones back, while they gave me some old blue worn towels. If they have a sign or something explaining the availability of special towels for the Dead Sea, I missed it! Anyway, we were there for 3 nights. We ate the breakfast and the Happy Hour food ... Wonderful little gem in Jerusalem. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, good location, helpful in getting bags to and from the car park. Only fault is in the front desk service (or lack of service) - there was a Russian guy who seemed bothered that guests ask him questions. Other than that, great stay!

We were at the Arthur for a few days (room 509). The pros: Fantastic location. Around the corner from the light rail. ten minutes walk to the old city (Jaffa Gate). Close to the market etc. A terrific, friendly, helpful front desk staff (Aliza, Nazir, Dima each deserve a raise and a pat on the back!) Breakfast (included) is not good, it's amazingly GREAT. All sorts of delicious choices. One more delicious than the other. Never had a better breakfast. Happy hour includes free wine, food and ... Read more
