Rented 2 rooms at this hotel for our family of four. Simple, basic, and adequate would be how I'd describe this hotel. The place is clean and organized ... although rather small. Perfect for a quick stay. The price was great and the location was just amazing. Even got to park our car for free. You can walk (within 10 mins) to the Jaffa gate of Old Jerusalem -- lots of stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Super friendly and helpful staff. We are very very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed here for one night. Unfortunately there was construction across the street which was loud pounding from 7 AM to 5 PM. Of course this isn't their fault but I would check with them before booking. The other problem with the room: I need wood dark out shades in order to sleep. This shades were less than adequate but even if they had been the bathroom door is glass, So the light shone through the bathroom anyway. Since the sun rose it 530 it was very annoying. And then The construction b... Read more

Just in the middle of the center of Jerusalem a great boutique hotel . You are at the center of the city, near to all attraction that you want in Jerusalem. Midtown in the good sense. Near to the old city and near to night life of Jerusalem. The rooms are good the stuff is very welcoming.

Approximately 5-10 minutes to the Old City in Jerusalem. 2-3 minutes walk to the Market Place which everyone should visit.10-15 minutes walk to the Mamilla Mall. And plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Awesome location. Hotel staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. A nice variety of food. This hotel was recommended to us by our taxi driver. The rates were very reasonable and you could walk to the local shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. We left very early in the morning, so we did not get to eat breakfast there. I would definitely stay there again. Very quite at night.

Hotel located right in the centre of Jerusalem 15 min walk to Old Jerusalem, 5 min walk to the Market, Tram L1 - 3 min walk. Hotel staff - customer service non existing. In 4 days I stayed not even one of them bother say hello. including cleaners and reception people. Interior - it's trying to be boutique hotel, some things are most of them not. They claim recently build - well not today ... looks really cheap work done, well seen in public areas a specially.. Cleaning - disappointed when found ... Read more

This hotel was just perfect for my recent visit to Jerusalem. It was about 20 min walk to the old city but taking the tram it was just a few minutes. It was very close to shops and tons of restaurants. The room was decent and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed over for two nights. The hotel is located in the heart of Jerusalem. You just walk down the street and you're in Ben Yehuda Market and in 20 minutes walk you're in the Kotel. The hotel offers a free parking and free internet. The rooms are a bit small but prices are very fair. Service is also good.

Checked in to a really friendly lady, unusually friendly even. She said breakfast for the both of us was included. We did not know this when we booked so my gf asked her again, the receptionist checked the computer and confirmed. We had our breakfast. When we checked out the super friendly lady was at reception talking to 2 other receptionists. She saw us come out the elevator and she immediately left. Went to check and that when the 2 new receptionists told us we had to pay for breakfast. That ... Read more

Aladdin went above and beyond to help us to find the best hotels within our budget in other areas of Israel. He was knowledgable about bus schedules. Our room was up graded. And the happy hour/free wine on the roof top is lovely. The hotel is a wonderful central location. Within walking distance to the old city. It is fantastic quality for the price!!

I stayed at the Agripas Boutique Hotel for four nights. When I first got to the hotel I was given a room near construction, which according to the hotel goes on from 7am to 4pm. I requested a room away from construction and the hotel obliged AND upgraded me to a mini suite. My room was still small but manageable. Pros: * I paid $10 per night for the hotel breakfast. It was worthwhile. Breakfast had a nice assortment, including omelets, burekas, cheese, bread, salad, and pastries. My three capu... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by Agripas Boutique Hotel! It is close to the center of the city and walking distance to the Old city. The light rail station, the 'shuk' market and busy central streets are just minutes away. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Moche, Anna and Abdulah were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast staff took special care to remember what I had asked for previously and brought them to me as soon as I sat down. I stay in the "Junior Suite," which has a fold out couch as well as a nice sitting area and a desk. Perfect for my business trips and relaxing after a long day. Rooms are average in size, very clean and modern furnishment. Bed is comfortable, shower a little small and missing air dryer. Location is perfect: close to Central Market machane Yehuda, close to Ben Yehuda street and the center, close to train and easy to reach with transportation. Service is very gentle and kind. Parking is very limited. I understand there's not much they can but I urge them to work a deal with one of the lots or garages in the area. We wasted time dealing with it when we arrived. Nice staff but maintenance could use some upgrading. Adequate breakfast and happy hour in the evening was a good touch. Overall I recommend it if it is in a season when you need a place well located and the room is for sleeping only instead of spending for a bigger lobby or more facilities you probably won't us... Beautiful botique hotel. The rooms have a unique, old style interior, and if you are into it, you will much appreciate it. Excellent location. 2 minute walk from the market, and right on the main street. 15 minute walk to old city. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included on the rooftop which is beautiful and romantic. Parking would be a major challenge. There are a few parking lots around the building but they are quite pricey.

Our stay in the Agripas Hotel was ok ‚?? but nothing more. The hotel calls itself a "boutique hotel", but even after our stay we couldn't figure out what exactly should have been "boutique" at this place. The rooms (and the whole hotel) are quite old-fashioned, over-perfumed and in parts also a bit shabby. An alarm clock with time standing still, quite crooked bedside lamps, a rosty shower: There are several details which made ‚?? in total ‚?? the overall impression quite bad. Moreover, the staf... The staff went out of their way to help us a lot, most graciously, when we had an emergency situation. Great people, all with excellent English as well as Hebrew and Arabic. Hotel is kept very clean. The free happy hour, in a large comfortable dining room on the top floor with panoramic views, is a delightful bonus. Centrally located; easy to get to the old city on the light rail. Check out the Ethiopian restaurant around the corner. This hotel is a great value.

We stayed 5 nights. The room was nice and quite roomy for the two of us. You are within walking distance of some very fine dining so we didn't eat in the restaurant. The front desk people were exceptional. Great with directions and even printed maps for us. The hotel is 1 block from the light rail, 20 min. walk to the Jaffa Gate (5 to 7 min. by light rail), 5 min. walk to the open market (shuk?). We had a great stay.

Stayed for two days with family mid September 2016. Rooms were modern, well equipped with all amenities. Parking was a great plus, remember to leave the car key at reception at all times. It is a short walking distance to both the new and the old city, with all amenities (food, bank, shops) near by. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was that on Saturday when we arrived the rooms were ready only after 8 PM.

I stayed here 2 nights with a local friend. Location is good with many shops within the vacinity. The rooms are clean and not too small. I like the breakfast! Staff are courteous and professional. CONS : It's a bit noisy as traffic and cars horning can be heard from my room. There's also no hairdryer in the rooms. I had to ask for the hairdryer from the reception and it was not available for me on my first night so I only got the hairdryer on my 2nd night.

Wonderfully friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and despite construction in a nearby St - quiet. Breakfast is varied & plentiful (salads, hot dishes, breads, cheeses, fruit, cakes) and includes great shakshuka. Complimentary Happy Hour on the roof deck is great to recharge your batteries: coffee, tea. good Israeli wine, cake and fruit. This is a small sized, fantastic value hotel in an excellent location.

Stayed here one night. Convenient location, decent breakfast buffet with lots of vegetables served on the rooftop. No bar or any other public area. Regular rooms with smallish beds. The only boutique pretension was the modern bathroom with a frosted glass door (and a finger-wide gap between it and the frame). Boutique? Seriously? It's just an average three star hotel with dirty carpets in the corridors. I'd give it a 4, but I'm giving it 3 for the misleading name.
