Stayed here as part of the Nathan Carter weekend... The hotel was perfect when attending an event in the INEC, but we needed to get taxies when visiting the main town... The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms could do with an update... But overall the site is well services and our needs were well catered for...

Had Stayed at the Gleneagle Hotel 11 years ago and as I was arriving Late at night I wanted to stay somewhere I knew.Very helpful young man on reception, who when I paid for the Room on arrival apologised that he couldn't issue a receipt as 'The system was down'. Superb Full Irish Breakfast set me up for a tough day ahead. Sure enough When I went to check out another helpful young man apologised about the system failure and gave me my receipt. Very professional.

I had a mid-week two night break in the Gleneagle recently. There were a lot of group tours for retired people in the hotel while I was there, and it seemed ideal for that sort of a party. Booked 5 days at Gleneagle through Ulster bus. From the moment we put our bags on the bus we were looked after by Davy our excellent and informative driver. Caroline from the hotel welcomed us when we arrived. Our room was great breakfast was excellent as was our 4 course dinner every night except for the gala dinner which was 5 courses and even more excellent. The dining room staff were so pleasant and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Every night the entertainment and dancing was w... Read more

This holiday break destination must be irelands best kept secret. A joint venture between the hotel and ulsterbus makes for a fantastic time for holiday makers. I have just enjoyed the best short break holiday of my life being spoiled and pampered and feed like a king by staff who couldn't do enough for me. I actually met someone who has been there twice a year for 12 years. With free entertainment every night and free bus trips in the deal what's not to like? Roll on next spring I can't wait to...
