Stayed here recentky, rooms are beautifully decorated, old style furniture throughout. Pastries, cakes & tea between 3-5, all part if the oackage. Must be the first hotel that encourages you to bring you own drinks to a bar area, ice, glasses etc provided as they dont run their own bar, very well priced, staff very helpful & friendly, general areas presented very well, good location, 5 min walk to the town centre. Also no signs of stag or hen parties so good night sleep assured

Wonderful place to stay - It was charming and the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Just a quick walk from the main town so that was very convenient as well. The only thing was the bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was comfortable enough and everything else more than made up for that.

My husband I recently stayed at the Earls Court House Hotel on a recent trip to Ireland. What a lovely hotel! Our room was one of the nicest that we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Ireland and England. The room had everything you could possibly need while away from home! Beautiful furnishings including a 4 poster bed, sofa, 2 tvs, writing desk, jacuzzi tub and separate shower--our room absolutely "wowed" my husband and I. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the pubs and shops in Ki... Read more

This beautiful hotel really exceeded expectations and definitely provided the nicest accommodations of our two-week trip around Ireland. Our spacious room was wonderfully appointed with a four poster bed, sitting area with chairs and a sofa, multiple televisions and a writing desk. The large bathroom was equally impressive, with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub and separate stand-up shower. Our stay included breakfast, which meant access to both a small buffet as well as a choice of hot entree. The ... Read more

Relaxing, peaceful hotel. We felt at home here. Will definitely be back. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast self service cold buffet plus hot food served to your table was very nice. Only complaint was the bit of toast under the scrambled eggs. Either make fresh toast for every order or don't bother, it takes away from a lovely breakfast.

WiFi isn't the best unless downstairs and with three teens that can be a issue lol. Other than that it was great out of 7 places we stayed this had the best breakfast hands down and was a 10 min walk to the heart of the city centre which made us feel a bit better about all we ate every day. Great price and great breakfast.

We visited this hotel just last weekend, we were in Killarney for an annual awards dinner being held in another Hotel close by, initially we were annoyed we couldn't get into the hotel we needed to attend ..... however on reflection this was a blessing in disguise. We booked this hotel as it was one of the closest, however after being there I would most certainly return !!!!! The rooms were excellent and very clean and had ample space and facilities, plus we managed to get a room with a balcony ... Read more

Booked for the first time, expecting a small hotel, got a big guest house, not serving food in the evening and no bar, I had to go around the corner to a pub. Room and bed comfortable, bathroom adequate, but a tiny TV with poor choice of channels. Staff very nice and helpful, good breakfast, plenty of parking space, but expensive for what was on offer.

Stayed one night. Had an old world charm about it. Like a lot of these hotels or b&b there are no lifts to take your bags up. The rooms were pleasant. Everything was clean. A short walk to town which has plenty happening. Lots of tourists around. We were tired so opted to go closeby to Kaynes for a meal. It was a reasonable meal. The only small complaint for our room was the noise from the floor above. Breakfast was the best yet for the three weeks we have been away. Staff helpful.

This was a lovely hotel located about 10 minutes stroll into the middle of Killarney. Decorated with an "olde worlde" theme using antique furniture throughout - it certainly had a lovely feel. It passed the usual prerequisites with a very comfortable bed, hot shower with plenty of pressure and a very good cooked breakfast - not to mention their award winning porridge. Wifi is available throughout - mine was a bit in and out depending where you were in the room, but not a deal breaker. Staff were... Read more

We loved the hotel and we REALLY loved Killarney. We upgraded to the superior room, it was amazing. The service was excellent, both attentive and friendly. My partner was wowed by the petals on our four poster bed. The decor and furnishings are traditional and comfortable. There is no bar, but the hotel is a short distance from Killarney town centre with ample bars and restaurants.

Killarney is a very touristy town and the hotel is just outside the hustle of the main area which allows for a quiet nights sleep. The service is exceptional and attention to detail is perfect. Parking is plentiful and staff are great for tips on what to visit

We were in the O'Connell suite. Loved the red decor and the spaciousness of it: large bathroom with two sinks. Better than our apartment! A great location: easy walk into town but off the main drag which kept it quiet. Breakfast was great, friendly wait staff. Then we hopped on to the Ring of Kerry.

Please do not be mislead. This hotel is not in the city or on the edge of the city. It is a good five city blocks from the center of town. I was very disappointed by the location. We drove into town for dinner etc which defeated the purpose. Housekeeping is disappointing. Today no face cloths, soap and it looks like a 5 year old made the beds. Wifi is sketchy . Bad tv selection. This is a bus hotel...bus tours stay here so an early breakfast is impossible as they monopolize the dinning room. The ... Read more

This was a great place! Afternoon tea, lovely breakfast, wonderful room (king bed deluxe room). Staff friendly and attentive and very close location to Killarney center. Room had EU and US plug. Only negative was horrible hairdryer and no way to plug in additional dryer in the bathroom. We loved it!

This is a lovely hotel for retirement age. But definitely wouldn't recommend for a family with young children. We stayed 3 nights with two young ones and having to go into town for dinner was a hassle. WiFi is useless, beds wearnt changed the whole time we were there. Lack of toiletries. Breakfast was nice and staff in breakfast room were lovely and very welcoming.

Stayed for two nights. Good accommodation in a decent sized room with a comfortable four poster bed. Excellent bathroom with shower cubicle, whirlpool bath and double sink arrangement. Breakfast was also to a high standard (apart from the kippers which were a bit flavourless). Would stay again.

Excellent hotel, we had a four poster room which was very comfortable and clean. We had a whirlpool bath as well as a shower and his and her sinks in the bathroom. The hotel is about 10 mins walk into the town centre so not too far to build up an appettite and walk off that pudding on your way back.

We came Earls Court on short notice (after our B and B turned out to be dreadful) and they were a breath of fresh air. This is an older hotel with a lot of (good) charm. Staff was courteous, rooms were sizable and spotless, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a real plus. Parking was easy and all the major pubs/restaurants/shops were within an easy, enjoyable walk.

Stayed here for a few nights while on a tour of Ireland. Cute little place and convenient location! Breakfast was good and service was excellent. Only complaint would be the wifi. Spotty and non-reliant. Not usually an issue, just was in a different country and it's a lifeline when that's the issue!

My husband and I stayed here for the Killarney races. We were pleasantly surprised at how unique and clean the house is. The bedroom was lovely with a very comfy king size bed. Mary in reception was so nice and welcoming. The morning staff were very helpful and nice also. The breakfast was cooked when ordered. It was delicious. We will definitely return. John & Teresa

A group of us stayed in this hotel for the night of Ladies Day Killarney Races. The hotel was top class yet the price was very reasonable...particularly considering it was a really busy time there. This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with charming common areas, and rooms filled with personality and conveniences way beyond the norm. The staff was wonderful: They gave us good suggestions about the town and larger region, and they even loaned us tools. My husband said the breakfast was excellent, way above average, and they even allowed him to bring a breakfast tray to me in the room. A lovely B & B with beautiful rooms & very friendly staff. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a suite, which really was great, spacious, roomy & immaculate. We had the pleasure of spending three nights at this hotel back in July. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady who gave us our key cards, a map of the local area and some tips about where to go. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Killarney which made it very easy to get around. We were bound to have a good stay here when on arrival we were told we had a free upgrade to a four poster suite! Brilliant. I'm not sure what a normal room looks like but the suite is fantastic. The style is old world, rather than a sleek modern look, and our room had a massive four poster bed, a very generously sized room in itself, which was very well appointed and clean and comfortable. We are on holiday from the US. This is our 3rd stop in Ireland. Was really looking forward to the stay as it was highly recommended by some friends. The room was quite disappointing. The king bed was flanked on each side by twin beds with a very narrow isle between them. Then the bed was 2 twins pushed together. They were so hard it felt like sleeping on a dining room table top. The outside of Earl's Court looked like a newer large manor house type of small hotel. However the inside is tired and cluttered, both in the rooms and in the public spaces. With a little refurbishment and decluttering it would be beautiful. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good,( especially the crepes and the porridge). I knew the lodgings had "Victorian" furnishings when I booked, but frankly, they were a bit worn, and the overall look was rather dismal. My daughter, in fact, was scared to go downstairs at night because it was so "creepy," Since we asked for a larger room, it was $165.00 a night. (expensive for Ireland B & B's) On the bright side, it was one of the better and most diverse breakfasts we had on out trip. They have a huge buffet as well as made-to-order items.
