Nice clean hotel right at the end of the main street. Walkable to all the bars, restaurants, and local sites. Parking is underneath the hotel in a garage and costs 10 euros per day. Great place to stay and staff was helpful!!

Everything was exceptional. The view from our room was awesome. The walk about was wonderful to see some much of the towns infrastructure. It was just a very nice hotel for us to visit on our 1st trip to Ireland. Thank you so much for making it comfortable.

Great hotel. Ease of parking underground. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Welcoming atmosphere. Managed to check in slightly earlier which was terrific as we had a wedding that afternoon and needed to 'doll up' after our journey! Very friendly staff at reception.

I stayed in Jurys Galway for one night. It was perfect, ideally located around restaurants, bars, great buzz and no need for taxis. The hotel was really clean, room was spacious and shower really nice. I don't have any negatives to mention. Would highly recommend Jury's Galway to anyone visiting the city!

This hotel is the best location possible for downtown Galway. Everything is right out the front door. The Latin Quarters (shops and pubs) as well as the water and piers. The price was also fantastic for the value.

We stayed in Jury's Inn, Galway for one night while visiting Galway to attend a concert. The staff on reception and at breakfast were very friendly and efficient and our rooms were very comfortable. Facilities were, as expected, basic but quite adequate. The hotel location is excellent and our rooms had wonderful views over the harbour.

We enjoyed a one-night in Jury‚??s Inn, located at the intersection of Quay Street and Shop Street - and at one end of the riverside walk - and thus arguably the most central of Galway‚??s hotels. Jury‚??s was purpose-built in the 1990s and has a contemporary functional feel and bland d√©cor. Public areas include an outdoor beer garden overlooking the river. Our ‚??standard‚?? room was spacious and well-equipped, as was its bathroom (shower over bath). Breakfast was a well-stocked buffet wi... Read more

This is my second trip to Jury's. I was here with my children last July and with my cousin this year. We stayed here mid week and had a room overlooking the river - great view. I was concerned about noise as last year our experience was different. A room with a view is great for mid week maybe think twice on weekends as there is more activity along the walkway (those out at the bars late) Check in was a breeze and they had a room ready earlier than typical check-in. This hotel is conveniently located downtown making it accessible to several tourist sections of the city. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and the square is close. The hotel is fine but was a bit more expensive than other choices nearby and we were expecting it to be a bit more upscale. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The place has a bit of a "business" feel to it. Staff was friendly and reasonably efficient. There is a car park next door (very tight spaces).

The Jurys Inn Galway has a large, modern chain ambience but it goes the distance in adding some individual touches. Facing the river, it has a large yard where people stretch out at picnic tables and enjoy a pint or three. Can't beat this location...located at the end of the Latin Quarter you can easily get to the pubs and shopping... This hotel is a walk from the bus and train stops, but an easy one. All I had was a backpack. If you have a roller bag, the streets are not even, so it will be 'rocky' if walking to the stations. However, the hotels nearest to the stations and a slightly further walk to the entertainment, but either is doable. The rooms are very spacious, bedding is fine, the bathroom is ample. ... Read more

This hotel is fantastically located and most of the sites of Galway can be reached by walking. Our room had a view of the tumbling waters of the canal running next to the Corrib and was restful after our long flight from Australia. The included breakfast was very good. Our room had a double and a single bed (not requested). A chair or sofa would have made it more comfortable for a couple. Car Parking was available next door. The spaces are narrow and might be difficult for a large car.

The hotel is close to everything . . Quaint shops, beach, restaurants and bars. The Jury is clean and modern. Everyone is so friendly. We especially enjoyed great service and talking with David and Deirdre at the Galway Inn Pub at the hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we couldn't have been better placed for visiting Galway city. Outside the door and you're there!! The hotel itself is functional and obviously suits millions of people. I found it a bit drab and uninspiring....everything was grey. Maybe the November weather had something to do with it. On the plus side, the staff were excellent, helpful, professional and pleasant. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. Our radiator wasn't working and we asked twice... Read more

We were on a tour and one of our stops was Jury's in Galway. The hotel is located within walking distance to the town center. The breakfast was good, pretty much like all of the other hotels . You can find something that can eat. They have eggs, Irish bacon, juice, cereals, breads, etc. the rooms are adequate with ample amenities. TV works well . I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel couldn't be placed better in galway right on the bottom of the main pedestrianised Street in galway. You walk out the door and there is an array of pubs and resturants within minutes. When we arrived we were given a room that was right on the main busy Street and a bit noisy but after asking to move the helpful receptionist gave us a room upstairs and was lovely. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

fantastic location , friendly staff all with a smile on their faces, comfortable quiet rooms despite the hotel overlooking the busiest area in the evening, wonderful choice of restaurants out side of their door. i had a great stay would cerrtainly go back, my one critique is the breakfast i thought it was cold and its all self service which included getting your own tea or coffee, there seemed to be people walking all over the place with cups, for health and safety reasons i would like to see ... The customer service is really good at this hotel. It is comfortable and in a great central location. Parking is in a public multi-storey car park which has small parking spaces and tight turnings. The hotel has negotiated a really good 24hour rate and a system which allows multiple entry and exit from the car-park. It can become full at busy times.

This hotel is a perfect location at the beginning of the pedestrian walkway. And location means alot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, breakfast was great. And did I mention Galway is a great place to visit. You can walk to the water, shops, bars, and restaurants. Loved it.

The parking which is right next to the hotel is atrocious. You will have to negotiate stairs even with the elevator and hold in tight, the ramps are narrow. The beds are very hard and the cleanliness of the bathrooms are not great either. The location is good. The service is good, the bar according to my husband is good, but the beds were uncomfortable like stacked cardboard. The room was super hot, so we opened the window. The noisy people at midnight were one thing, but the guy with the leaf ... Read more

I've been staying in many different places but it was the first time I was trying a Jurys Inn and I had a great experience. First, my room was big and clean. Second, food was good. Third, the location is great. Fourth, there is a carpark next to the hotel. It is not free but so practical ! Fifth, the most important, people working there were sooooo nice to me ! All of them. In the entrance, at the bar, during breakfast time, the cleaning staff, everybody ! Unfortunately I don't remember... Read more

The location is the biggest selling point for this hotel, the perfect place to set out on foot from & explore Galway. The hotel is nice. Clean, good food, nice staff. Parking is available but the car park is a bit of a nightmare. Overall a good experience.

Hotel was in a great location to all pubs, restaurants and stores. The rooms are very small but clean. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day. Parking garage right next door with a discounted rate for hotel guests. I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, clean & comfortable with a lovely, personable staff! We stayed two nights and had the perfect room w a beautiful river view. The breakfast spread was impressive and Deirdre made sure we had what we wanted. David was always sweet and ran to get us ice when our toddler smacked her head on the table. Desiree was there throughout our stay- always offering a friendly welcome. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. Claire, Ian, Sandra & Lucia made us feel like they were old fr... Read more

I generally stop here when travelling to Galway. The hotel is located at the bottom of Spanish Arch, which is an ideal, central location from which to explore Galway centre. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. Parking to the rear of the hotel must be paid for, which is a drag, but worth it for the central location and good value of the hotel..

Is heating not a basic element of a hotel? I write this rview from Jurys Inn in Galway where the heating is not working in the rooms. The reception and bar areaa are freezing cold. I asked the pleasant receptionist if the temperature could be increased who spoke to a pleasant manager who said he was having problems with heating with boilers. There was an oil heater radiator in the bedroom, without which we would have had to check out. Under the duvet now and the television reception is appallin... Read more
