My nephew & I stayed two nights and each had our own room. My room had a large bathroom with a tub and the room overlooked a pretty garden out back. The location is over the river past the city center in the Salthill section of Galway and it was a little tricky finding the house if you are driving. Great breakfast and Bernadette couldn't be nicer! We had beautiful weather & I recommend walking over to the promenade along the bay and following the water around to the bridge that leads into th... First experience with B&B. Bernadette and Sean were great help with getting around Galway. Room was very nice and clean. Walking distance to city. Breakfast was excellent. Have Gps to find this place. Once there leave your car and enjoy. Close to all sites in west.

Booked through the tourist advisory centre in Galway after arriving in town without any hotel reservation. Stayed only one night. My parents had a large double room with a single bed also in the room, I had a single across the stairs. The rooms, bedding and en-suite bathrooms for both rooms were spotlessly clean. Although the bathroom to the single was tiny it did the job and looked very new. Good wifi connection Bernadette cooked a great "full Irish" breakfast which we enjoyed in the sunny con... Read more

Great location, just a 10 minute walk into Galway right by the Spanish Arch area and Latin Quarter. B&B was clean and the host Bernadette was friendly. It was a little hard to find, our GPS just got us into the little neighborhood where it is located and we had to drive up and down the block a bit to find it. Nice breakfast setup with a breakfast menu to choose from that included pancakes, french toast and of course, Full Irish Breakfast.

The location is fairly convenient for walking to the center of town (provided it doesn't rain!) and there was a GREAT pub nearby that epitomized the essence of the Irish Pub experience, but as for that 'Ireland of the Welcomes' don't especially think you get it here. We arrived late and I do believe the owners were NOT amused. We further irritated the situation by locking ourselves out. Hey, s**t happens. But all-in-all, the rooms were spotless, bathroom surprisingly sizable, and breakfast was d... Read more
