Great location as very central to Grafton St and all the great shops and resturants/hotels plus beside Stephens Green toó. Excellent value for money. Ideal comfortable place to stay. Reccomend it to all.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't good. The staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The location is good and bad. Good for the convenience, bad for the amount of noise you can hear well into the night. The worst part; there was not a drop of hot water. In their defense, we did not give them a chance to rectify, as we were in a rush to get on the road, but when you get a room it should have hot water without having to ask for it.

The hotel was clean, however the room was freezing cold and even though the windows were closed, the permanent ventilation made it seem like there was no window even in. The noise from passing people talking, and passing traffic made it hard to sleep, and very cold. There was no water pressure in the hot tap or shower, and the TVs was hanging off the wall at 45degrees. I was happy to get out of there

Can't beat the location and very friendly and helpful staff. Helpful front desk right from the start, changed room booking before I arrived without fuss. Immediately friendly and helpful staff when I arrived. Nice room, comfortable and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for NYE. It's in a great location right next to Grafton Street for shopping and 10 min walk to temple bar passing some fab bars on the way! Would 100% go back!! Staff were so helpful and extremely friendly couldn't do more to help you

Had a simple stay at this hotel. Staff were not overly friendly. Was inconveniently called at least 3 times in the morning on day of arrival asking for card details and payment. Didn't feel comfortable giving this info over the phone as couldn't be sure it was hotel. No real apooogies when I arrived. Quoted a diffeeent parking price from phone call to what was actually charged. Asked for a taxi one evening which took a while to come and driver wasn't more pleasant.

Central hotel with a gourmet breakfast experience with Travelodge prices. Try to avoid a room at the front of the hotel (i.e. Reception side) as it can be noisy at night. Better windows are needed as they shield hardly any noise. Room size (twin) is good and staff are very helpful although breakfast service is a little slow.

In the heart of Dublin city centre. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We walked to the Guinness Storehouse from the hotel. It only took 25mins. There are other tourist locations easily reachable on foot. The room was very big and good value for money. Plenty of storage space and a good size bathroom. The shower was very good as well

Excellent location, car park next door with reduced rate for residents. Grafton Street & many other popular amenities are just around the corner, or within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly, helpful & efficient. The room is clean & functional & the beds are extremely comfortable. There is a restaurant, serving food all day at very reasonable prices. This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay in Dublin, it is suitable for all ages, I highly recommend it!

Handy place to stay in Dublin. Great value for money. Close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. the room was very basic but it was clean and there were fresh towels every day. If you just want a place to lay your head, it's the place for you.
