Good value for location . More unless on st Stephens green and the end of grafton street . Warm welcome and helpful staff . However rooms and bathrooms are in need of a refurb . Pictures online are very flattering . There was cracked glass in single glazed wooden sash Windows . The curtains moved it was that drafty . Noisy food van right outside with generator going through the night , and a nightclub at the back of the hotel . I wouldn't stay here if your after a good nights sleep . But to stay... Read more

My partner and I booked to stay here for 3 nights and couldn't bare 3 minutes! For the price and from the pictures online I expected something reasonable. When we initially got there , nobody was on reception and we couldn't get through the front door for 15 minutes. When entering our room we were shocked at the condition of it! There was mould and damp in all corners of the room and the window was covered. Our window was also smashed. There were stains on the bedding , writing on the walls. Che... Read more

Stayed here for 1 night, but never again. Staff encountered were friendly, central Dublin location is great but the general housekeeping standards were as bad as ever seen. Issues were not just of "poor cleaning" day but that of certain matters having not being dealt with for a very long time. Shame as it has such potential to be a really smart City boutique style operation.

Spent 1 night on monday here, the staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean and warm, with coffe and tea offered in the room, full en'suite, flat screen TV, hairdryer, spatious bathroom, lots of mirrors, clean. The window hard to open. The location is really great, good for young people, lots of nightclubs and restaurants around. Above my expectations for 50€ per night.

Very small room. Not even a chair. Small bed. When you turned around in the bed your partner moved with you. Almost seemed a waterbed. Poorly equipped bathroom which was not very clean. To make sure the toilet would fit, they simply cut away some tiles! Peculiar thing: we had to pull the light rope 3 times before the light turned on...very strange ;-). Windows could not stay open and it was hot in the room. The only positive thing is the location.
