Stayed here for two nights hotel is located in party central literally every place is a nightclub as well as a hotel and a restaurant. The bouncers were fine with all of us and we were a group of 21! I think people need to remember that they have a job to do and if you wanted a good night sleep then your looking at the wrong hotel! Only downside for me was our room was tiny whereas pretty much the rest of our parties room were huge or adequate size. We will be back same time next year ū???

Having just spent NYE in Dublin with 3 friends staying in one of Jackson Court's quadruple rooms I can say that this hotel is definitely served it's purpose but probably wouldn't suit everybody. With it's own night club taking over the hotel and open until the early hours, don't stay here if you want a good nights sleep, However, as a group of young girls visiting Dublin to explore the sites and dance our nights away this hotel was a great price, was clean and the extremely friendly receptions ... Do not stay in this hotel...... The room was full of smoke from the night club below and the noise from the people queuing outside kept me awake....... Only suitable for drunk irish people having a party ..

Stayed in this hotel last week with some of my friends. Found that its proximity to the nightclub absolutely terrible. Very tricky to get sleep. Also appeared a generator was going off behind the wall of my room. Pros - receptionist was friendly, location central, and reasonably priced.

The bouncer seemed to be singling out foreigners and refusing them entry on the excuse they had to much drank while letting in some Irish customers clearly more inebriated. Terrible attitude towards customers in general.

The hotel is located just close to the club so it's impossible to sleep Friday evening even with ear plug! The staff was absolutely not friendly, just gave me a paper to sign the badge for the room and showed me the lift....no more information, room number... I try to call 5 times the reception to have the WIFI Code nobody answered. Hairs in the bathroom and in the bed. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. There are two positive things with this hotel, it's the location close to the lua... Read more

So apparently the pictures you see on here whether it be double or twin room are of the new part of the building! Although it says nothing like this when you book, to stay in the more comfortable nicer part you have to spend more money and even then they may be fully booked! The room was tiny and smelt awful, very clean because the cleaners are excellent but awfully depressing if you're staying for a couple of nights. To make matters worse there was a horrible blonde woman on reception who was e... Read more

Stayed 2 nights recently - didn't know the area so thought was central enough to the city.  Checked in stayed in Rm 213 - appeared ok until I discovered the bedside lights didn't work - reception sent a bar person up who told me he has been telling reception for 6 mths the lights didn't work - was trying to work and the main light was dim.  Was also above the night club so had a bad nights sleep - was 4ish before it started to quieten down.  I called reception at 10 and phone just rang out... Rooms were lovely and clean, check in was very fast. You get to skip the queue into coppers if you show your room card, and you don't have to pay! The street is noisy outside but what else would you expect on Harcourt Street. I would recommend this hotel only if your out drinking for the night.

Stayed here last Saturday night as part of a group. Check in took ages and eventually we got to our room. The room was as hot as a sauna even though the window was open and no radiators on. Bathroom had hair everywhere. Light wouldn't work, toilet would not flush and hot water coming from the hot and cold taps. Toilet got fixed but nothing else. Reception becomes a cloakroom at night and the whole hotel is part of the nightclub. Very noisy and no concern for overnight guests< no management presen... Read more
