We stayed here for two nights during a weekend away in Dublin and it was a great hotel! The outside and inside were both gorgeous, and the staff were lovely and efficient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were in the area..

We stayed two nights at this hotel, a first time in a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, and were very impressed. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready (admittedly we arrived 45 minutes before the official check-in time). We obviously said it wasn't a problem and said we'd have a drink in the bar and wait; the reception manager said he would come and find us when the room was ready. We decided to have a light lunch whilst in the bar, which was very good. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected... Read more

I am so thankful we stayed at this hotel at the start of our trip-it definitely made the beginning terrific. We flew from the US and arrived around 7AM. Thinking that our room wouldn't be ready, we knew we might have to just freshen up in the lobby bathroom after checking our bags and then start exploring. Fortunately, they had our room ready! It was so nice to be able to relax a bit and freshen up in our room before heading out. The customer service was outstanding. The warm chocolate coo... Read more

Spent three fabulous nights in this hotel, the room was OK a bit dated but clean and well presented. The hotel facilities and staff were superb. The cocktail bar was top class and the server Kristian was a pleasure to have working in any great establishment in any city in the world. The cocktails were made to perfection. The breakfast was also very good and well managed. The weather in Dublin was to die for so a small stroll into St. Stephens green, Grafton St and then to Temple Bar. All and all... Read more

The hotel is about a 20min walk from the centre of Dublin. We walked once and took taxis (not expensive). Doubletree is known for their warm cookies upon check-in. They are delicious. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge with lots of hot and cold options. They also offered "to go" cups for coffee. The staff were very friendly to answer questions about the city.

We visited hotel a couple of weeks ago and must say that I was very impressed. We were two families vacationing with young kids and the hotel was great place to stay and be comfortable. We paid to include the club and it was so worth it. The club access Includes breakfast, access to their lounge, beverages , snacks and certain times alcoholic beverages. Since we were traveling with multiple families, the lounge was a great place to congregate and have our own private space to hang out. The hotel... Read more

Hotel had friendly Staff, always happy to help, the food in the bar was also nice, as well as the room service. Gym is a good size however no swimming pool. The hotel holds corporate events and parties, so can be really busy depending when you go.

Great service on arrival. Recommend you eat the arrival cookie in your room rather than in the list as it's very chocolaty! Reasonable price - certainly for Dublin, Nice room. Taxi ride to get to Temple Bar and centre, if that's what you're after.

I am a native of Dublin but live in Dubai. This hotel was always great (for social, business or just weekend stay). It has everything particularly location and the great people that work there that will make you experience a wonderful one. It is however getting expensive

Well where do I start, what a smashing weekend my husband and I had for his birthday. Check in staff was so friendly and the cookies were lovely. We managed to check in early in to our room and we were both blown away with the size of the room. The room was a king suite and was absolutely gorgeous, lovely seating area and the bed to die for, so comfortable, didn't want to get out. Shower was nice and big. They left a small birthday cake and card in the room when we arrived, what a lovely suggest... Read more

Hotel view was a building site. Rooms very small. Especially for premium price paid would rate this as a 3 star. Clean but nothing special. A bit of a journey outside of Dublin centre and opposite side of Dublin to the airport.

I'm a frequent visitor to the hotel and also use this for business meetings. I find the location ideal, rates when booked well in advance are competitive.otheriwse you are paying for it. Staff are always friendly and welcoming mostly....I have found the service in the bar area not very attentive and have had to frequently stand at the bar to get served.

We stayed here for Valentines weekend and we were so happy with our stay. They had a dinner special for valentines day and we were greeted with a hot chocolate chip cookie on arrival! The staff were so courteous, the room was luxury and the hotel as a whole is just fantastic.

We stayed here for two nights while we visited Dublin. It was a great home base for exploring the city as we could easily walk to places we wanted to go (although not right around the corner, but very walkable) or a short cab ride away. They have a parking lot which you can pay for. The building is very nice and clean, very high standards. We got a warm cookie upon checkin which was delicious!! They do not have a/c and if you want a room with a/c, you have to pay extra. Since the high temperatur... Read more

Stayed her for two days at the start of July. Excellent hotel, great staff. We upgraded to the executive lounge, it was definitely worth it. I can't remember their names but the reception staff and the gentleman working in the executive lounge are a credit to the hotel, really friendly. I also made use of the fitness suite up on the 6th floor, really good view. The hotel is close to town, just jump on a bus or there is a taxi rank outside the hotel. Overall great stay. We will be back.l

We are frequent residents of this fine hotel and have always found it a thoroughly enjoyable experience, the staff can't do enough for you. Last time we stayed there was for our wedding anniversary (mentioned that when booking) and were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room to find a "Happy Anniversary" platter and hand written card from the very thoughtful front desk staff. The bed was covered with a heart shaped display of petals which was a lovely start to our stay. A huge thank you a... Read more

We enjoyed our visit at the Doubletree, Burlington Road in Dublin. The room was nicely appointed and a good size. The location is in a quiet area and it's it is easily accessible to areas like St. Stephen's Green etc. The breakfast room team does a nice job and serve a nice buffet. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The talent at the front desk is rather uneven. Some of them will willingly answer general questions about the area etc. Others seem somewhat put out if you request help with... Read more

We booked a 1-bedroom on an executive floor, which includes a separate sitting room, daily breakfast & happy hour in their exec lounge downstairs. Staff is A++. Issues such as funky fridge was replaced in minutes. Parking is super tight & the locale from airport was hard to find. Only issue is we booked our "exec" room & paid a ton more specifically for the a/c, & you have to sit next to a radiator style heating/cooling unit to feel it, as the fan isn't meant for room cooling. We brought a heat-... Read more

I stayed in subjected hotel for more than two weeks. Every day I had my breakfast in the hotel restaurant on the ground floor. The first thing you will see is Mr. Tommy with his elegant suite with a big nice smile in his face welcoming you to the area escorting you to your table. This seems few seconds which can't be more than 20 seconds but its effects one all visitors are remarkable. I loved this kind of professionals will done Mr. Tommy you are a unique in this world. Me & my boyfriend stayed here for one night last month as we had booked to see the Chris brown concert. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous! No complaints at all, smooth check in. Staff were lovely! (Love the warm cookie on arrival thing) room was nice! However, the location wasn't perfect (maybe that's just my experience as 1st time in Dublin) but I found the taxis were also expensive to get from A to B (I know this isn't hotels fault)

Myself and 3 friends stayed here for one night to attend the horse show at the RDS. From the minute we arrived at the DoubleTree or Burlington as i still like to refer to it, every single member of staff couldnt have been any more attentive. The cookies on arrival were DELICIOUS! The rooms comfortable and clean, shower fab, bar wonderful to sit in and might i add serves a delicious singapore noodle dish. Breakfast was also 1st class. Everything about this hotel made me smile. The staff was so accommodating, they really went above and beyond and were ever so nice. The hotel is beautiful and the room was fabulous. There is a very nice bar and a roomy lobby. We were also impressed by the staircase. I kid you not. Usually, hotel staircases are not the nicest because they are mostly used in emergencies. The staircase here was in the middle of the hotel and covered with a carpet.

Poor HVAC system. The rooms were hot and difficult to cool off. Hotel staff offered "we can't do anything about it". Noise from a construction site across the way. No breakfast included for the price. On the positive side, it is about a 20 minute walk to downtown Dublin, with easy access by taxi to anywhere else.
