We have stayed here twice in the last month. The rooms are really poor, need renovation. We ate in the hotel bar/restaurant, staff were great but the food was not good. Breakfast however was great. Probably would choose a different airport hotel if the need arises again.

Friendly van service from the airport added to friendly greetings at the front desk and from everyone you meet at this bright, clean, quiet hotel make it a great experience. Bus service to downtown Dublin is available nearby and takes about 30 minutes, giving you a chance to see the Dublin where real people live.

Arrived late into the hotel following a really badly delayed flight. Staff were really helpful when I arrived and when i explained that I am allergic to down pillows they arranged for them to be immediately. Can't really understand one of the previous comments regarding the rooms looking tied. I've stayed here many times over the last two years and ice always found the rooms to be really modern and fresh. Burnells is very good value and the staff are always very attentive.

Stayed here for a night to fly out early in the morning. Staff was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Facilities were clean and felt modern. Internet lagged behind. I even had login credentials and felt it was slow, even late at night. If you have early morning flight, this is your spot.

Stayed here for one night prior to early.morning flight. Hotel was a standard Hilton, room clean and spacious and bed comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant for evening meal, food and service both fine. Slight irritations with wifi speed being very slow. Also airport shuttle bus fully booked at 0600, 0630 and 0700 so had to get taxi instead. Shuttle needs either to be more frequent or bigger! Would consider staying here again, but room rate dependent. Nothing makes this hotel excel compared... Read more

This hotel is of the usual Hilton standard, perhaps just towards the lower end of their spectrum. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fairly modern. The restaurant serves a somewhat limited menu, but the breakfast here is one of the best Hilton breakfasts I've had. This hotel is a shuttle bus journey from the airport, so if you want to fall into bed straight out of the airport, or catch a very early flight, then it definately isnt the most convenient. That said, the bus takes les than 10 mins a... Read more

I cannot find the words to express how gracious and helpful the staff and management at this Hilton property were at the beginning of our holiday. Their hospitality and accommodation to a unique schedule really set the right attitude for our vacation. Our flight from Chicago arrived at Dublin at 5:00AM, after killing time at the airport for as long as we could we finally took the shuttle to the hotel. From start to finish, this property failed in comparison to our other Hilton property stays. The name is deceiving, being as the hotel is not very close to the airport. We waited an extended period of time in the cold for the hotel shuttle. Our shuttle driver was not only a terrible driver but also very unprofessional, using language not fit for a family audience. He stalled the stick shift vehicle 3 times while giving us a very rough ride to the hotel. As gold members, we took advantage of t... Read more

Nice hotel, stayed in a family room with our family prior to flying back to the states. It was about 15 min out from the Dublin Airport and very convenient. It costs 2 Euros per person which was reasonable and you could just add that onto your room cost. Large restaurant in the main area, only complaint there is that service was extremely extremely slow!

The restaurant serves fairly tasty food- nothing fancy. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the city center of Dublin so plan for that. I travel internationally and chose this hotel because of the Hilton brand and expected Hilton standards. The evening staff were excellent in helping us get into our room about midnight, after a very long travel day. But, the air conditioner did not cool. I understand clearly that European brand hotels often do not 'turn on' their A/C until the last moment necessary. In fact, two local hotels on our Ireland trip that week had no A/C (not promised on website, either)--but we could open the win... Read more

We reserved this hotel for our last night in Ireland thinking it would be convenient to the airport for our departure the next morning. It is not at or even near the airport. They do have a shuttle to the airport for a charge of 2 euro each. The shuttle only runs once every 45 minutes so not very convenient. We found the facility to be fresh and nice, the staff (especially David) to be very helpful in enjoying our weekend in Dublin. This hotel was roomy and very comfortable. Beyond that, though, was the quality of staff at the hotel. We were able to get an early check in, change money, and get maps and recommendations for getting into the city. Having stayed in many Hiltons, this hotel was definitely geared more for the business traveler than vacationers. And, although it's an "airport" hotel, it is quite a distance from the Dublin Airport, but the hotel shuttle makes it very convenient. In fact, the hotel shuttle driver was a high point of my stay in Ireland. We had just completed a week-long driving tour of Ireland and I had turned in my rental car at the airport and took the shuttle back to the Hilton (where I had dropped the rest o... Read more

We checked into the Dublin Airport Hilton on Sept. 5th around 9pm after flying in from Liverpool. The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean with nice rooms. However, the hotel has no functional air conditioning in the evenings. According to hotel staff, the air conditioning turns off between midnight and 6am, leaving only the air handler working. When we initially entered our room though, we cranked the air conditioning up on high (we like it cool when we sleep), and then went for a late sup... Read more

For being an airport hotel, The Hilton Dublin airport is pretty far away. Check in is very busy at night, I advise to do web check in otherwise you risk not having a room ready even as late a 10 pm. Previously in some London Hiltons, gold status was not recognised or rewarded at all. Here for a stopover on the way home. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was free. You pay going back. Like most Hilton hotels. Big rooms. Clean and comfy. Hotel staff as usual were great and accommodating. Only 4 stars because restaurant could have been more attentive to tables. But you go here for the rooms for the most part and they were your typical Hilton rooms

The hotel was very well presented and obviously well maintained. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly even at 4:30am while we enjoyed late drinks in the resident's bar. We only stayed for one night but it was a very enjoyable one. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't speak highly of the staff they were AMAZING and genuinely extremely helpful. We had a large family group dining here, as well as a few guests staying the night. There was a few children amongst us and the staff were very accommodating! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay at The Hilton Dublin Airport, I can't recommend it enough. My room was a corner suite with a large comfortable lounge & dinning area, connected by double doors to a large bedroom & ensuite with separate bath & shower. Each room had a large TV & in the lounge, there was also a coffee machine & tea making facilities. Because it was a corner suite, large windows filled two sides of the room. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice & staff were so pleasant & welcoming. Every s... Read more

We spent a night here on a layover after an exhausting trip to Barcelona. The staff was supremely helpful, helping to answer all of our questions about how to get to city centre and how to travel around once there. Housekeeping supplied us with toiletries and power converters in less than five minutes after we requested them. Rooms were clean, albeit a bit on the Spartan side, and the comforters were awesome. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, which at 13 euro was stellar value. You can even grab ... Read more

I really can't thank the Hilton enough for making our stay in Dublin an absolutely wonderful one. We arrived at the hotel for our three night stay long before the check-in time, we just wanted to drop our bags off (ideally without a charge for doing so) and the amazing reception staff were so accommodating that not only did they say we could leave our bags there... they upgraded our room and allowed us to check in five hours early. It was perfect as we were nackered after travelling on little s... Read more

We stayed here for a night. The room was lovely with safe fridge and tea coffee facilities. Good quality bedding. Went for dinner. My husband had turkey ham veg and stuffing for 12.95. Excellent food and great value for money. I had lemon sole with baked potato cake and green beans. 15 for the sole and 3 for side of green beans. I honestly have to say we had a beautiful meal and can't wait to stay again
