very good location, quiet hotel with a lot of potential for luxurious facilities. it offers convenient bar and restaurant options. the decoration/design of the rooms is not extremely fashionable but the quality of the bed is very good. points of consideration : the exposure from the bedroom to the corridor noise in the bedroom ; a separation door should be installed to isolate the bedroom

We stayed at the Conrad - getting it as a "secret 5-star" hotel through Lastminute. Externally a 5 storey modern building, we entered into a marbled lobby and were effciently checked-in. Our room was bright and airy with nice touches like a paperback book outlining Conrad Hilton's rise to international hotelier fame from humble origins. A good selection of complimentary toiletries, umbrella and similar things one comes to expect from a 5-star establishment. Set just a few feet from St Stephe... Read more

Well you would think after years and claims made of being 4 or 5 star they could make it right. They are remodeling the rooms finally and they are nice and now clean smelling again. That said the WIFI is still spotty, slow, intermittent and frankly unreliable. I tell the front desk, they apologize, but frankly they have been doing the same "Sorry" routine for years. I finally had to setup in the local McDonalds on Grafton Street to get reliable WIFI. Needless to say I will not return again ... Read more

We had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Hotel Dublin 5/14 through 5/18. Our room was lovely. Although the hotel is in the midst of remodeling, this did not affect the quality of our experience. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room was delightful. The staff was gracious, friendly and very helpful. The concierge recommended day trips to Howth and Kilkenny which we enjoyed.

On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by very pleasant and helpful staff. We'd booked a junior suite which was lovely very spacious and clean with plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom excellent. The only draw back in the room I found was that the hairdryer could only be plugged in in front of the full length mirror and the lighting wasn't particularly good there. The breakfast was really good plenty of choice. One draw back was arriving back at the hotel around 11.30 pm we asked for a drink... Read more

Enjoyed our stay here with some great service and responsiveness to some problems we had. The renovation they have done is nice and the rooms were really nice and well appointed. Liked the new desks with great international power options to suit travelers from other countries. Beds and linens were high end and comfortable and we did not notice any noise or disruption to our sleep There was still some renovation going on in the foyer but otherwise the property felt in excellent shape

We had actually booked somewhere else, and it was horrible! We checked out of that place early and thankfully were able to book a last minute room here. Location of the hotel is perfect for Business & Leisure travelers. St. Stevens Garden is 1 min walk, Iveagh Garden is also 1 min walk. Grofton Street is barely 5 mins walk. This is a fine hotel. My husband and I stayed here for three nights using points from Hilton. We were well treated from the moment we stepped out of the taxi until the end. Danny started it off right by helping with luggage and treating us like royalty! The room was large and comfortable. If you think this hotel is nice, that means you have not stayed at other Conrad hotels. Conrad is supposed to be the luxury hotels within the Hilton family, second only to Waldorf Astoria series. I've stayed at at least 15 other Conrad hotels (there are less than 30 in the whole world), and all of them had been impressive luxury properties. I have no ideal how Hilton group allowed this property to be called Conrad - it is a slap in the brand's name. The room is really more like a Days Inn or... Read more

First stay July 2016. The positives are few, so to dispatch of that right away: The bed was excellent. Now on to what you really want to know. We booked early, seeing high prices across Dublin with some hotels sold out for the night in question. This one came at a hefty rate - E440. On a whim we checked the price on the website the night before and saw the price had declined significantly plus discounts offered. Conveniently located to the city centre, Stephen's Green and the Iveagh Gardens. Room was nice but for a 5 star was no more opulent than most 4 stars. It was spacious though. Arrived to a rainy Dublin after a delayed flight and car hire, to a marvellous welcome from the team here. Our suite has been recently refurbished in cool tranquil colours, with a touch of luxury. Breakfast was delicious, the fresh 'honeycomb' was a nice touch I havent seen before. Drinks last night in Lemeuls were good, Dublin guinness is the best! and gunpowder gin has to be tried. Glad to say we'll be coming back!

I would recommend this hotel for it's location, comfort, and the quality of service. As a Gold member, breakfast was included - and it was totally satisfying. The room was large, especially by European standards, the concierge service was terrific (especially Danny, just recently returned from Dubai), and the staff most helpful in all respects. I must say that I couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Following its whopping ‚?¨13m refurbishment you can feel the class and elegance when you enter the lobby. The team were so welcoming and helpful, our room was stunning (626) and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The bath taps and shower pressure were great and the temperature was easy to adjust and was hot as opposed to warm! You have all the usual facilities in the room. Breakfast was great and they ... Had a very comfy stay with this hotel, the bed was very comfortable one of the best sleeps I've had in a while, selection of food and drink on the room service menu was good with a very reasonable service charge, they even gave us chilled water with our cheese board and we did not order this. The breakfast was delicious with very friendly staff working both days we were there, only negative is that they didn't have baked beans with the cooked breakfast option, but that was a minor issue. The staff at the Conrad made our trip easy and comfortable. They were so helpful and the hotel is perfectly located to get arround Dublin by foot. Our room came with the breakfast and that was an added bonus to. Start the day with friendly staff and a hot meal. Highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant stay here for one night. We arrived back to the hotel after being out to a concert and we were hungry! We ordered room service as it was after 11.00pm and within 10 minutes our food arrived!! Excellent! Breakfast was lovely with plenty of food to choose from. As we were checking out we met the Guest Relations Manager Danny, whom we met two years ago in the Conrad in Dubai.... who was extremely helpful then and also on this occasion. It was lovely meeting up with him again.

Stayed here for 5 nights for a conference in October and while I had heard that there had been a huge upgrade of rooms, we certainly weren't in a refurbished room which was very dissappointing when so many rooms had been booked. Everything was really clean, most staff were friendly and breakfast was super. Staff in bar downstairs were not very attentive and we had to ask a number of them before we were served. Good location within walking distance of Dublin centre which was great.

We stayed here for one night last weekend, We had very good customer service and a very comfortable room to stay in. We were able to check in early and the room was very good, Danny the doorman had asked the bar man if we could have the rugby on in the bar on the -1 floor and that was agreed. The Bar has a great selection of local and Irish craft beers. Breakfast was very nice. Pity we couldn't stay longer.

Stayed here while exploring Dublin for a few days. Cannot say better things about the staff. Upon check in the bellman suggested that we book a hop on hop off tour of the city, he took care of the booking. We had a blast. The rooms in the hotel were updated and posh. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the bar next to the lobby which had a DJ. Overall 5 stars!!!

This hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Its interior looks straight out from an IKEA catalogue, with great design and taste. The check in was flawless and always with a smile. The room we stayed in was big, comfortable and with loads of little amenities. A big thumbs up for the slippers, they are extremely warm and comfy :) The breakfast was really nice. The buffet is medium sized and well stocked and additional items can be ordered from a menu at no extra cost. The... Read more

The hotel was wonderful and the service exceptional, however the the room service was not up to standard with the remainder of the hotel. The food was bland, and not worth the cost. The bar and reception staff deserve medals for dealing with the hectic and busy times and did so in a smooth and efficient manner.

The Conrad hotel provides a truly impeccable experience, from the polite, friendly staff through to the immaculate bedrooms. We have stayed there numerous times and it is our hotel of choice when we visit Dublin. The decor is very stylish throughout the hotel and the sumptuous feel makes it a very relaxing stay. I used the gym this time and it is a very well equipped area with complimentary water, fruit and towels. The breakfast is always of a very high standard and this time, upon entry to the ... Read more

If you are a gold or diamond member do not, do not waste your loyalty here. Understand that upgrades are not always available but have never been told as a diamond member that they are available for a fee. Also never had free breakfast arrangements like this in European Hilton properties. No lounge but not allowed to simply avail of main breakfast arrangements. Have stayed in all other Hilton properties in Dublin except airport. All give soooooo much more recognition to diamonds and golds. Pleas... Read more

I enjoyed this hotel for a business trip. The room was clean and well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was good. Its location was perfect for my meetings, but if I were there for sightseeing, I think the location of some other Dublin hotels would be marginally better.

Loved this hotel - from the warm welcome on the desk, to the lovely hotel room, to a fabulous breakfast with friendly staff. Felt really well looked after. Dressing gown and the best slippers in any hotel I've stayed in, really comfy bed and lots of pillows, heated glass in bathroom for morning face preparation, socket by bed - all the things that matter to me in hotel! Not sure how great the location is, view from my room wasn't great. Bonus for having the Australian rugby team there when I st... Read more

After booking a room we sent a mail asking for a refurbished room. When we got there it turned out that none were available for the first 2 nights (some conference had filled up the hotel), but that we could get one the last night. A bit disappointed we went to our room, but ended up staying there the whole stay. The rooms are spacious, and while not refurbished decent enough. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff - from front desk, concierge to the breakfast restaurant. We th... Read more
