Step out the front door and you are on O'Connel Street. Close to shopping and directly opposite the Gate Theatre. We were able to park at hotel for 12euro. Spaces are limited so you need to book before hand. We checked out early but we were able to leave the car till 4pm.We did not eat at hotel so can't comment. Subway on their doorstep and plenty of places for breakfast/dinner nearby. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. WiFi worked well in room. An average hotel but its location improves i... Read more

Very busy reception area. Room adequate but VERY HOT. Breakfast good but had to go up to mezzanine level for hot food. Bar area and food in bar excellent. Asked for a fan as we were really hot and we were upgraded to a suite..lovely..wished we had done it the night before. Enjoyed our second night in very pleasant air conditioned rooms. All staff were polite and friendly. Would return to this hotel if we were in Dublin again.

Great hotel, good value, clean and great location with easy access around Dublin. Night staff were the best, I would definitely recommend a hot chocolate from Panda in the early hours after your night out! Will hopefully be back soon for another visit.

Situated in the heart of Dublin. Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean with a good range of facilities. Only gripes would be that the front rooms were traffic facing and there is a lot of traffic. Breakfast did not start until 7.30am which is strange as most hotels start either at 6.30 - 7am. Good for tourists but not so much for business folks. That said all in all it was pretty good.

We visited this hotel for my daughters 21st birthday. Overall it was a good experience. We arrived before check in time but were able to leave our luggage securely. The rooms were clean. We had two rooms and these were on the same floor. One room had a very comfortable bed but the other the bed was very uncomfortable. For a three night stay this wasn't ideal but my husband didn't feel strongly enough about it to complain. We had breakfast included which was good lots of variety hot and cold cate... Read more

Our party of 3 generations/5 people showed up well before the normal check in time. The person behind the desk helping us was Georgiana. She was welcoming and professional. There was a line of guests waiting for help, a seemingly endless stream of phone calls, not to mention the ever increasing collection of luggage to the right of the front desk. None of it phased Georgiana. She was poised and kind through our whole check in process. Even when she was tasked with checking in our 11 pieces of lu... Read more

We brought a tour group of 25 American's to Dublin for 3 nights and stayed at Cassidy's Hotel. It's a great location in Dublin, only a block from the AirCoach stop on O'Connell Street so there is easy access from the Dublin Airport. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are full of great information and ready to help. We had a group meal at the hotel restaurant which was lovely although the vegetarian option was not great and didn't have a protein compliment. Breakfast was fantastic.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay quite central. Our stay was lovely, we were upgraded to stay in the suite room it was absolutely huge! Everyone who worked at the hotel were lovely people and friendly! Thank you for everything my friend enjoyed her birthday weekend! The weather was perfect too! We will be back. I would say it's more of a 4 star than a 3 star very clean and looked special !

Stayed in Cassidy's while in Dublin for a concert at the 3 Arena. It was perfect, room was clean, breakfast was tasty and all in all I couldn't fault it. Bar food is cheap and drink was not overpriced either. The hotel's location at the top of O'Connell Street make it ideal for city stayovers.

Stayed overnight while on business in Dublin. I was in a ground floor room with a view to the car park but the room was very comfortable, clean and well fitted out. It feels like a hotel wrapped around a pub and has real character. The bar area did not feel like a hotel bar and the atmosphere was really good. I would stay here again.

We stayed a couple of nights here in June 2016 and found it a comfortable hotel with plenty of Dublin charm near city center. We arrived about midnight, and reception staff were excellent with helping us in and sorting out somewhere to park our car (much appreciated as they were having road works outside the front of the hotel and no place immediately nearby to park the car while unloading bags.) A group of 4 of us visited Dublin for the first time on 20th June 2016. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Darren (in the bar) and Tracey (in the restaurant) went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and bright. An ideal location for a 5 minute stroll onto O'Connell Street with its many bars and restaurants. Hop on and off buses were ideal to see lots of places of interest and sample a pint of Guinness !!

This hotel was the perfect location for us and had everything we needed. The beds were big and comfortable enough. The front desk ladies were spectacular. The shower had some gross hair in it but it wasn't worth complaining about. As a warning the birds will definitely keep you up at night. All being said, definitely worth it based on location. I would stay here again!

Cassidy's Hotel in Dublin is our first choice when we visit Ireland! The front desk staff is always ready to help with reservation, suggestions of activities, and best of all...they know how to get to anything you want in Dublin!!! Rooms are large enough, very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk from the Air-Link shuttle from Dublin Airport (must purchase ticket) and all of Dublin is easily accessed from this location.

Stayed here for our first couple of nights in Dublin. Very convenient for the city center. hotel comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet that was okay. This hotel is located on one of most historic streets of Dublin. Blocks from the post office where the 1916 uprising occurred. The staff at the hotel was very helpful in giving us directions, printing tickets and calling cabs. Our room was on the second floor overlooking parking. The room was a little warm due to a heat register that would not entirely turn off so we had to keep the window open. There was a lot of street noise and seagull squawking. Breakfast was tasty with the best salmon we enjoyed in three weeks travelling around Ireland. What is difficult is the size of rooms in real estate inflated Ireland and especially Dublin! I recently stayed at Cassidy's Hotel for three nights on either side of a tour of Ireland. The hotel is conveniently located but the road works made access difficult, not the hotel management's fault. Sadly we had high hopes but we were very disappointed. The room was small, we had to pay more than for instance a room at the marine hotel which is super de luxe. The twin bed was very small, and by far not long enough for us. Also the bathroom was not clean and the room and bathroom were really dated. Breakfast (full Irish) was ok but nothing special and cost 12 euro p.p. Staff was friendy and location is the only plus. Would not stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms (if a bit tired and dated). The only negative was that my ground floor room was next to the service road and I was woken very early on both mornings of my stay by noisy deliveries to the hotel (laundry on day 1, didn't get up to look on day 2!). This wouldn't put me off staying again though as its s busy, city centre hotel. I'd either request a room higher up or pack industrial ear plugs!
