Having stayed at the Aspect Hotel many many times, I find it difficult to fault if you wish to be in West Dublin. Easy access to the city via the rail station just nearby. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff are always polite and attentive. This hotel offers excellent value for money but prices do vary when there is something special going on in Dublin e.g. a sporting event or a music event.

A lovely hotel, very clean .I had a double room but the bed was super kingsize and very comfortable.I didnt use the bar or restaurant so cant comment but it did look very comfortable and welcoming .My room was very spacious ,bedding and towels were spotlessly clean and changed daily and beds made.Hand soap and shower gel were in the room and other toiletries were available free from reception if required.Iron and ironing board were provided in the room ,also a hair drier.Plenty pillows which i li... This hotel is comfortable and good value for money. It is very easy walking distance to the train station and 15 minutes into Dublin on the train, there is a bus stop right outside. The train doesn't run very often and the bus times seemed to change each day, you can collect train and bus information from the reception each morning. The changes made it difficult to plan ahead going into Dublin, home to change and back again but that is the choice made when booking a hotel out of the centre, fo... Read more

and the building as a whole was kept immaculately clean. I would not really recommend this from a tourist point of view but it is great for the businessman or woman. If you are a tourist I can not criticise the hotel, if you happy with the extra travelling involved to see the sights of Dublin!

We recently stayed in this hotel and even though the rates were very competitive I have to say that the bar service was unbelievably poor, the same person who was serving in the restaurant was also covering the bar which resulted in long delays trying to get a drink. In the restaurant the dinner we ordered had obviously been re-heated in an oven, the ham I got with turkey was so hard from the re-heating that I couldn't cut it with my knife, also there were only bottle drinks available after 11.3... Stayed here on a Friday night. Very clean hotel with modern decor.Friendly staff.Had a problem with the door key and it was sorted immediately. Comfortable beds and area was free of traffic noise .The free parking was a bonus in Dublin. There was a bus stop outside the hotel so access to the city centre. Good choice at breakfast and it was only 10 euro.

Very good hotel, clean rooms big bed, tea coffee etc iron hair drier , no need to take shower gel ,all provided and smelt lovley, the breakfasts were exellant, as much as you can eat for £10 staff lovley and friendly, printed off our return boarding passes, no hassle, the bus to Dublin was outside but you need to have the right change £2 40, as they don't take notes if you take the train you have to change so bus is better, definitely recommend this hotel.
