We have 1 night here, we feel a very warm greetings from hotel staff. Located near ubud centre, bakung has a strategic location for those who want explore ubud and kintamanu. The view was also great, we can see the padi rice fields from our room. We just had a little problem about the parking lot, but the hotel driver was very helpful and give us as valet service. We also got a full breakfast, just suggest to the hotel management to add some rice menu.

We stayed in studio room for two days. It is a nice and clean place. Staff is helpful. Location: Hotel is about 3 km from ubud centre. Scooters are available on rent (IDR 70k) from hotel. Free shuttle is also available. Frequency of the shuttle should be improved. Food: Ok. Some more options should be added in Breakfast menu. Luwak coffee is worth trying. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I have never been to Bali in the past so I took my time to look for accommodations. Bakung Ubud Resort and Villa has really impressed me. It is far enough to be away from the busy Ubud Centre but still close enough for me to get there if I want to go for some shopping and some sightseeing. I really like how they provide their customers free shuttles to and from town 3 times a day. It gives me enough time to explore the city centre and go back and relax in my room or by the pool. All the staffs ... Read more

Very nice hotel, the rooms are really spacious and if you have a deluxe room you'll get a view of the rice fields. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There was not much variety, the fruit was on a plate with flies on it. Staff was really nice and friendly, but if you need transport to wherever don't book it at the hotel but in Ubud centre. You'll pay so much more at the hotel.

Our room (maybe deluxe, ordered it from Booking.com) was spacious, king size bed room, a living room, balcony with the pool and terrace view, and a bathtub with separated shower. Didn't expect that spacious for just usd 45. The room is clean on every edge. Full amenities and a safe deposit box. The hotel is cozy and far from the crowded Ubud street. We rent a bike for 5usd a day. The staffs are nice.

We request for a joint room as we book 2 room but end up we get a free upgrade! It's so happy but the bad things is the door can't opened when we back to the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly! Bakung Ubud Resort and Villa has really impressed me. It is far enough to be away from the busy Ubud Centre but still close enough for me to get there as free shuttle provided with the different time. The bed is bit dirty as i get bitten by mold. Overall is good but if the bed is clean then everything... Read more

First of all, we search the Resort by Google maps but the direction is not right, I think we get lost by the map. This hotel offer you a room or a villa with a view to the pool, the breakfast is a buffet but i try a better one... No special mention for the staff which is correct but not as welcoming as i saw before Price to book a taxi or renting a scooter are higher than the hotel next to bakung ubud.

We booked a standard room but they upgraded us to a villa during two nights for the same price. After that we wanted to stay one more night and they arranged a standard room which was quite good. Rooms, both in villa and standard, were clean with toiletries and even slippers. Also a kettle with coffee and tea. They counted with many facilities which can be useful during your stay. Really liked these details. Bed was very confortable and clean. AC was working good. Extremely helpful and kind st... Read more

A quaint little hotel situated amidst rice fields, with clean rooms and friendly staff. Not at a great location in terms of convenience as it is a few kms away from the city Centre. However they have a shuttle service 3 times a day that take you to the city Centre. The breakfast spread is excellent and provides good value for the price. The staff is friendly and is eager to help out. Did face a bit of a problem during check out as the card machines did not accept any of my credit cards. Overall ... Read more

We had such a pleasant 3 night stay at Bakung Ubud, we wished we could have spent more time here. The location is out of town, however we really enjoyed the seclusion (plus there are free shuttle buses too and from the city centre) and the view of the rice terraces are just beautiful. The breakfast was good and we loved the dinner, the tom yum goong was a favourite. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the 2 pools were also great. The service was also exceptional, everyone was friendly... Read more

I stayed for one night with my fiancé. We booked studio suite room, thanks to the most helpful and beautiful reservation staff Swasty Pradnya Asri, eventhough we changed the date 3 times she's still happy to help us. When we arrived, we didn't expect any honeymoon amenities but we got them, thanks to Swasty again! The cake was delicious and the swan decoration was pretty. The staff were also very friendly. The room was so spacious and the bed was sooo comfy, we slept like a baby. The shower ge... Read more
