This property was one of my least favourite places to stay in Bali. Don't get me wrong the staff was very friendly and the pool was beautiful, but besides that it wasn't good. The hotel is out of the way from everything on top of a hill. Luckily we had a scooter to get around, if you didn't have one I don't know how you would do it because no taxies come up there for fun. We had a room with a kitchen which was nice but the room and amenities were very old and dated. Our room also stunk of cigare... Read more

Spent 3D 2N in Batam at Goodway. Asked for pool view and non-smoking rooms. Lobby was welcoming but level floors were dark and a little spooky due to insufficient lighting. Staff were friendly and housekeeping obliging. Towels and bedlinens were a put off and we requested for change. We also had bed bugs. Plus point that rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was very average though Sunday spread was better. Very old hotel with lovely charm. Swimming pool was dirty and water cloudy. Didnt allow my... Read more

One of hotel in Bali that still keep the natural and cultural sense of is big hotel with wide open can see a lot of Frangipani Tree surrounding the hotel. All the room are Suite Room, they have living room, kitchen, dining room. There are one , two, three bedroom suite. The facilities : it has fitness centre with alot of equipment (the gym room not that wide - a little bit crowded) , swimming pool + kids pool. The nice thing, there is a kind of a little market that sell sou... Read more

Just for information, you will regret if you stay in this hotel at rainy season, cause there werent any roof or corridor which will cover you from the rain between every block of rooms to restaurant or to the lobby.. Hotels staff is also have a slow respons to guests who need their help.

I travelled to Bali with friends one of which had been to Bali many times and was very upset with the cleanliness of this Resort, we had to agree, our first room smelt and had mould throughout the bathrooms even the shower curtains, after calling the front desk we were moved to another Unit which smelt better but had the same problem, my friend had the staff come in and clean the Unit (bathrooms)- the result- majority of the mould was removed, cupboards were still dirty and not cleaned. There fo... Read more

It's an old hotel, it has a really big and nice building but it's too old style. So it makes seems really really spooky. Breakfast good. Location too far from the tourists attraction, and i always got a problem with the water.

Good staff And helpful staff front office, huge room space good for family group. They have like traditional market that sold souvenirs and Balinese clothes, the price is good for hotel stuff. There is no attractive place you can found with walking.
