we stayed here for 5 nights, upon check in the guy asked if we wanted to upgrade our stay so we did which not only included a slightly better room but also to have afternoon tea and cocktails as well as breakfast. OMG the breakfast was amazing, about 8 different stations to choose from. Our room was awesome as we could swim out out door and around to the main pool. We did water aerobic one day and the kids loved the kids pools and slide. Everybody was super friendly and the service was great.

We just finished our first trip to Bali two weeks ago. The trip was fantastic. The resort was first class and staff were nothing short of amazing. The service check in to check out were friendly and helpful. The Kweezeen Restaurant staff were exceptional right from the hostesses to the servers and cooks. Deserving special mention are: Ari Dewi, Yogi Widiadi, #Hardika, and Tisnia Bali Mode. If we had the names of the hostesses we would have given them special mention also. We also enjoyed s... Great relaxing getaway. Had a wonderful stay in a room with private pool on the ground floor. Enjoyed excellent service from the staff at Kwee Zeen Restaurant. Special thanks to Tulus and Kaslika who were attentive and made sure that everything was good when we were at the restaurant!

I cannot fault this hotel. It is just beautiful. Probably the nicest place I've ever stayed! I just found Nusa Dua a little boring. Full of resorts. Not the real Bali. Prefer huddle and bussel of Legian and Seminyak. If you love resorts then go here. It's wonderful.

The overall experience in Sofitel is great and amazing. I had special arrangement with Tika ( Guest Relation TL) and thanks to her to workout a surprise for my boyfriend during the stay! The breakfast is incredible with choices of food. So remember to wake early and enjoy the breakfast! I also had beachside seafood buffet at night which is okay for the price and quality of food. The only downside is the beach where we can't really swim in the sea due to the strong current.

Great new modern resort at the main beach at Nusa Dua. Sofitel at its best. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Cut Catch Cusina, possibly the best restaurant in Nusa Dua. We stayed in a Club room, so we had access to the club lounge. Good service, food and drinks. Not sure about all the little kids running around in the lounge at cocktail time.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The villa we stayed in had a garden, lawn area, outside shower and private pool. The service from the butler staff for the villa was amazing - especially Edi, he is awesome. The resort is large in size (7 hectares) and has a variety of accommodation, dining and pool options available. The lobby bar has an amazing view at night and offers up the usual drinks but also has a pretty good tapas menu. The beach and pool area menus do vary depending on time of day and hav... Read more

Beautiful modern resort with warm and friendly staff Warmly welcomed at the club from check in to checkout The pools are amazing - and I like the lounge chairs placed within the water. The sand on the beach is a bit rough but the beach front huts are lovely to relax in. Well treated as a platinum Accor guest with a suite upgrade.

Third times staying here, and the hotel facilities is regressing rapidly. For a luxury hotel under 5 years old, many of the hotel facilities seemed under maintained, for example, many of the state-of the-art controllers in the guest lavatories did not work, broken shower holder in my room and water pressure was uncomfortably low. I also found that my dinner experience this time was below expectation. The first time I had dinner at Cut Catch Cucina everything was perfect, so was the second time l... Read more

Stayed with my family o a get away. The resort is beautiful, landscape is amazing, rooms are beautifully designed, well maintained rooms and the entire hotel, super nice and clean beach, very large and nice pool, and the best assets are the people working here. The holidays were amazing, I will definitely recommend to my friends and families and will come back on a visit to Bali again. Keep it up Sofitel Bali.

Besides, a friendly staff kindly show our family to a couple of couch with welcome drinks. Check out was very very fast though. We got a complimentary 3 level room upgrade! Sofitel kindly move our two-connecting-standard-rooms to two-connecting-pool access-rooms. Thank you so much Sofitel! Really made our day! We had a blast in Sofitel. I stayed for 3 nights with my husband and a 4year old daughter. This is actually a 5star hotel. However for me i just find that i didnt feel like i am in a 5star hotel, the entire area is quite dark maybe because the decorations used mosly are made of wood. The pools are just average. The room, even though its spacious, just doesnt have the wow factor like the rest of 5star hotels in nusa dua area. The amenities given are good. Not much to actual do in the area locally but staying in this hotel was a great choice. We had a club level room which made all the difference. Breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks drinks etc really did make a big difference as there's not much apart from other hotels local. Pools are amazing but get up early and leave your towels by the beds otherwise you won't get anything. Service was great and food was excellent throughout. Beach was average but that's no reflection on the hotel. We would defini... Read more

For our first trip to Bali after not having been here for a while, we decided to stay at Sofitel. It was a nice hotel, and very beautiful, although the view from the lobby was underwhelming. (I think it could've been stunning if the lobby was elevated higher, though.) There were many positives about this hotel although the service in particular was stellar, all staff and workers always ready to help and offering a smile or greeting when you pass them. Staying in the Sofitel is just a wonderful experience. The staff is always smiling and ready to help, the rooms are big and well furnished, the pool is also great. There are so many things in this hotel to discover that you really need to take your time to enjoy all the facilities: the gym (with sauna and hammam), the spa (even on the beach!!!), the different restaurants, the dances at night... 3 nights is just too short to enjoy it all and I will definitely come back whenever I can!!

We stayed here for 4 nights, after coming down from Ubud. Arrival went smoothly, our bags taken straight away and we were shown to the check in reception straight away. Our room wasn't ready (we arrived at 14.00), but this wasn't a problem as we had a beer at the bar while waiting (ridiculously expensive). Waited half an hour, then were shown to our room. The room, a deluxe King room with plunge pool, was superb. Great furnishings. The lighting was a complete nightmare however, with switches... Read more

We have been to Bali for many times but this is the first time for us staying at Sofitel Bali. The overall rating for this hotel is 4.5 out of 5.. We love the kids club and pool as our 1.5 year old daughter spent some very good time here. The staff at the Kids club at first asked us to register and pay for the entrance fee but at the end changed their mind and we were allowed for 3 days of 2 hours free session due to some miscommunication within their team.. We stayed in a suite and comfortably serviced a family of 4. The pools are spacious and great to play with the kids. Newly installed massage day beds look into the beach are a great addition. The buffet breakfast and dinner are varied and fresh. The club access provides a nice sanctuary in the afternoon when you need a break from the sun. Butler sandi made every effort for our stay to be perfect. Very attentive and informative of things to do in Bali.

Our stayed started well, even though we could not get a room upgrade (Accor Gold) we were able to have access to the lounge. Our room was 5312 which is on the top floor and have a nice view of the ocean. Our last stay was in the Opera Suite and 1 Bedroom Villa but we found that our standard room was still very good. Despite contacting the hotel prior to arrival to get two baby cots in our room for our two year old twin boys they were not in the room, it then took a while for them to arrive. ... Read more

Sofitel Nusa Dua claims it is a 5-star Luxury hotel, but unfortunately we didn't think so. When we first arrived to the hotel, we went to the reception room to check-in, and it was swamped with guests. So we had to take a queue number and waited despite having to rush to a wedding party elsewhere (we were part of the groom's family). A guest who couldn't wait and came later than we did, went to complain to one of the staff about it and she was instantly served by the receptionist. We found this... Read more

Awesome room, in-room amenities, pool, lounge, gym, and nice restaurant (CCC). This property has all means to be top resort in world. But there are several service inconsistencies and lack of loyalty program knowledge when I stayed here for 5 nights. Luckily, they learn the mistakes quickly and made tremendous effort to maintain their Sofitel standard of service. Thank you for your great service recovery. Special thanks for Mr Adi.
