I had both good and bad experiences whilst being here for 7 nights. I'll start with the bad: I lost my wallet whilst upgrading to another room and never saw it again. Staff didn't understand what I was talking about. I had absolutely no assistance or help with my lost wallet and that was a let down. I think this was due to the language barrier. Upgraded to room 355 and it was extremely loud and hard to sleep. I was also itching alot whilst I was in bed I'm assuming the bed had bed bugs or so... Read more

Stayed here in January for the first time and really enjoyed our stay. Free standing shower which we prefer, two pools with the restuarant over looking one of them. Can be hard to find a sunbed next to the pool at times..more sunbeds please. The hotel is across the road from everything. Food, coffee at the Coffee Corner is only meters away with guards who stop the traffic and direct you safely across the roads. Markets, glass fronted stores and laundry all so close. The staff are helpful and the... Read more

We had 11 days at Mercure Legian. On arrival 12:30pm, we got to hotel with three kids in tow, to find accomodation we had requested was not what we got. We asked for interconnectioning with balcony, only to be informed they did not have available so next day we were separated in to two rooms next to each other, but with balcony. When checking in late, the last thing you want is reservation issues. Overall: staff lovely, except cleaners could pick there game up a bit a few days rooms weren't cle... Read more

Stayed here for a conference. I was one of the conference organizer for my company. I'll start with the room, I got the Executive Suite. Lovely, very spacious, it has 2 balconies, 1 with a rattan swing chair. Larga bathroom, loved the 2 sinks. The only complaint I have, is the lighting, the room is very dim light, maybe it's purposely designed but I'm the type of person who can't stand dark/dim lit rooms. The facilities: meeting room, 2 pools, kids play room & gym. The meeting room was a bit tig... Read more
