All in all a good experience, cheap and nice rooms in the heart of kuta. Can get loud from the next door cover bands is my only issue which you can hear from our room starting around 5-9. Friendly staff, alright breakfast.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the very helpful and welcoming staff from the hotel. Check in was done fast and they gave us a welcome drink. Our room was very nice and clean and had a pool view. The amenities of the hotel were great. The location was also very convenient as it is close to kuta downtown, the beach and the malls and a 10/15 minute drive to Seminyak.the only downside of this hotel is that it doesn't include breakfast. However you can have a buffet breakfast for only 60000... Read more

Small hotel conveniently positioned down a side street. Short walk to beach. My husband and l have stay here 5 times now, with no complaints. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean rooms and although the breakfast menu is very limited, the food was fine. Being a small hotel, they don't have bar facilities, though they do sell Bintang and soft drinks, lots of bars and cafes in the area. Rooms are reasonable size, though not much space for luggage.

The Hotel is really central and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and clubbing. If you want to go outside of Kuta, you can walk to Seminyak by the beach. If you want to go a little further exploring the hotel staff can set you up with a driver that will take you anywhere. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is soooo good. It's a quiet hotel, with a delicious swimming pool. Perfect for a relaxed vacation.

Overall the hotel is great, friendly receptionist and staff, but the security team was lack of smile. The housekeeping was awesome, our room got clean everytime we go out, no matter what time, they always make up our room. One thing you need to improve, the wifi hotel isn't good at all, always lost connection every time. The distance to Kuta Beach is pretty far, but to the Legian street is very close.

We stayed 7 days in Bali of which 2 were in this hotel. Location of hotel is good, walking distance to shopping and food. Cleanliness is good. Staff very friendly. Rooms a little small and basic. Pool was clean. Though entrance to the hotel is through a smaller road or lane which may look a little obscure. For the price of the rooms this is a good deal. Don't have too high an expectation of the whole place. If comfort and facilities are the preference other more expensive hotels will be better. ... Read more

The hotel is very good, nice, friendly staffs, quick check-in, great bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool which is awesome for this kind of price range. Great location, only about 100m from Legian street so it's close to almost everything you're looking for; food, shopping, legian beach, etc. On the down side, the breakfast was not that good meaning It's at a small restaurant next to the lobby and the pool, and it lacks meal varieties, not really much to choose from. Wifi connection was ok... Read more

Very nice hotel located in a side road of the famous Legian Street in Kuta. The beach is within 10 mins walking distance but you can easily get to a lot of good and cheap restaurants and also only 10 mins walking distance to all the famous clubs in Kuta. Although it´s located in the busy centre of Kuta it´s not too loud at night. The rooms are well arranged with a small balcony. As the rooms are located arround the swimming pool you have a beautiful view to the swimming pool from every room. B... Read more

Stayed there for 5d/4n. Hotel is small but very clean & peaceful. it's reasonably priced. close to legian street & about 5-10 min walk to kuta beach. breakfast taste quite good, but not much variety. in-room bar fridge is not cold. staffs are helpful but can be more friendly and courteous. overall, it's 8/10 from me..

Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. The rooms overlook the pool, making for a nice view. On our first morning, we were woken up by very noisy children swimming in the pool though. The breakfast buffet is great and they make additional items such as pancakes and eggs if you ask. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The walk is well worth it because the other hotels on the beach are far more expensive. You can eat at those hotels for lunch and get great service. The staff at Hotel Ter... Read more

The only one bad thing I can say about this hotel is that the pool is almost permanently in the shade! Which is a shame as it is so pretty. The staff were amazing and so helpful, and the location is perfect. Near to the main Kuta strip but still get a perfect nights sleep. It's so clean and the bathrooms are amazing, pure luxury! Wifi is a bit on and off but overall it works. So glad we found this little gem of a hotel for such a good price!

The hotel looks good, has a nice pool, has nice staff, but that's where it stops. If you are young i highly suggest not to stay here, it's too quiet and has next to no alcohol service. -the pool closes at 7pm -there is no bar -no lunch dinner or snack service -due to the design of the hotel the pool receives no sun -toiletries are awful, both shampoo and conditioner are the same liquid. -shower overflows due to bad plumbing/shower design -worst tv channel selection out of all the Bali hotels I'... I would highly recommend this hotel to someone who wants to be close to the Kuta action but still stay somewhere quiet and clean. The rooms are new and it??s only a 10 minute walk to the clubs or the beach. The breakfast is buffet style and has a good selection which is refilled regularly.

This hotel was an absolute godsend to two backpackers! It was modern, had very friendly staff and good service at all times, good wifi, was clean, had a balcony, pool etc. The shower was wonderful. We ended up extending an extra night here and really appreciated the cleanliness and the facilities available.

Stayed here for 3D2N, check in and check out was quick. Location is pretty good and not too secluded. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Kuta Beach and Beachwalk mall. 20 minutes drive from the airport. Only downside was the aircon took quite some to cool down the room and the toilet doesnt come with a bidet or a hose.

We have just had the best stay at the Terrace Hotel in Kuta. We have booked a few hotels during our travels around Asia and this is by the best one. Great value for money, lovely staff, fantastic location and the pool was a great bonus. Thank you Terrace Hotel for a lovely time. I hope we get the chance to come back again! ???

We only stayed 1 night, but was impressed. Good value for money, good location (away from the noise, but easy to get to the action), nice attentive staff, very helpful with transfers and recommendations. Room was fresh, clean and comfy. Excellent rain shower in the bathroom - semi opaque divider between the bedroom and bathroom, but luckily was comfortable enough with my travelling friend ;0 Didn't use the pool, but looked very nice for a dip after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed for 2 nights here on deluxe room and good value for money, good location for some foods n souvenir shops. At first we got lost to find this hotel by taxi because this hotel location was a bit inside. The hotel road is small and very crowded with people walk & motors. The kuta area were always crowded n had some traffic during the busy hours. We rented a car with driver n gas for Rp. 500.000 for only ten hours.

Loved our stay at Terrace. The staff were very helpful and looked after us well, rooms were clean and spacious. Well worth the money we spent, i would highly recommend this place to everyone. - One note- room 303 key or door handle has a problem - sometimes it doesn't pick up. Thanks again,

At £25/night it surpassed expectations. Room was very clean, modern with a flat screen tv. Good view of the small but sufficient pool below. Staff are very friendly and although our room does not include breakfast seems to be more than enough to set you up for the day. Bed is super comfy, the excellent reviews on this hotel say enough.. We stayed at The Terrace for one night. The best part about this hotel is that it is right in the middle of kuta shopping center. The hotel is maintained well. Very clean with prompt housekeeping. The only negative that needs mentioning is that the balconies are very crammed. It's just 2 feet wide, so one can barely stand outside. The staff were helpful in suggesting places that we could visit for shopping. Overall the experience was pleasant.

What can I say about it. Nothing bad really :) Friendly staff anywhere you look. Rooms are comfty and clean. Everyday you get 2 free bottles of water. Hotel has a great location. Main street is close by, beach is about 5-10 minutes way (walking distance) and you have a few good places to eat nearby. You may hear some music from nearby pubs, but nothing to bad. It wont affecr your sleep. All in all a nice place to stay.
