Upon arrival, we were shown to our Standard Room (booked by our agent), unfortunately I was not happily surprised. These rooms are extremely basic and remind me of a backpackers, it'll do if you aren't too worried with having the basics of a place to shower and sleep. The bathroom was old, stained and a bit smelly. The furniture in the room was old and mismatched. We asked the manager why it doesn't look like online images, but he showed us where/how the photos were taken - very misleading. We ... Read more

We booked this hotel through booking.com don't be fooled by the photos . We have been to Bali numerous times and stayed in numerous hotels but this was worst ever we arrived at 2230 we were in joni 2 I was under the impression that it was reasonably close to joni 1 but it was a cross a busy road and then a left turn into what looked like a residential area there were dogs barking at us in our part of the hotel. We booked bungalows they had a funny smell and matress like cement. No wifi unless yo... Read more

The staff are warm and very welcoming.Breakfast is very basic could actually do bre... Read more

Stayed for five days was upgraded on day 2 due to noisy party goers in the pool until early hours was not impressed. Upgrade was much better was wellaway from noise at pool at night ,room was good though a bit high for my liking but comfortable, kept clean and staff were all friendly. Close to everything and would suit people who only wanted to sleep in room and be out all day, but saying that I did spend some lovely time in the pool.
