It is a hidden gem in a great location. I was initially sceptical about all the positive reviews that Rama Gardens had received but they are all true. The rooms are huge with a well appointed bathroom. It has a nice pool creating a pleasant setting. Close to the beach. The Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend and stay again.

Staff are always friendly whilst still maintaining their professional attitude. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the restaurant serves very good meals. The hotel is situated in Legian, close to shops, restaurants and spas, very convenient.

Lovely Hotel in an great location. Have stayed 3 times now and always found the rooms clean, ample room for guests and luggage - staff very obliging and look after all your needs, nothing is too much trouble, pool and surrounding area well attended to, found the staff excellent in all departments - a credit to the Management. Breakfast has been upgraded to a-la-carte, the cooks were excellent, a little more variety in the self serve would be nice. Hotel is close to other restaurants, bars, be... Read more

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are a good size with really comfortable bed and a nice big shower. The staff were helpful and very friendly.Only down side was the steep steps to the upstairs rooms, my 76yr old mother found them challenging. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a week after reading solid TA reviews and smoothly booked direct. Happy to report RGH exceeded our expectations. The rooms are of a higher quality than our mid-2016 experience at a 5-star Legian resort. Beds as comfortable as home. Bathroom immaculate. Couple with 2 young boys managed to stay in the one room with King and fold-out single. Bar fridge and A/C near ice cold was refreshing from heat. Pool and garden surrounds well cared for and beautifully serene to laze away with a book.... Read more

First off this is no five star establishment, or four star for that matter. My assessment is based purely on my experience and understanding that this hotel does not pretend to anything other than good old fashioned Balinese hospitality. I enjoyed this hotel immensely. From the well-equiped and large rooms to the small but lovely pool. My room was the upstairs variety, the least expensive. It was large, with a large flat-screen TV, excellent new bathroom and new furniture and fittings. The ... Read more

Stayed here recently with my sister for 4 nights. Absolutely loved it. Perfect location, meals were lovely, breakfast was adequate and the beds were the comfiest ever! Great small place if you want to be in the thick of things which we did. Would stay again in a heartbeat, when I come again with my sister, however wouldn't stay here with my husband and young daughter as not really a place for children.

After our first visit in March 2016, we returned on 12 November with a different set of friends. We had another great stay and noticed that breakfast was much improved since our earlier trip. We were made so welcome by all of the staff that we felt comfortable right from the pickup at the airport . Our rooms were spotless as was the bathroom. We met so many lovely people around the pool, many were return guests which says alot about this small hotel.

Nice size hotel that provides ( personal welcoming experience and nice atmosphere ). These service is sometime lost in bigger hotels . Room decoration is good . Is nicely clean every day . All staff are helpful and even would go the extra mile . On our visit , there was a heavy thunder storm and our steps where very wet. A member of staff kindly , came to mop the stairs dry because we had an elderly aunt using the steps . The member of staff did this on his own discretion . Well done
