I stayed here for a week with my friend and it was a very good hotel. We had twin beds in our room that were a great size with a huge shower/bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Rooms were very clean and cleaned every morning. The breakfast every morning was buffet with quite a lot of varieties and your very own personal egg chef. The staff are the most amazing and caring people you will ever meet. Absolutely recommend staying here throughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel in the quite place in the middle of Kuta Very friendly and helpful Staff and reception DJ in the daytime so sleeping might be complicated during the day, but still that is good to have nice music near the pool :) wifi access is very lowspeed The hotel is very good in price/value ratio as you do not pay a lot and still get a lot of the benefits of luxury hotel and nice location but dont be too demanding)

Stayed there for 3 nights, the room s clean and cosy, with a price like that, breakfast s included every morning, that is definitely worth the stay. There s one night with live my music by the pool which s awesome with good vibe. Tried the spa at the hotel which s not expensive and well worth. The only thing that matters is the poor wifi connection. Couldn't connect at anytime during stay, had to use mobile data instead.

Very nice hotel, stayed for 4 nights, room was clean, Breakfast included - nice local spread which changes every day. Worth it! Room service is 24 hours! and it was super fast... Location wise - very good , near to the beach and near to kuta shopping area. The only thing is wifi connection not so stable at times.

Stayed in Royal Suite but effectively it was just 2 connecting rooms. Room - the bedsheets and pillows have a damp and moist smell. spacious. sofa was stained and dirty Location - The 5- to 10-min walk into the hotel from the main road through the alleys is dark and quiet at night. Service - Staff were friendly and service was good.

The hotel room did not quit match the expectation they provided in the pictures. It feels more like an old hotel wrapped with new clothes. Wifi in the room didn't really work for us. However, the staffs are all very friendly and helpful and spa is good for the price!

Let's starts by saying this hotel is pretty cheap for the relatively new quality it offers. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The staff are super friendly and very helpful especially when we had a late flight; they stored our luggage/valuables, and even let us into a clean room to freshen up and shower before our flight.

Room : Clean and comfortable Dining in : Moderate and expensive Service : Good It was my wife bday, so I told the hotel to arrange a cake and decoration, and the hotel managed to pull out perfectly with some staffs inside the room and gave a surprise to my wife. Location is not good because it is far inside and its quite dark to walk. Unfortunately during our stay, the road was closed at night, so we had to walk in the dark which is quite scary. Overall it was ok, except for the location.

our breakfast during our stays totally boring. you have same menu everyday.. your front desk hadled us too long and too complicated. They look so busy to handled another foreign guests than us (domestic). Also when we arrived at hotel from our trip on another day,the front desk and staff did not greet us nor help us with our baggage. Decided to spend our last two nights of our Indonesian travels back in Bali, this time in Legian rather than Kuta. Its a little higher class and closer to Seminyak where we had plans to look around. The hotel is in a pretty secluded location of a small side street a little like the poppies, even the taxi drivers aren't quite sure where it is so make sure you do your research before you arrive, you don't want to be walking around in Balinese heat with your luggage. The hotel is modern and clean... Read more

While nicely designed and very convenient located, The Bene overpromises a bit. One among various reasons for me to book was the possibility to do a on site cooking class - yes this is a true niche reason - and I don't complain that in the end the class didn't take place due to lack of customer interest, but the way they tried to organize one was just a bit complicated/prone to be unsuccessful ... This hotel located near Kuta Beach, but the road to reach the hotel is like a small alley and very crowded. I choose this hotel based on the pictures I saw in one of the hotel booking website, but the reality is far from what I expected. The hotel looks old. Maybe it was my mistake for not finding out when it was built and definitely not as nice as it looks in the picture. I booked a room with pool access. Don't be fooled by the low price this hotel offers. My girlfriend and I stayed 5 nights in a 'pool access' room. Upon check in we were quite satisfied with our decision however after the first day the novelty wore off. Bene hotel is such a legit place to stay if you desire for a totally relaxing and quite vacation. Note: when arrive, you should request the taxi to go directly to the hotel or they would just leave you at the main street and you gotta walk for a bit long way with luggages. Nice pool, nice room decoration. However, wifi at room is pretty weak. If this point can be adjusted, Bene hotel would totally be a perfect choice.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is a good hotel with a lovely swimming pool. Rooms are spacious. Friendly staff. They have a decent spread for breakfast. Wifi can be slow at times. Overall we had a good stay, value for money

Happy holidays at Bali Kuta. Will plan to back again :) The Bene Hotel is near to Pantai Kuta, walking distance is only 5min. Good location near to Beachwalk shopping mall as well. Driving distance from airport to hotel is about 10min.
