It's a luggage friendly hotel as they have a ramp to help transport luggage with ease. Rooms are nice and clean and always smiles greeting staff. The only thing they can improve on is perhaps make yummier dessert ie real chocolate butter cakes not so much the mousse staff or plain pastries as I love my sweets.

I had stayed 6 nights in this beautiful hotel. From the moment I arrived , all staff were friendly and helpful with all the request & questions I had. The hotel also provides a 24hour buggy service to the main road which i found convenient . I had used my free welcome drink at the roof top bar while enjoying the beautiful Balinese sunset. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything about this place is amazing - great staff, outstanding breakfast, beautiful rooms, huge pool. It is located down a quiet road but it adds to the charm of the hotel. My second stay at the vasanti and I am already waiting to go back again.

I was happy it was down a quiet road and not busy. Yes abit of a walk to main road but they have a 24hr buggy to drop u at yhe main road so no complaints here! Definitely had better breakfasts but it was ok.

Stayed here over the weekend just for 2 nights, I booked the deluxe pool access room about 1 month ago and strongly request for Twin bed, as the 2 of us girls are staying. I understand that they are not able to guarantee, BUT their reply is they will try their best to accommodate. To me, is very simple, just say that no twin bed available, and suggest other room options. True enough, no twin bed, but they then give us Extra bed - thank you - but the extra bed is so uncomfortable. We arrived ar... Read more

We booked a room for 3 pax The hotel looked nice. Lobby was nice. Rom was modern and well appointed. While there were 3 bath towels for 3 pax, there was only 1 set of bath toiletries! And no hair dryer! At breakfast, we had to wait for 25 minutes for a table for 4! The service staff kept clearing vacant tables, and resetting for 2 each! Obviously a table for 4 was scarce!!! Stayed 4 nights. Ordered a pool access room, but "upgraded" to a suite. We arrived at 1600 and was told that they had upgraded us to a suite. We wanted the pool access so we declined. Turned out they did not have any pool access rooms available and we had to take the "upgrade" which was a big suite at the back of the hotel overlooking roofs and other buildings. Woke up in the middle of the night because we found it hard to breath. Smelled strongly of mould. We went to the reception the next day ... Read more

An amazing hotel with awesome staff! Beautiful facilities and the staff are always happy as well as helpful. The young guy at the bar who put up with our endless indecisions when it came to choosing a bottle of wine was amazibgky patient! Breakfast in the mornings with Anik were amazing, she is the best waitress I have met yet. She guaranteed we always started our day with a smile even if some days I just wasn't quite the morning person! In fact she was so amazing that we are now actually frie... Read more

I stayed a few nights here and really enjoyed it - the room was beautiful, the hotel itself is quite small but very clean and modern with a great staff. The location is a bit off the road, but they offer a shuttle service to get you where you need. The pool is also quite nice, though a bit limited in terms of lounge chairs. Overall lovely stay.

Hotel used to be the Vasanti. Restaurant currently being renovated which was not a problem. We had a junior suite which is very spacious. Pillows too soft or old. No draws to put your clothes and the hanging racks too high. Otherwise room very good. Staff very friendly, Dewi, Winarish and all the others. Hotel is out of the way on the edge of Seminyak. You had to walk or catch a taxi if eating around Seminyak square.

We booked the Four Pillars based on the knowledge that a Sheraton hotel offers a certain level of quality to it. Unfortunately this was not the case, although the entrance to the hotel has been revamped, the rest of the hotel is tired and very very dated. The room we booked (pool view) had a lovely refurbed bathroom, which was lovely, Im not sure why you would refurbish a bathroom and not do the same to the bedroom area, the fridge was dirty and un stocked (i would expect a mini bar in a 4* h... Pros Out of the busy streets but walking distance from major spots. 24 hour buggy service to main road. Complimentary shuttles provided at specified times. Great sun ard pool area. Deluxe rooms are spacious. Fridge and wifi provided. Tv with cable channels. No big cons but just some weird stuff like directions to pool. Says on level 2 but you kinda have to go through their restaurant and take the flight of steps down. There's direct access at level 1 but then you'll have to walk pass through t... Read more

Nice place to stay in a good location. I stayed there with my daughter, her husband and their two year old son for four days. Overall it was a good choice of hotel but you have to be selective about the rooms, some of which have no view or even look out onto a brick wall. It's also definitely not one to go for if you have mobility problems. The steps are steep and the ramps are almost at a ninety degree angle! It does, though, have a nice pool, the breakfasts were good (although not included in ... Read more

We stayed at Four Points for 10 days. As soon as we arrived we were informed about the free shuttle that is available 24 hours to take you to and from the main street, or to the beach. The staff were AMAZING. A special mention to Ersa, Sutarjana and Parles. These three staff members went above and beyond to offer great service and because of them, we will definitely be back to stay in January. The rooms were very clean, fairly new. Stayed here for one night when I landed in Bali with 2 friends. Service at the hotel was fantastic. Cool towel and welcome drink provided on arrival. This hotel is set down a dark road however the hotel staff will drop you to the main strip on a golf buggy. Stayed in a swim access room which was nice as we weren't there long enough we didn't really get the benefits of it.

We stayed here for three nights and had a pool access room (122) and were really happy with that. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. It also had a small fridge, which was nice. Breakfast was really not that impressive, but ok. Try the rooftop bar and the free drink, it was really nice to sit there and see the sun set. I would probably choose another hotel a bit more central/closer to seminyak square next time (shuttle goes close to the beach and shuttle to the end of the road where there... Read more

The pool was the best part of this hotel. Sheraton has recently bought the property though, so I am sure they will look to improving the place. Room was decent enough, staff were super friendly. We ordered breakfast to the room, and it arrived cold and all the baked goods stale..not pleasant. Beware of the no view rooms.. they really do have no view, and face a wall, which is pretty strange. Location is OK.. a bit of a walk to anything, not bad. Traffic can be pretty terrible. Seminyak itsel... Read more

First the good: as an spg platinum I received an upgrade to a junior suite in an out-of-the-way part of the hotel. Also got a late checkout guaranteed when I checked in which was nice. There is no "executive lounge" here so that was the extent of my spg privileges. Try the Sheraton Waikiki or Westin Mona Surfrider in Honolulu if having an exclusive lounge is your thing - those resorts have great lounges with bountiful free food and some free alcohol. My wife and I have just enjoyed our 3rd stay at this lovely property (formerly Vasanti). Clearly Four Points are enhancing the Hotel with some minor structural modifications / enhancements ?? none of which adversely impacted our most recent stay. There is also evidence of improved culinary standards and service levels at the Hotel under the watchful and very experienced eye of Chef Koko. The Hotel is a home away from home for us due almost entirely to the wonderfully friendly staff everywhere... Read more

We stayed at the (previously named) Vasanti suite and very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel almost looks and feels like a mini-W-hotel. The design is great, staff was very friendly and everything is very trendy and edgy. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished with a large Jacuzzi on the balcony which is great for relaxation. The pool was sufficiently large and warm with lots of lounge chairs around and we did enjoy the bar on the top floor. Also, the breakfast was nice and sufficie... Read more

Close to the beach and close to some very good restaurants. There is a buggy that drops you and picks you up at the end of the gang to the hotel but the walk isn't that far and the road isn't that bad but we took full advantage of it. We booked this hotel hoping to have a great experience - you certainly pay for it compared to some other options. Our room was OK, although we had power issues which had to be reported & fixed. The hotel food was not good, not worth getting room service in our opinion. The cocktails on the rooftop were slow to be made, and really uninspired. The service from the staff was average at best.
