Recently used the rooftop bar - a fantastic view. Staff were very nice but not really proactive; didn't enquire if we wanted new drinks despite our glasses being empty. Lots of staff - I think they outnumbered the guests, but that's typical for Bali. However by being proactive rather than waiting for us to wave at them they might actually make more money over the course of a night. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights. I think the FO they are great people with great attitude and the are very welcome to us. For the room need more renovation, focusly for the bathroom. For the food at the rooftop is delicious and not too expensive. They have great rooftop

We Stayed at this hotel for a few days during trip to Bali. It is located in the jimbaran/uluwatu area of bali and is decently priced. The hotel is about 10 minutes to Jimbaran beach and location is convenient. Rooms are ok but a little small however good value for what we paid. However they need to work on a few areas. As soon as I entered my room I noticed hair strands on the floor (not mine!). There was also a long trail of ants happily crawling from the wall corner to the seat cushions. I turned over the cushions to check the cause and lo and behold! Two pieces of crackers from the previous guests were under the cushions. Obviously the staff didn't bother to clean up. I was invited when this hotel opened, around 2014. At that time this is nice hotel with beautiful view, especially from the rooftop. Until now they still have beautiful view. But in term of property, I believe the management of this hotel need seriously doing the maintenance. Especially for small defects i.e grass in front of SPA, wooden crafts in corridors, wooden deck around swimming pool & etc. This hotel have potential to gain more revenues if they do seriously in maintenance.
