We stayed here for two nights on either end of our trip. The price was very good for a clean and comfortable room and included breakfast, which was plentiful and tasty! We were traveling for a friend's wedding and the staff went above and beyond to help us get ready for the wedding. I needed a sari and the overnight front desk man went well out of his way to help me arrange to get one. He was kind and very helpful, thank you!! I read comments below saying that the staff was not friendly, but tha... Read more

Spent couple of days at The Visaya with my family. The room was a decent size, the air conditioning worked well, bathrooms were nice and clean. the breakfast buffet was decent. The internet didn't work, but then again I didn't try too hard to get it to. For the price I paid, I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Hotel Visaya for 1 night in April 2016 while on our way to Kashmir Trip. This is boutique hotel hardly 20-30 minutes drive from Delhi Airport on a straight road. Hotel is next to 'Panchshila Club' which is easy landmark for others to locate. We had booked their Superior room and interior was exactly what shown on their website. Room was spacious and with loads of standard amenities similar to any other 3-4 Star business hotels. Breakfast was wholesome and room service was good. Howe... Read more

We booked twice in this hotel. The first room was "not bad" but not the best. The second room was absoultely fabulous. Nice, comfortable, huge place. Very polite and nice stuff. (the windows were a bit dirty) The other services: taxi, renting a car, money change, loundry are extremly expensive. The free wifi is provided only for two devices. They have longer/later check out, and you can leave your luggage there for free. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre (eq.:india gate, municipality) ... Read more

Located on the outer ring road close to IIT and Panchasheel Park, this hotel is a tastefully built hotel that punches above its weight (price). The rooms are adequate and the service is good. But my latest visit unfortunately was one where I witnessed a declining standard. Some of the rooms were not very well maintained, the panels are breaking up, the AC is noisy and the gym is not air conditioned. Actually there is no gym - only a small corridor where a treadmill and some weights have been h... Read more

This place had dirty sheets, moldy smell, no generators (had to pack and check out in the dark), and was just a mess. The staff was about nice as they can be. But the sheets had stains, the bathroom was gross. The place needs some serious maintenance. And the dinner had about 10 taxes on it. There are better options in Delhi. Don't do it -- even for one night.

My wife and I had checked in on June 19th, 2016. When walked into the room found the bed sheets were not changed, bathroom was dirty and no TV box. Staff took care of after making complaints. We returned again after (4) days visiting North India. Checked in again since our travel agent had booked the same hotel. The ceiling was leaking and a small container was placed underneath to collect water. It started to overflow overnight and our room got flooded. It seemed to be waste water since it was ... Read more

Telephone sound echoes No lounging place for hanging-out Provide taxis without any bill but take a lot of tax TV not working and set-top box had to be changed Amit Verma and others very unintelligent and irresponsible Shower cabinet did not close and the whole bathroom used to get wet because of that Cockroaches in the room and TV cabinet Lax laundry service Commode was stained B... Stayed last year for two nights during my transit . Prefect location Quite ,clean modern rooms. Restaurant food is awesome and high standard. Only negative which i noticed was old fashioned reception and the way the work is so out dated like in some 2 star hotels. But it dint affect my stay .

A Surprise! I found this hotel on Booking.com. The rates quoted were fabulous and the pictures looked good, and those were the main reasons to book. The check in was smooth and fast, the room way above expectations and comfort beyond compare. It was raining so could not open the balcony (tiny) door. The front rooms face a busy flyover, but the traffic noise was non existent, so sleep was not an issue at all. The hotel decor is soothing and peaceful, gives a calming effect. Wish they had a spa ... Read more

I must say that my stay was excellent. Location is outstanding, lobby and staff at front desk was pleasant. Room was specious and equipped with modern amenities and when you look outside; you feel surrounded by the nature. Food was very good not excellent. Room was pretty clean and hygienic. Small restaurant plus point is they do serve liquor in room. Love to visit again...

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's snug right in middle of all the good places. The food provided in the room service is finger licking good but for some reason their breakfast was not great. The staff is nice and polite. The room quality was ok.

The Hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are big and well maintained. The staff was great and accommodating. This isn't a walkable neighborhood so don't expect to find shops or restaurants near by. It's also an expensive taxi ride to the center of town. After returning to hotel from a long day of sight seeing, we were informed by management that we would have to eat dinner in our room due to a private function in the restaurant. This was a low blow for such an expensive hotel. The food is ... Read more

It's ok, but add approx 30% of taxes for every price that you see and you will get the real price. We paid 70 euros for one double room/night. The rooms were ok. I liked that there was no noise from outside (despite the countinuous honking). The wifi was working and the personnel was ok.

I stayed at this hotel for an entire month in August 2016 with my wife (and for the first few days, with my mother). I had chosen this hotel because of its proximity to Max Multispeciality Clinic's Panchsheel Park center where we were scheduled for some medical procedures. The hotel is located walking distance from this hospital. The hotel is located at the end of the service road on the Outer Ring Road on the Airport -> Chirag Dilli side. Other close by locations include Haus Khas Metro station, Siri fort Auditorium, etc as this place is pretty centrally located travelling is taken care of. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, clean and specious (stayed in the executive room) The breakfast spread is decent. The most impressive part for me was the Ro... Read more

The name, "VISAYA", itself infers excellence and whatever the first impressions may have been our stay at the hotel was a happy one ... Located in Panchsheela Park (next to Panchsheel Club), a posh , upscale area in South Delhi, this lovely, little hotel is definitely underrated. I would describe it as a "high-class boutique hotel" ... I chose it because of it's name , the connotations of which are "victorious" / "excellence" ... even more ........ First impression of this hotel was good, but we ran into several problems. The check in was smooth and we got a deluxe room facing the highway. There was some noise from the street of honking cars, but not enough to keep us awake. There was a balcony from the room, but we could not open the door since there were pigeons from the balcony above constantly pooping. The room was very modern, but overall, everything seemed to be run down. The bed sheets had many stains on it, and was questionable ... Read more
