Nice hotel and friendly reception. Room was nice but next to noisy road. Indian food was lovely, continental food was not nice. The kitchen staff were rude when this was pointed out and we asked for a change in order, but reception helped us with this and got it sorted. Good location for station and connaught place. Overall, well kept, clean hotel.

This is true value for money place. It's got all the basic necessities in the room which a luxury hotel provides for very low prices. Basic things like coffee maker, electric press, snacks, mini bar, decor, toiletries, clean rooms are actually much much beyond the standards of a budget hotel. The staff at the reception and room boys are very courteous. Believe me, I've stayed in quite a few places around and certainly impressed with the standards maintained by The PEARL. The spread for breakfast... Read more

I've been here before, a couple of years ago, I forgot to write a review. So I thought I'd give it another go for one night in Delhi at the beginning of my holiday. It cost next to nothing as I had some cash to spend from the Hotel.com free night scheme. It's practically next door to my favourite Delhi hotel: 'City Star' and the two have a lot of similarities, mostly down to the decor and facilities in the bedrooms I guess. Check-in was quick, just needed a signature and a copy of my passport/... Read more

This hotel has everything you need for a short stop over in Delhi. There is a nice roof terrace but don't expect it to be relaxing with all the beeping traffic noise! There is a good selection of food at breakfast, the A/C worked well, tea coffee facilities in the room, WiFi, staff were okay too.

Great room and great staff who helped us navigate our tour of Agra without falling victim to the scammers (and there are a ton of them, even "government approved" agencies). The concierge was able to organize a driver, car, and tour guide for Agra for around $120. Had we gone with the "authorized" government tour agency, we'd have paid around $600 for the same service). We of course tipped the driver, a great dude named Vijay (can't recommend him more) and had a wonderful experience. The hotel i... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the first room we was put in the toilet didn't flush but no bother we was upgraded the next morning into a lovely new room with fab views of the street. Food was lovely and so was staff Should improve on variety at breakfast bar Definitely good for a short break.

Very noisy location, Gupta Road is alive day and night. Sleep is not achievable without sedation. Showering was often an issue with cold water only available, added to this was a lack of toilet paper in the bathroom. Although this is not a new build hotel, we had a nice crack in our bathroom sink. Internet was awful and you spent more time login on to the wifi than actually on it..!

This was the first place we stayed during our 7 weeks in India. As we were first time backpackers we decided a nice hotel would be a good start for our travels. The pearl hotel was perfect, it had a big TV, huge bed, air con, lovely bathroom, pretty much everything you could need. It also had a rooftop restaurant and served breakfast every morning. It is located right beside the train and metro station. I would definitely recommend staying here

The facade of the hotel looks very impressive, however guest service is poor at best. There is a door man but he rarely opens the door. There is no greeting from hotel staff and when you need something they will talk to each other in Hindi instead of addressing the guest. The room is comfortable and quiet when the balcony door is shut. The balcony door does not lock however and one could easily step onto my balcony from the adjacent room. The in-room safe was not working properly. The showerhead... Read more

myself and six friends arrived here from ireland to begin our adventure . Most of the staff are rude and lazy . When my friend arrived a person brought his luggage to his room and us being polite we tipped the man 50 rupees then 10 mins later the same gentlemen knocked at our door and had the nerve to say that the tip is too low and that people usually give 100 . that really ruined it for me and all the staff kept creeping on my partner she did not feel safe there. our a/c was broke the first ni... Many thanks to TripAdvisor I have chosen Hotel pearl to stay in Delhi. This is beautiful, nice and clean hotel. Fully AC and aromatic inside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable with mini bar. Hotel has reading zone with some books. Reception area is large and felicity available to seat. I stayed here for four days with my wife and we felt very comfortable. Best hotel in Delhi Pahaganj area.

I like to be honest and fair in my reviews, and this hotel is Awful. Surly staff, intimidating if your a woman traveling , I've no idea how they managed to get a score as high as they have!!!!!! Dirty rooms, air con not working, no toliet roll, dirty towels, Windows don't close... Just don't bother please.. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else..

Had visited this place about 6 months back on a short trip. Had to book a Hotel on short notice, we booked considering being very close to the railway station. The stay was absolutely value for money, very comfortable, neat & clear and spacious rooms. Have to say the rooms were very bright with natural light and not the typical dull & dim budget hotels. The complimentary buffet too was pretty OK, but considering we were in the Foodiee capital of India, we had lot of other places to try in a shor... Read more
