The hotel has one of the best pubs in town and excellent poolside restaurant. Agni and Aqua. The hotel has average sized rooms but well done up. The all day diner, Mist serves excellent breakfast but the other meals are strictly ok. They need to do something about the flies though. Takes away from the whole effort.

But was partly under renovation and staff allotted a room next to a room where work was carried out. i requested for change the room and floor over phone but kept on delaying until afternoon. after a lot of reminders, taking up the matter with senior manager they changed the room on same day. front staff and including reception manager was more interested in selling the dinner voucher instead of offering the r... Great location , within footsteps of Connaught Place . (If you are ready to be hassled by locals, everyone wants to be your friend "guide" The hotel at first was very modern looking , something you would find in South Beach Miami , but the closer you looked the older and dirtier you would see . Still though , good restaurant ,safe place and service was always A-1.

This is not a 5* hotel at all. Not even 4*. There is no lobby. Restaurant is too small to accommodate the guests, so you have to stand and wait... The breakfast is too weak for Europeans. The buffet dinner is same expensive with 5* hotels but to few alternative dishes. I couldn't' even make a proper salad. So, I do not recommend as a 5* hotel. Rooms are clean though.

As you enter this hotel, you have no idea about how elegant, clean and professionally managed it is. The (included) breakfast buffet is an unexpected treat not to be missed. The depth of offerings is astounding and the adjoining outside pool area is a refreshing place to dine al fresco. The staff is friendly and helpful with every need, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.

A five star hotel with one star service. It started when we entered , the entry gate was broken and the security asked us to enter from the exit gate. The security at the exit gate chased us back to the entry gate. The behavior was very arrogant. The health club was awful with no steam bath, even the sauna did not work. the staff was also not courteous.. At breakfast, the waiters were totally unconcerned, chatting among themselves, no spoon, knife or fork no napkin. It was just awful. There are... Read more

The hotel is shabby and tired, the staff unfriendly or not at all helpful, no-one greeted me or served me at breakfast. The breakfast was beautifully presented and lots of choices but the pastries were stale tasting. The pool is small, cloudy, chlorinated and over run with staff. However they were very watchful over children (lifeguard) when in pool. Shaka and Rinku were very friendly and spoke the best English out of all staff. Food at the pool terrible serving frozen fries! Hotel is getting old, wifi was not reliable and you can only use 2 devices at a time which means if there are two of you and need to work and use your phone at the same time you will need to pay. The main thing about this hotel that we enjoyed was the staff, they were extremely kind, helpful and professional. For the price of the rooms they are ok, even though we paid for 2 occupancy we only had 1 gown etc. Be aware that you pay per person not per room. Food was good and the chef as well as ... Read more

The rooms were small but reasonably alright considering they are a business hotel. But food and beverages were really very expensive. I paid Rs. 2100 for a lunch buffet, even in-house bar was very expensive. I think they seriously need to work on their pricing part. Hotel room charges per night are alright though!

I was there on 27/28 July. The biggest concern was when I checked in they asked advance money or credit card for consumption or in room service. It was very unpleasant experience I was not prepared for such behaviour from check in staff. The food ordered was okay but came very late after 45 minutes of ordering. Breakfast did not had enough spread in veg section and the fruits were not available.

The pool area is good, great relaxation space and not crowded, I had it all to myself! Unfortunately the mixed drinks are very expensive so I did not indulge, the choices were great.

I stayed The staff right from the main entry gate to the reception, or talk of housekeeping all carried a good lot of smiles for you. Each time, they would greet and serve you without a nice refreshing smile on their face. While it is convenient and cost effective for business travellers who have work in Delhi as well, it is a very small property compared to the others hotels of Delhi and Gurgoan. The hotel is a stone throw away from Connaught Place and Janpath which is the shopping district in Central Delhi. The airport metro is also a 5 minute walk besides the regular metro. Tons of restaurants and pubs within a 1 mile radius which makes the location extremely convenient. If you are a tourist you cannot go wrong with this pick. India gate, the presidential palace, Parliament House and all the museums are also within 5 to 10 mins of this hotel. Smooth check in, exceptional bell desk and... Read more

Having stayed at The Park previously a few years ago, I decided to stay here again for my one night in Delhi. Big mistake!!! The place looks wise hasn't changed one bit but the service is now very poor even though they have more than enough staff working, the expression headless chickens come to mind. Attempted to order 3 cocktails from the bar, but gave up after the 10th attempt due to lack of basic ingredients needed to make the cocktails. The hotel is well located but the area around i... Location of the hotel seems to be good. Interiors were good. Service and breakfast was OK. Since I had been for a business visit I could only enjoy the stay for a day . Overall I had a comfortable stay.

I wish I could rate this higher, the front desk and security staff were the highlight, on the whole they were excellent and helped my to find an ATM late at night with a member of staff accompanying me due to the cash flow crisis in India, they went above and beyond their duty. The location of the hotel is also central and accessible. Unfortunately that's where the praises stop, the rooms are tired, feel dirty and are damp. The breakfast service is quite bad with the waiting staff only clearing... Read more

The Park has a great advantage...its location. Very close to the bustling Connaught Place which offers a myriad of shopping and eating options. The standard room was comfortable albeit a bit smaller than what I've experienced in other comparable hotels. The buffet breakfast was limited in variety but this was compensated by the tasty dishes and the excellent service by a group of very enthusiastic staff. Check in and check out was very efficient and done in no time. I spent just one night at thi... Read more

Reasonable stay in this crazy city. The rooms were clean and large (had a suite) great internet and the restaurant was quite nice, good food and friendly staff. Not one of the better hotels in the city though. Probably would not stay here again it was a bit blah,

The best hotel to stay in CP is The Park which is at a very good location and equipped with all good facilities, adorable infrastructure and helping nature of staff member. I m thankful to Rahul Gautam from travel desk who impressed me as he helped me and gave me a lot of information regarding delhi's best locations and even car was provided for me. Secondly, the rooms were very clean, spacious and service is very good. Food was delicious, it was worthful to go there.

The hotel is nice, rooms are decent, more like 3*-3.5*, however, the staff is so nice and polite that it makes up for it. We ate at both restaurants and both are great. The food is very tasty! We asked for a non smoking room when we booked and were given a non smoking room, so that was great. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for couple of night s for a business trip . While checking in they said they don't have king or queen beds so they will put me up in a twin room , I agreed reluctantly. When I stepped into the room (225) I experienced one of the run down rooms I have ever stayed in a five star hotel . It had a damp smell along with odor of cigarettes, though it was a non smoking floor . The housekeeping team tried to put the beds together and recovered a handful of trash under the bed . The bathroom ... Read more

Avoid if you want to sleep !!! Incredibly loud disco will keep you awake even if you are on one of the upper floors. Room smelled humidity and air conditioning will only spit cold air no matter what setting. Lousy service.

Arrived at hotel and found initial room not up to standard but the Assistant Manager Guest Relations (Priyanka Tyagi) worked wonders and sorted all our problems out. Excellent location for Connaught Place, and the food was excellent also. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will stay here again on our next visit to New Delhi.
