This was our first experience of an Indian hotel on our tour of the Golden Triangle. This is a 5 star hotel in the diplomatic section of this bustling city. The opulence is apparent as soon as you enter the guest drop off area outside reception. Check in was efficient and there is no shortage of staff to help the transfer to guest rooms go smoothly. We were in room 1471. This was a large room with the usual furnishings including a desk and chair and an easy chair. There was good lighting with a ... Read more

The rooms are great but similar ones can be found in other hotels too. However NO hotel come close to the service and attention to detail that is seen at this hotel. The food at Maurya is legendary, and no surprises why!! Bukhara, West View, The Pavilion all of them simply outstanding.

I booked a single room and while the amenities were good (bathtub), big bed, and television, the furniture seemed rather dated. However, the complimentary hotel breakfast has good choices (continental and Indian cuisine), and the property has a bar (the Golf Bar on the ground floor) when you need to cool off during an Delhi summer. The service is also excellent, and you can be assured that they have stringent security measures (e.g. guards on our floor) owing to its location in the diplomatic en... Read more

Yes I am completely honest and excited about my title of Amazing, Excellence and Luxurious. I just love to stay in this hotel, this is my 4th stay in last 1 and half year and I can't stop appreciating more and more about the comfort and excellence of this hotel. 10 out of 10 for staff, service, cleanliness, food, room comfort, everything is upto and much better than expectation. Really looking forward to visit again in future. One of the best hotels of India and probably No 1 in Delhi.

I have been staying at this hotel during my Delhi visits for 5 years now. Love it! Their Club rooms are good. The basic rooms are small for what should be offered by a 5 star hotel. The service is fantastic and the room amenities are great.. An old feature which is being phased out is the massage chair.. It was sUch an attraction!!!! Breakfast options ate amazing esp if you are at the West Grill. Service in the lounge can be better..

This review would be shocking to most. After pondering a lot I had to write; probably someone like me would be benefited . it all started with looking for India's best hotel; reason being my son ( 2 yrs , precious. God blessed me after 10 yrs), coz he is allergic to dust and gets sick quick. After searching a lot over net and friends, finally decided the prestigious hotel and choice of diplomats all around the world; ITC Maurya, Sardar patel. I've stayed at Taj next to it but for my this visit I'd a chance to stay at Maurya so was looking forward for the experience. It was overall very disappointing. The rooms are really small, Windows were not clean, gym is very basic like a 4 star hotel, food served in room dining was cold. There was some smell in the bathroom which the stuff also couldn't find the source. May it was one off but then one would expect better.

Hotel lobby is nice and restaurant Bukhara was very good and worth a visit, however The Pavilion restaurant is very uninspiring for a hotel of this calibre and needs an update. Our room was very spacious with a lovely view over gardens but carpets were old and need replacing. Also ITC hotels really need to invest in better bed linen the sheets are always worn compared to other hotel chains. Just little touches to work on to bring this grand hotel up to date. Most staff were very good as usual.

There are a fair number of five-star hotels in Delhi, and I've shared my experience with colleagues staying at some of them. This is my 2nd extended (way more than a month) stay at the ITC Maurya and I'm not in the hotel or food business, I'm a retired public health specialist who works extensively abroad. The ITC Maurya offers a variety of packages - some are $50 or less (before taxes) and up to over $200, so your room could vary depending on what level of accommodation you choose. The common... I stayed three nights at this top of the range hotel in New Delhi, clearly a place run with pride and class by highly trained and motivated staff. The feeling that I have come to the right place started right from the doorman's warm welcome as I arrived, the swiftness with which the baggage was taken , the smooth checkin, the being shown up to my thoughtfully done room, every step a pleasure..... The room is very pleasingly done up, the room supplies well chosen and high quality, the overall cl... Read more

I have visited this hotel many times as some of my friends are working in this hotel as employees. Trust me this is one of the finest hotel u will find in the Delhi NCR region. Situated on the posh Diplomatic Enclave this hotel is easily accessible from all parts of Delhi and Airport. The culinary experience in this hotel is by far unique and unparalleled to anything u will find in the region. The rooms are well appointed and provides decent view of the Ridge area and the city. This can surely b... Read more

Beautiful luxury hotel. It is quite expensive but you really get what you pay for. The rooms were not as big as I hoped for, but even then they are well appointed and beautifully arranged. Location is as good as it gets; right at the diplomatic enclave. We also had a free breakfast in our plan; which was exceptionally good. The place also has one of the best restaurants in Delhi - Dum Pukth. Everything was excellent. Would love to stay here again as soon as my pocket permits again!

This is one of the best place situated in delhi. Best in location, architecture, beauty and food. The Bukhara restaurant in it provides one of the best Dal makhni in delhi. This hotel is very near to International Airport as well as india gate. Tariff is on a higher side but less in comparison to adjacent the taj. But food taste is better here as compared to taj. All in all a good place for once in a while when you have extra money to provide you king size feeling. ;)

I stay at this property atleast once a month due to work related trips. It is conveniently located in the heart of the city to get to connaught place as well as other parts too. The staff is very friendly. It is slightly old and some of the areas of the hotel such as its fitness cehtre needs some reworking and additional equipment for sure. But the staff is very friendly. Of special mention are 1) Mr Deepak from the Pavilion coffee shop - he's the person who is preparing various juice concoctio... Read more

We had a 10-hour stop over during the day in Delhi and decided a hotel for a few hours would be better than hanging around the airport. The hotel were exceptional in customer service well before arrival, as my chauffeur driver with Virgin Atlantic failed to turn up. After a stressful 25 mins of trying to locate the Virgin staff, I called the ITC. They connected me to an airport on site rep who greeted me whilst I was no the phone. A short while later, we were in the hotel, being shown our Execu... Read more

Situated 14 kms from International Airport T3 , takes around 25 minutes to reach . On request was picked up at Airport . The check in was fast ( few minutes only) with a fruit platter & Tea. The Executive room had a beautiful view of Greenery with every facility. The in room dining service is wonderful with beautiful cutlery to keep dishes piping hot . Enjoyed my morning walks around the Hotel which had nice roads, pavements and greenery. The check out also was fast in few minutes only.

Bukhara attracts people from far and wide, the food is amazing, but this time Devender Patwal did a great job and served us wonderfully. It was a special night as we celebrated a birthday. Keep us the good work, look forward to coming back again soon.

Its very far from the airport and takes pretty long to reach but I prefer the hotel. Its one of those old hotels which have been around for long. If you have been visiting often the staff kind of know you and also know your preferences which is outstanding. Bukhara continues to be the jewel in this crown.

Excellent service, high security, outstanding restaurants, clean and well-furnished rooms...a great break from the hustle & bustle of Delhi. After a day of meetings, or sightseeing, the ITC Maurya is Wonderful! Attentive and discreet staff are nearby to help with luggage, finding your room, waiting on you at dinner. The hotel is about 1/2 hour from the airport, but worth the drive. There are many restaurants on the property, so after a long day, you may choose your cuisine or select from an ... Read more

Despite the fact it's an old luxury collection hotel, I love going whenever I get chance. You name it Peshawar, Dumpukht or Pan Asian have the best selection on menu. I love to dine at Peshawari, the vibrant and hostile atmosphere.I feel like sinking in the for and wine they have to offer.

We stayed here as part of our recent holiday to India and the Maldives. The hotel was great and seem to have passage ways everywhere. The rooms where very clean and the staff very tentative. We upgraded our room to a suite which was very spacious. We didn't venture out into the city as we only stayed here for 1 night. The food was very nice and the executive club very nice with some nice "nibbles" as part of the happy hour. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm ever in Delhi either on bu... Read more

This hotel is located in the posh locality. I was there for 10 days this July. I stayed in Executive Club Exclusive room. The hotel has nice ambience with nice paintings in the lounge. Complimentary Breakfast in The Pavilion is very good and has multiple cuisines. I had lunch and dinner at "The Bukhara", "Ottimo" and "The Pavilion". All are nice. The hotel has 25m length and 4.25' depth swimming pool. Chlorine content seem to be high. There were many dead insects in the pool. Check the pool befo... Read more

Spent the weekend at the ITC Maurya. The rooms are well spaced with good amount of amenities. They had placed fruits and a choco brownie in the room which my kid enjoyed! The beds are very comfortable to ensure a good nights sleep. The toilet was pretty big with a tub. We loved the in room dining in terms of taste and service. The swimming pool is ok but can be improved. The gym and spa at the basement are very well equipped and has a jacuzzi too along with steam and sauna. The staff were pretty... Read more
