Had an overnight's stay during my flight switch over to Dubai. Ibis as a standard you would know what to expect. Cozy rooms and efficient staff. The food was good though the room service is limited. The Service was ok though I did not see any smiling faces. Can't really expect great view as the location says it however the pricing is a lil expensive. All in all an ok stay.

Stayed with family for an overnight stop-over at Delhi. I had requested airport pick-up and drop. The person met us at the exit gate and was very cordial. The checkin was smooth. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for a short stay. The bathroom was clean with the usual amenities. We had dinner from the restaurant at the hotel. This hotel is not really good as I expected. I think the hotel is really big but the room is small, everything inside the room is okay. But the day i arrived at hotel, there is so crowded at the lobby. We need to wait quite long time to do check-in. There is no slip-on in the rooms, so i have to walk around the room by bare feet bcz I only brought shoes, then i cant wear my shoes all the time, especially after shower.

Purpose of my visit was to stay overnight and get back to the airport for another flight. This is the best option I took so far. A very convenient small , clean and silent room with excellent wifi. I used the pick up and return to airport service from the hotel. That transfer from airport city only took 10 minutes. Next to that they offer a very nice breakfast. I will come back.

As Ibis comes under accor hotels, so one thinks it has to be good. But Iibis Delhi hotel was a big disappointment. The price is kept very high and rooms are small too. Although rooms were clean but was very small to accommodate. Couple with a child would certainly find it difficult to adjust. I checked in late at night and I found the staff very helpful and courteous. The room, too, was airy and nice. This is not a hotel that you gives (taken for granted) amenities right away. But if you want anything - from a comb to toothpaste to an iron board - you will not have to wait too long for it. In my opinion, that's a very good thing as it stops theft and wastage. The food and drinks at the restaurant were very good too, with an attentive staff to attend to everybody. Besides, it is loca... Read more

If you call from the room for house so you have to call them 3-4 times to give you reply.. The service in the restaurant is worst.. **the most important if you hire a car from hotel than make sure they deliver the right bill to you specially check the kilometres before you start your trip because they can add on whatever they want..

The ibis was a decent hotel overall, good food, lovely pool with great poolside service. Room was on the small side for the price paid. The AC couldn't be adjusted. The bathroom was really tiny and had a weird smell, and the shower pressure and flow was bad. The beds had mattress toppers that slid off during the night, which was quite uncomfortable. For a Client on a strict budget this is the right hotel. Rooms are small by any standards but well appointed dry and comfortable. Not really a place to stay all day. Breakfast food is average. Room service Indian food is good. Short stays only.
