Had an overnight's stay during my flight switch over to Dubai. Ibis as a standard you would know what to expect. Cozy rooms and efficient staff. The food was good though the room service is limited. The Service was ok though I did not see any smiling faces. Can't really expect great view as the location says it however the pricing is a lil expensive. All in all an ok stay.

Stayed with family for an overnight stop-over at Delhi. I had requested airport pick-up and drop. The person met us at the exit gate and was very cordial. The checkin was smooth. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for a short stay. The bathroom was clean with the usual amenities. We had dinner from the restaurant at the hotel. This hotel is not really good as I expected. I think the hotel is really big but the room is small, everything inside the room is okay. But the day i arrived at hotel, there is so crowded at the lobby. We need to wait quite long time to do check-in. There is no slip-on in the rooms, so i have to walk around the room by bare feet bcz I only brought shoes, then i cant wear my shoes all the time, especially after shower.

Purpose of my visit was to stay overnight and get back to the airport for another flight. This is the best option I took so far. A very convenient small , clean and silent room with excellent wifi. I used the pick up and return to airport service from the hotel. That transfer from airport city only took 10 minutes. Next to that they offer a very nice breakfast. I will come back.

Although rooms were clean but was very small to accommodate. Couple with a child would certainly find it difficult to adjust. I checked in late at night and I found the staff very helpful and courteous. The room, too, was airy and nice. This is not a hotel that you gives (taken for granted) amenities right away. But if you want anything - from a comb to toothpaste to an iron board - you will not have to wait too long for it. In my opinion, that's a very good thing as it stops theft and wastage. The food and drinks at the restaurant were very good too, with an attentive staff to attend to everybody. Besides, it is loca... Read more

Stayed one night at Ibis hotel while transiting through Delhi. Apart from an initial glitch where my online booking could not be tracked at the tie of check-in, I had a great stay. Room was small but clean and had everything I needed. The bed was nice and comfy. The lobby restaurant is large, airy and bright. One of the staff noticed that I was waiting for my lunch order and thoughtfully offered me a complimentary bowl of soup. While I didn't use the metro, the hotel is located a 5 minute wal... Read more

Staying near airport is always costly and is a pain without pick up and drop. Stayed with Ibis Schipol in Holland and now staying nearby in Hotel Holiday Inn, in New Delhi, had a chance to visit a friend next door at New Delhi Ibis. Standardised services as in Holland. Good Service. Will stay next time.

Hotel is just ok. Frankly it is a budget hotel, People who don't want to go Karolbagh or Parhganj can opt for this. Quality of food is just avg. You can keep it as last option. Definitely not for the value of money.

Room is good and to small. Disadvantages is they don't have room services. Then what is the meaning of keeping restaurant menu in rooms. What ever you want to eat or drink, need to come down. Even dinner buffet was not tasty and not properly organised. Airport transfer charges... Ohhh it's better to take ola cab or uber cab, there fare much much cheaper than ibis charges. I hope this was my last stay. In same price there is lot of hotels is available around airocity with complimentary airport ... Read more

Having a child with non verbal autism often means, hold your breath and step in. Jojo is an amazing child but, because he cannot speak, if he does not like something, everyone hears him. He is also on a gluten free diet which means that many items on the breakfast buffet are off limits. The manager and the wait staff were wonderful with accommodating his needs. Dosas and eggs in the morning, french fries and rice and dal in the evenings made just as he needed. And they were so complimentary... Read more

I have stayed in ibis mumbai airport multiple times before so i booked this hotel with the same expectation but i was let down. We checked in at 11 pm. Which was fast and easily done. Before going into our room we went for dinner at their restaurant but it was way below expectation. None of the tables were clean and the staff were not very welcoming. I guess that was because they where closing the buffet but such a reputed chain should have better service. The room is exactly same as their mumb... Read more

We had 2 main issues during the check-in: > the man tried to sell us a package including the airport transfer (+800roupies). We said no, he insisted and he printed a bill with a reduction. We refused again and asked him to do the bill without the package. It took some time and it was very difficult to ask him to do it again with the pressure of other guests waiting behind us. For information, we finally took an uber to the airport for 79.15roupies. > we asked him to pay half cash half credit c... Read more

It's not cheap if you're on a long trip like us, or on a budget, but we decided to invest in comfort and simplicity on our first night in India since we were still headed to Kathmandu on an early flight next morning. It was 100% worth the money. Bed has a thick memory foam type mattress. Food is way above average, we had a delicious first impression of food in India. After 3 flights and nearly 40 hours in transit we needed no-hassle-attention and we got just that. We e-mailed requesting a pic... Read more

Check in was badly managed. For instance, even though my booking was placed almost one and half days before, they checked if the travel agency had made payment when i reached the hotel. If they were so strict then they should have ensured this earlier not at night 9 PM. Rooms are very basic but cant say it was clean. They do not offer room service but the food in restaurant is very expensive considering they are supposed to be budget/business hotel. Food ordered took almost 45 minutes to reach.... Read more

Friendliness of staff is much appreciated especially when you travel for hours and needed a quick respite before your next flight. It is also walking distance to nearby hotels for more dining options.

Great location esp. if you are there for the night and catching a flight. No fuss rooms. The food menu seemed good (the BF was). What you see is what you get + Friendly service. Can throw in a free airport drop......

This is a very terrible hotel.. The only good thing is people in front desk good but this is common with every single hotel.. If you call from the room for house so you have to call them 3-4 times to give you reply.. The service in the restaurant is worst.. **the most important if you hire a car from hotel than make sure they deliver the right bill to you specially check the kilometres before you start your trip because they can add on whatever they want..

When passing through Delhi I stay at the Ibis Airport hotel and have always found the staff to be helpful and cooperative. One big advantage is it's location - less time wasted in getting there and the rooms are simple, clean and have all I need. Given the location I think the price is reasonable.

We stayed in this hotel on 23rd September 2016 night. We were returning after a 50Km trekking at Himalayas ( Tapovan). We started driving by 7 am in the morning from Gangotri and reached IBIS by 10.30pm. When we parked the car in the lobby nobody was addressing us. Then we were told that we need to do parking in the basement and there is no valet parking. You can assume what shape we will eb after a heavy trek and driving for almost 14 hours. Nobody assisted us to get our luggage. In reception, ... Read more
