we stayed at this hotel, recommended by our tour guides for the night that we were in Delhi, it was a lovely clean and tidy hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely return, and stay there again.

The location next to Moolchand Metro Station is of great advantage. The staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Reasonable price. The biggest advantage for me is Moolchand parathawala right across the road. No complementary wifi for deluxe room is a drawback. They have under taken massive renovation, I hope the hotel turns out even better. If you are looking for budget prices and convenient location,.this is the place

I had a comfortable stay at the Vikram, Delhi. Hotel is situated in Lajpat Nagar, just off the Ring Road which is the main arterial road of Delhi, making it easier to travel around. Although the immediate surroundings doesn't have much to offer. The lobby is bit on the smaller side but adequate seating is available for it's size. Check-in was fast but not very friendly. Room was adequate in size for a hotel in this class. Bed was comfortable and TV had most of the cable channels. Bathroom was g... Read more

Good and nice hotel .staff is very friendly and courtios specially ms Richa and mr. Vikas of front desk, rooms are very neat and clean with all amenities, but rates of food items are little bit expensive e.g for a bottle of small mineral water hotel charge you Rs 75 but despite of this its a good hotel

While the hotel is decent and checks the basic requirements, it is way overpriced. The food here is even more so, with steam rice costing in excess of 400. The thing I like best here is the room service guy who is a Ben Kingsley lookalike and takes you to your room, all the while speaking crisp English. Location is convenient, but all in all, way overpriced.

Located in the heart of the city, Hotel Vikram is a great option for staying near Lajpat Nagar. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room size is comfortable. As I was checking out very early next morning, the staff went out of their way to pack breakfast which I could have on the go. Lovely experience

Room was comfortable and a good size, staf were courteous. However the room next to us was being renovated and there was a lot of dust around. The pool was closed. Not a good location for an evening walk after a day visiting the attractions af the city.

This is too expensive Hotel. Very centrally located for better commuting but the charges and food is highly expensive and it is not worth that money. They claim to have a Gym but it is under construction and not ready. You can stay only for its proximity to city center.

I was planning to stay for 4 days. Now I have planned to leave in two days. My stay was not at all good. Not expected from "4" star hotel. Due to following reasons: 1. Food - I tried buffet breakfast. Taste was very pathetic of many items. Also it was not fresh, i believe. Or items were cooked in used oil rather than fresh oil. 2. Expensive - Inspite of such quality of food, its very very much expensive. Just a rice and dal (with one papad) costed me more than Rs. 1000. 3. WiFi - This hotel c... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for two days from 30/06/2016 to 01/07/2016. The manager and staffs are well behaved. I stayed here during my official tour and as per tie up with our company the breakfast and dinner were complimentary. The rooms are ok and toilet is also ok type. The room, toilet and carpet used in the hotel appear to be old and require renovation/change. The facilities provided are not in consonance with the price charged. Since I was required to visit Delhi in hurry I could not take som... Read more

We notice most of the reviews are from Indian residents. We are British and we stayed at the Vikram for the first two nights of our first ever trip to India, as independent travellers. Our impressions were all very positive. The staff were all very friendly, and our room was comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. It is very conveniently placed for access to the metro. We enjoyed the food, but it was the service that made this hotel a very pleasant experience. The lack of a view is why we have not... Read more

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the most rude female receptionist I have ever encountered after travelling 30 countries and staying in hundreds of hotels. Absolutely dismissive, arrogant and rude for absolutely no reason at all. This was not a lack of manners, this was deliberate and directed rudeness towards us and I have no idea what her problem was. I wanted to check out from the moment I sat down at the check-in desk. To add to this, there were no locks on the wi... Read more

I stayed in Hotel Vikram On sept 7th, Room was good, Service was good,Complimentary Breakfast was also good. As renovation work was going on, Restaurant is at Reception Lobby which is negative,Food is bit expensive.Wifi is not free, they charge, 150/- for 1 hour, I feel wifi should be free.Location of the hotel is the biggest plus point .Overall I am very happy with the stay When I checked out on 8th, I left one pair of dress and Rs.200/- cash, I got a call from the Hotel Informing me,I really a... My wife and I have just visited this place-wifey is very thorough and examined website plus tripadvisor reviews but to be honest, at the moment they are way off. Not a great start to find the place is a building site, so not as described. Things Got better in that our room was very new (read smelled of glue) but the view was a building site,so a tick for that anyway. Staff, mixed. Older guy at breakfast, brilliant, young guys at reception, fine, female....indifferent. Hotels best point is being ... Read more

Stayed here in October with extended family. Located just behind the Moolchand Metro Station, pretty well connected. The Hotel is going through a renovation and so some of its charisma is lost amidst all the din of the renovation. The Hotel Lobby now shares space with the breakfast cafe and so appears cramped. We were alloted rooms in the second floor. The rooms appeared to have just been renovated and so appeared pristine and new. Its got a modern vibe and the decor definitely modern. Rooms are... First thing that strikes you about the property is location- bang opposite to metro station and neighbouring the bustling Delhi residential area, a short walk around the property is enough to give one a flavour of typical Delhi lifestyle (reminds of Gaurav Chandna's locality in Fan :)) First things first- the property is under renovation so expect an odd looking reception, a cluttered dining area and some typical construction smell as you enter the floor. Labours climbing up and down right out... Read more

I have stayed a number of times in Hotel Vikram, New Delhi. It is located in Lajpat Nagar and very close to Moolchand Metro station. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. The hotel is also located almost in the heart of the city and is easily accessible to many marketing places. It is very economical particularly for business people. The quality and the variety of foods offered are also very good.

Just adjoint to mulchand metro. I like this hotel for the location and decor mostly. stuff are just superb. Avoid 1st and 2nd floor rooms . Those are super small. Try to take rooms at 4th floor. Those are bigger in size. I have stayed in this hotel 2 times. At first time I got room at 1st floor. Which was super small. But this time I got better room. This is an old construction vintage type hotels . Room decor and furniture's r old to give it a vintage look. So rooms are nice . Breakfast options... Read more

Being in Delhi and that too in South Delhi, professional behaviour shows up as you enter the property. Only some time you feels it's too dry and mechanical. Location is convenient being adjacent to MOOLCHAND METRO STATION, but equally silent . Rooms are good and adequately furnished though freshness is bit lacking due to lights and colour combinations used. Food quality can be improved further. WiFi and TV were good. 24 restaurant is really good thing.

The reception staff were fine with me. It was a bit daunting being taken up in what I assume is the cargo elevator. Exiting on the relevant floor to see all the guts of pipes, cabling, etc made it feel very grungy. The rooms themselves are good. Perfectly serviceable if a little dated in decor. Bathrooms well maintained and no quibbles with cleanliness. The constant noise from the Mool Chand flyover is a bit distracting however and the strong smell of solvent on all floors adds to the already... Read more

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is currently being renovated, so the reception is a table in the restaurant & the lift used is the cargo lift, which is a bit unexpected. Our room was on the 2nd floor & not very large but big enough for what we needed. The hotel is opposite a train station which you can hear from the room. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was a buffet but the waiter also offered to do us fried eggs. We also ate dinner here & the meals were tasty on both nig... Read more

the rooms are very nice, Nice showers and space. Try to get one on the back side, its quieter due ti the metro being on the front side. Pretty noisy. They are working on parts but they quieten down at night. The staff is great and strive to please, The restrurant could have a better menu but...its India! The management is also very helpful and understanding.
