The bedroom and bedding were clean. There is free WIFiI . There are also tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The first night , We did not get a good nights sleep due to 2 large groups staying of youths a football team and a cricket team. Who were noisey. What with that the fridge in the room mak... The hotel was booked by the tour company for the start and end of tour. It was down a very busy lane . Our room was very ordinary and dull and the bathroom facilities were appalling. The hotel was fairly old, tired and poorly lit. Breakfast was very basic but staff were helpful. At night time the opposite street turned in to a market type street for the locals. The air conditioner could not be used as it smelt very musty when on so did not use it. There was an overhead fan but the room was warm... Read more

This hotel was booked for us in a package, it was very old hotel with old furniture, the room was very small that has a margin of one and a half meters a side of the bed! The Window A/c was so smelly when on! The bathroom was small and old snd towels were so old (its color has changed even)! The electricity socket need socket transformer, also we found a cockroach in the room! The room didn't have window so the coverage network was week. The breakfast was very limited but it was Ok .. it was v... Read more

A tour operator booked this hotel for us saying it as a 3 Star hotel. It doesn't deserve even a single star. Rooms are cramp and smells bad. No space to walk. Dirty toilets. Our rooms were changed later in the evening after complaining. It was better but definitely not recommendable. Breakfast too was bad The management has similar property called Regent Intercontinental where rooms were given to us later in the tour. That is better. However both the hotels situate in busy Karol Bagh market area... Read more

This hotel was booked as the beginning of an organised tour. The room was clean, bed was comfy. A few people from our group had to change rooms. The bathroom was tiny, maybe not the right size to try and fit an old faded dirty bathtub in. Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful.

This hotel was the start of my 15 days in India with a tour group.... My room was on the third floor, when I arrived I was escorted to my room by the security guard? I'll be kind and call my room dingy. Just like others, a variety of insects were present, my towels were thread bare and can't think of a color to call them, my "window" opened to some sort of shafts, the safe didn't work and I chose to sleep in my sleeping bag liner to avoid the possibilities. Given the condition of the bathroom... Read more

Part of a group travel through India with Intrepid. For a scary moment thought that this was the standard we were going to get, thankfully it improved. Karol Bagh is a bit of a buzz with heaps of traffic pushing through narrow streets and lanes, plenty of eateries, some bars and has a Metro Station which is not all that far from the Regent Continental. Tried both Silver class room and Gold class, the Gold class has a street facing window but sadly mine had the old box type a/c unit mounted in th... Read more

This was the last hotel on our tour of Northern India and by far the worst. The room was pokey to say the least. The only natural light was a frosted glass window onto the centre of the hotel which meant a dark room to which you could make out shapes from other areas. In addition it smelt and at bedtime I found a stain on the sheet on one side so had to keep to the other side, the room smelt and the bath at was dirty. Other guests in our group said they found the same. Far from a hotel I could r... Read more

We were booked in to this hotel on the first leg of an Intrepid holiday It is situated down a small street in the Karol Bargh area of Delhi which is really convenient for restaurants and the Metro. Our room was in a block to the right of the main hotel on the third floor. The only description I can use is "grimy"..the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The sheets didn't fit the bed so I resorted to using a sleeping bag liner. Our room wasn't serviced on the first day so ther... Read more

We stayed in this hotel on the first and last nights of a tour, and the whole group were dreading returning for the last night. It was down a side street in the Karol Bargh area of Delhi. We arrived early in the morning before check in time so sat in reception, where I saw a mouse running across some luggage that was by the reception desk. The room (in the annexe) on the first night was adequate and was relatively clean, but one of our group had bugs crawling all over his bed The room on our ret... Read more

Unfortunately my wallet was pickpocketed on a very crowded Delhi Metro train. The hotel staff let me use their phone and desktop while both lining up card cancellations in Australia and in completing a rather detailed online report for the Delhi Police. (This is a must for insurance.) The staff were most understanding and helpful. I really appreciated their support at a rather stressful time. We were booked into the Regent Continental with an Intrepid tour group. They have chosen well. The room ... Read more

Stayed in this hotel at the start end finish of our Intrepid tour. The first time it was horrible. I had com prepared as I had read previous reviews and brought bug killer and disinfectant wipes. The room was small and really dirty. There was no top sheet on the bed just a not terribly clean blanket. It took ages to get a sheet. The air con was broken and whilst they did come and fix it all the dirt and mess from the repair was left on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and neither my husban... Read more

Stayed here as part of a group. Our experience not as bad as some others in our group but from first arrival (no guidance on getting to room in adjacent but separate wing) the attitude of staff was offhand and disinterested. None of lights in our bathroom worked and promise to send someone to fix never transpired, had to wash by torchlight. Had a mouse for company at breakfast in restaurant! No wifi reception in room and slow in lobby.
