Excellent staff and hotel, room was clean, food was great, only issue was the bathroom had the same fruit flies as other reviews and the tap was fixed with tin foil, but compared to other Indian hotels very good, will be staying here on our return trip to Delhi

TV was broken upon arrival but within 10mins a brand new TV was put into our room. Nice room, nice bed, hot showers (rare), and great service throughout entire stay. Overall great and enjoyable stay but best part was the service from the staff.

We stayed in 10 hotels in India during our tour with Intrepid, and this was the worst. The location was alright - close to the market, and 10 minutes walk to a metro station.  The room was small and  dark without a proper window.  The shower was sometimes hot and sometimes not.  The food was ok.  We had to leave our rubbish bin outside of the room to hint them to service the room, and they charged us 540 rupees for the service!  They told me the laundry would be ready at night when I dropp... The place was booked by one of our friends and I happen to check the reviews.. I was literally scared after reading about mice and all. Contrary to my expectations, the hotel was big, in a good location and in budget. We needed it for just one day and nothing luxurious. It suited our requirements completely. Rooms - spacious, clean, ventilated but did not have enough charging points. WiFi could be better. No hot water unless asked for. Breakfast - A good spread and average taste. Bathr... Read more

I visited this hotel with my friends for a couple of days. The Hotel was superb, the location is great as all the shops we at walking distance from the Hotel. Everything around the Hotel was very lively. You cannot get bored there for sure. We used to go around Karol Bagh every evening to refresh ourselves for a hectic day of Delhi sight seeing. The Rooms were nice and clean, Hotel gave us free Wifi and good breakfast. Hotel had a bar with live music which was great and enjoyable too.

I stayed there as part of an Intrepid trip. We arrived the night before and were actually given a decent room although the water wasn't always hot. We were told that we would have to change rooms, but they changed their minds the next morning. Several people on the tour reported bed bug bites. When we returned at the end of the tour, we were put into the part of the hotel that was next door. It was in horrible shape. The electricity kept cutting out, and the internet was inconsistent. There wa... Read more

Intrepid needs to use a new hotel! Where to start? Room is filthy, there are dust balls, stains in the shower, and we had a mouse in the room. It scampered over me in bed while taking a nap and when we first complained a hotel guy chased it into the air conditioning unit and said the mouse was gone. We thought he had shooed it outside, but it came back like ten minutes later and we asked to switch rooms. Two men came up and couldn't find it and said "it's fine it's fine no mouse" -- we asked for... Read more

Stayed here with a group and it was by far the worst hotel of our 15 day trip. The room was moldy smelling and not clean. The others in the group also had serious issues with their rooms. Hotel was loud, dark and dingy. Mouse and fruit flies in the restaurant and food was meh. Three star rating sure is generous. Opted to leave the trip early so I didn't have stay in it again and so double paid for 1 night. The area it's in is also not great. And by not great, I mean really not great.

There is nothing much to expect in terms of how the rooms are designed. It's not bad but it's also not quite stunning. Be careful with the tub+shower though, was pretty slippery. Our tub actually had a crack in it. On the othe rhand, breakfast is free. Overall, I think this was an "okay" place to stay in. I love that this hotel is in Karol Bagh. I really enjoyed going around and buying more clothes that my luggage can actually accommodate.

Stayed here as part of a group. Our experience not as bad as some others in our group but from first arrival (no guidance on getting to room in adjacent but separate wing) the attitude of staff was offhand and disinterested. None of lights in our bathroom worked and promise to send someone to fix never transpired, had to wash by torchlight. Had a mouse for company at breakfast in restaurant! No wifi reception in room and slow in lobby.
