Our room was clean and comfortable in a great location. The helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. We were able to leave some extra luggage there for a couple of weeks even though we were not staying there on our way back through Delhi. We were even offered facilities to 'wash and brush up' when we collected it. The Restaurant is great and again the staff were appropriately attentive and friendly.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again .

We had two nights at Hotel Palace Heights as a stop over, it was highly recommended by a good friend. The friendly staff made us feel very comfortable and happily took care of all our needs (we are traveling with a two year old). The food in the Restaurant was delicious, rooms are small but smart and clean. Very happy!

I found the hotel to be overrated on Trip advisor. The location is good, in the heart of the Delhi mess. Close to the Metro. and the Tuk-Tuks are just outside. I stayed for 2 nights and the room size is OK, everything is dated, it doesn't feel luxurious. I found the beds to be hard and the pillows are cheep, remind me the bed quality in China. very basic to give it 4-5 stars here. In the morning when I went to the bathroom the sink was full of ants, see pictures. They do give you fresh Juice whe... Read more

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. Rooms are comfortable and breakfasts are excellent (we recommend the puri bhaji in particular). There is also a very good restaurant in the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. However, unfortunately we believe a pair of designer sunglasses were taken from our room. Before going into the details, it should be said that the hotel and the management handled this situation in a very helpful manner and helped us recover them, hence the posi... Read more

This is the best hotel of four I stayed in India! It's located to the very centre of New Delhi, only a few minute walk from the station. The room was comfy and quiet, and the staff had great hospitality. The only one negative event we experienced was when one of receptionists rang the bell at our room at past 6am on our last day. We were two guests of ladies and just waken up by the bell but he said "can I come in?" which made me feel unsafe. It seemed he wanted to talk about something secret,... Read more

This is a small hotel on the second floor, located in the prime business locality of New Delhi. It seems favourite of Americans. Th rooms are small but clean and well equipped. No frills like Gym/spa etc. They have only one Restaurant 'Zaffran', which serves very good Indian food and is quite popular with locals. The breakfast spread is frugal but they give you additional fresh choice by order. The biggest attraction of this hotel is its service and the staff , who offer you a pleasant stay and... Read more

stayed one night at the hotel. the check in was smooth. the staff are attentive and had arrange a half day tour with driver as per our request with reasonable price. dinner at Zafran Restaurant was good , even though it was full of people and we need to wait a bit and ask the hotel staff to call us at the room to reserve our table. I love the location too as it is near to metro station and shopping district in New Delhi.

Although this hotel is situated in a great place by Connaught Place , we were disappointed . The rooms are far too small , A/C was not working properly , the staff were OK but could've been more friendly , breakfast was very average. The hotel is actually on the 2 nd floor of the building and there is no real reception area to sit in to escape the almost claustrophobic feeling of the small rooms.

The Hotel Palace Heights is centrally located to the downtown area, but far away from the airport. The room was clean but a little small. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is connected to a very nice restaurant, where we had a nice dinner. The breakfast was okay.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the rajiv chowk metro stop which makes getting to the new delhi railway station and red fort easy trips. The rooms are a bit small so with two people it felt like at any moment I was about to bump into something. The room was clean and modern with a good working AC while the free WiFi worked fine. The included breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but there is a room length window with a cityscape view to take your mind off things. I was satisf... Read more

We were booked into this hotel by our Tour Operator - India by Car and Driver. The location is absolutely central and very near to all the 'happening' places. . Even though the rooms are quite small compared to some other hotels, they more than make up for it in cleanliness and room-service. The staff are attentive and very helpful. . The food at the restaurant in 'ZAFFRAN' was top class and extremely tasty. We ate most of our meals in this restaurant except for the two occasions that we we... Read more

I was travelling for business and just slept the night in the hotel. Very small room but it's in the heart of CP so I was OK with that. If ur looking for a big room u wanna spend lots of time, this is not the place. Staff was very cooperative and breakfast was decent (scope for improvement).

We booked this hotel for the first two nights we were in Delhi. The cab that they arranged to pick us up from the airport was very nice and informative. It took about 40 mins to get to the hotel from the airport. We were welcomed with mango juice, cookies and fruit, all delivered to our room within 10 mins of showing up. The staff was very friendly and informative, especially giving us tips about being young women foreigners in Delhi. The location is great -- very easy access to the metro and ... Read more

This charming hotel has clean rooms and helpful staff. As with most affordable hotel room in large cities, the rooms are pretty compact, but not as cramped as rooms we've stayed in in Tokyo and Singapore. The location is handy: Connaught Place is the place to be. ??? The restaurant - Zaffran - attached to the hotel is wonderful. If you're a bit of a foodie you should stay here, simply so you can have delicious food from the chef-run kitchen. Can't speak too highly of the restaurant.

I booked a night here on reading great reviews on TripAdvisor, and wasn't disappointed. Apart from the location, the staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful. The room was tiny, but they were perhaps overbooked and I was OK as it was only for a night and I was alone. But the room was comfortable and had all facilities such as electric kettle, minibar, hair dryer etc. Especially remarkable was attention to details such as a small sewing kit. I noticed a new umbrella as well. But the most im... Read more

If you are looking for a place near market with plenty of eating n drinking options, location of this hotel in unbeatable. I read plenty of reviews mentioning space constraint in rooms so I was expecting really a small room (like in city centre of many european countries). I opted for a deluxe room and I didnt find it too small. It was ok for two persons. Overall I had memorable stay.

Only thing I loved about the hotel was the humility of the staff otherwise everything else is exaggerated! Mattresses too hard. Air conditioner blew bad urine smell in my room. Food very salty. Had to move to a different hotel for the remainder of my stay. Room view from room 211 is not something u would love to wake to see on a vacation!

This hotel has great location, easy to catch the metro or find an Uber. They were also accommodating both times we arrived very early and let us have breakfast and then go to our room ahead of time. Great breakfast, masala chai and lassis. There are also plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance.
