Pros: Nice location. Available on google maps and Uber/Ola. Was on a main road. Easy early morning 8am taxi pickups Uber/Ola. Breakfast was similar most days but variety for all eg: Fruits, juice, c. sausage, egg items were made to order. Bhaji and poori or paratha on different days. We are a family of 4 with 2 children and all different tastes but could find something or other to eat. Not a big spread like Novotel but enough to have a good breakfast for all types of eaters. Nice and compact... Read more

We stayed overnight on two different days in November. Our experience the first time was good. The rooms are small, but the staff were very helpful, the breakfast satisfactory, the location was great. When we returned for the second stay, the room was substandard, with the leather (?) peeling off the chair handles, broken tile in the bathroom, with only a glass-holder in the shower!!! We had to ask for bathmats and face towels. (Due to some construction we had to traipse through several fl... Read more

I stayed in Park Plaza, Shahdara, for 3 nights and 2 days--excellent hospitality and good food- Chef Deepak Lal Choudhary seems to have magic in his hands- he understood my requirements very clearly on Day 1 and thereafter I felt every meal was a Divine one. My thanks to the other supporting staff members who made the program I conducted in the hotel for two days a success and my stay very comfortable,

We had planned a corporate visit. This place is at safdarjung in a delhi. Quite a residential area but safe. The place was under some renovation therefore we had to use the other exit which was a bit annoying. The rooms were clean with the basic amenities. I liked the simple decor. The beds and the linen were also clean. I must say that the staff and do better especially the front desk staff. The funny part was that the rates with the buffet lunch was way to expensive for the spread. I think the... Read more

I had stayed at Iris Park Hotel in Oct '16 for a business trip. Pros: - Allow late check-ins & early check-outs - Staff is cordial & helpful - Decent breakfast spread - Centrally located Cons: - Rooms are very tiny - Can be a little more clean Won't comment much since I stayed only for 1 night. Don't think it'll be the best place for families.

This is a hotel I usually prefer to stay when I am in New Delhi. Its a small hotel, but clean, comfortable and caring. When I travel alone I opt for hotel airport pickup and drop and have found them to be punctual. This time my flight landed much ahead of the estimated time but the hotel driver was there with the car. Also, around the time of my stay there was not many guest,so there was no complementary buffet breakfast but they served us whatever we wanted, complementary,of course. So that is why opt f... We had to stay in Delhi for four nights to get our visa renewed. We booked a hotel by name Cosy Grand in R K Puram area, after carefully reading the reviews on the net. When we reached the hotel, we felt cheated as the room were dirty, the linens were horrible, the service very bad, highly over priced and the food (breakfast) hopeless. We decided to change after staying one night, even though we had booked the hotel for three nights. Looked for other hotels in nearby areas. Lucky to have located... Read more

I stayed in economy class rooms with single occupancy. The rooms are really very small and it's difficult to find empty space to stand in the room. There was no proper space to keep your luggage which needs to kept either on floor or on bed making room very untidy and unmanaged. The side tables were also occupied and no space to keep even small essentials like mobile etc. As such rooms were clean and maintained well. Staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was average with few choices... Read more
