Stayed in this hotel for 7 days in January 2016 and found the Hotel very clean and good. Centrally located and proximity to the famous Gaffar market is great advantage. The staff is great and breakfast is also good. Hotel service is good and staff is also very helpful. Will love to stay again.

Our room was towards the atrium. The staff made a lot of noise till 1 am. It was impossible to sleep. There were no soundproofing. In the morning there was only cold water. The breakfast was lousy. The remote controller was not functioning and there were also some problems with the safety box. Not nice surrounding.

Hotel Gulnar is decent hotel in Karol Bagh area. Around 20 Minutes from New Delhi Station, India Gate by auto rickshaw. I booked hotel through Goibibo at discounted rates. First day they gave me Room opposite to lift with two bed for honeymoon couple, which is really uncomfortable. But afterwards I insist them to change & gave me better room. Area is average 10 min walking from market, Many other hotels are there. Management is good & helpful. Breakfast is ok ok.

Spacious rooms. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Silence.Helpful desk officers.Breakfastbuffet is simpel but everything can be ordered and is serverd with a smile. Close to Karol Bagh market and metro station ( both 10 minutes walk). Good management leads to this result. in the past we tried other hotels in this area, but believe us, this is the best you will find.Perfect 10 for us.

Nice and clean rooms, bed was good, decorated very well, friendly staff. Always ready to help. Karol Bagh market nearby. Riksha in front of the hotel only. U can arrange almost everything through them, money change, tickets 2 other cities, cab. Roomservice was great. Had a lovely stay.

Gulnar Hotel is a few streets away from the busy Karol Bagh market street - this is good because its easy walking to the action, but the hotel is actually in a relatively quiet spot. I really loved that the large windows looked out onto the street below and all its comings and goings, and I also loved breakfast on the roof in the mornings (even if the waiter was a bit surly, and it didn't start til 7:30 am). Remember, you can ask for fresh parathas. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, service... Read more

I was there on a business trip and stayed there for almost a week.So here are the pros and cons of choosing the hotel. 1.Complimentary airport pick up & drop facility. 2. 5 minutes walk from Karolbagh metro station. 3. All important shops of daily needs and market is just near the hotel. 4. Front desk staff are very helpful specially Mr. Sharma 5. room service is quick. Now the cons 1. Breakfast spread is limited. No south Indian dishes.Only puri, parantha are repeated every alternate day. 2. A l... Read more

The food was good at the restaurant. The breakfast was good. We had a little difficulty with language. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi kept kicking us off though which was annoying. Linen was provided including towels and toiletries. We had a nice stay.

The hotel was in a good location but was noisy at night. Rooms were clean and tidy however the bathroom would flood after a shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended if you want to stay in Karol Bagh and want to visit the areas near by.

I stayed at the Hotel Gulnar for two days during my last visit to New Delhi. Even though they offered wifi at all rooms, I failed to get any wifi in my room. The room I booked was super deluxe and they give me an average size room. I found it is not at all a super deluxe room. Very bad service at rooms. Not satisfied with the hotel and not recommend for any one.

We were recommended this hotel by a tour guide in Delhi and we initially booked 5 nights. But only stayed 1 night due to the area the hotel is located and also the hotels cleanliness wasnt up to date!!! the area is so bad and I do not recommended tourist to book in this area. food was ok. The front desk person didn't have a smile on his face and so wasn't a very friendly welcome.

The place his in middle of a market and there is no place of parking. Driver was cribbing about place of stay as it heavily crowded and traffic moves very slow. If you are visiting Delhi, this might not be the right choice. Rooftop restaurant is not covered and evening will be full of mosquitoes on the table. Food is good and staff is friendly.

Found the rooms we were given as very small and conjusted. The rooms did not have a window facing the street, in fact they have placed windows right in the alley where people keep passing by and peep. Food was average. Hotel does not have a proper restaurant and found it not so clean.

It was a nice hotel in a busy area of New Delhi. Pity our only window opened up onto the corridor so the corridor noise was very disturbing at night. Staff warm and helpful especially over the season of Diwali. There was fireworks being let off in the street for two nights - so on the second night - they invited all the western guests for a free dinner. Bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke and towels were hard and grey.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre, very close to the metro, in a nice area. Modern room, clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed, the staff very helpful, charming, and always available. Good food at any time of day Also. Very nice stay.

This hotel is much more of 1-2star than 3star for us. The place is somewhere near Old Delhi so its scary to walk outside and roam around. Room is okay. But they have terrible wifi here like seriously terrible. Dinner and breakfast is very disappointing. Better to eat outside than eat in the hotel. As for the staff, they were very kind and helpful to us. Thats probably the only good thing in this hotel. And also their water is clean.

We had a very nice stay at Gulnar Hotel. We were very stressed out as we landed in Delhi when the government changed some old notes and all the atm and banks were not working. The hotel manager and staff were really helpful and they made our stay really enjoyable. The hotel is modern and has hot water and fast wifi. It's not far from the main attractions and it is in a safe neighbourhood at night. Very nice.

The quality rooms are average for this range of hotels, expect for what you pay. I stayed there with my mom and auntie from 2/11 till 4/11 and from 8/11 till 11/11. The hotel was very noisy. You can hear all the noise of the corridor from your room. In our first stay there were some firecrackers also. In our second stay there was a party on the rooftop and the music was very loud till midnight. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms. But the personnel is very helpful, starting f... Read more
