It was really good place as we were on a business trip and we dont had too go to far from hotel for our work. I stayed for 3 days in September and really loved the hotel. Everything was near to the hotel, as it is situated in one of the best place of delhi, Connaught place. Room was small but decent enough for perfect stay. 2 things what was really low was it is just behind shivaji bridge railway station, so you have to listen the trains calling, and the food was not upto mark. But other then ... Read more

Mercifully, I was booked to stay one night. The room was dark and I learnt the next morning that to save on aircon, they had opened a window and then pulled the curtain. No wonder I kept hearing road noise. Although I had the executive room furthest from the train station, I could still hear it. I ended up taking a melatonin. Something I have not done for a while. The bathroom window/ventilator had a plank for a glass. Water pressure was weak. The bath towel had not touched fabric softeners.... Read more

Not a too luxury hotel but still the room and room service is too good . Bit expensive to stay there. Morning breakfast is not that good. The toilet and room are so hygienic no problem at all they are providing room heater too in winter. Food also bit expensive

The only advantage in this hotel is the location nothing else. The check-in process is such once you give ID proof they look at it like one has from another planet. The room No. 205 is pathetic that they open it with master key and when ever you come out of room one has to request to open it again. The rooms needs renovation. The bathrooms are dirty seems the tiles have not been cleaned Atleast for 1 year. Hard to sleep the railway track is just behind the hotel and the trains are running... Read more

Having stayed at Emarald hotel in Kochi, i decided to stay at Emarald in Delhi as my colleagues were staying there. The room had quite a lot of wood work that made it feel a bit dingy. This hotel is also located next to a local train station and the trains were really loud, and I could hear the sound of the train horns each time a train passed by. I did like the food here and it was quite tasty. Will probably look out for more options on my next visit.
