I stayed at hotel by seeing this 3star rating in Indian Tourism. Hotel was located in old delhi so it is very nearer to Red Fort, Rajpath, India Gate, Rastrapath Bhawan, Parliament etc. I got a complimentary tiffin but it was not upto the mark. Hotel Cleaniess is average. Room toiletries quite ordinary and the most unfortunate part is that no free Wifi.

My mother and I stayed at the Hotel Broadway for two nights. The hotel kitchen is really fantastic. The food is very tasty and clean. The staff are very helpful - especially the night manager! The rooms are clean but a little noisy during the night (but from my experience this is a problem in all hotels in any big Indian city). Highly recommended!

My third time here and all was as expected, great location if you like to be quickly in the thick of Old Delhi and excellent food. Breakfasts are more than satisfactory and we ate one night in the hotel restaurant Chor Bizzare and it was excellent. Also check out the room service snacks - really tasty. Loving the quirky feel to this hotel and will certainly stay here again and recommend it. This is a great location but it is on a very busy road with noise 24/7 Downsides - water pressure not grea... I stayed at the Hotel Broadway for 3 nights in March. It is situated right on the edge of Old Delhi provbiding a perfect place from which to explore the old part of the City. Rooms are comfortable and the facilities are good. Staff are feindly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is recommended although there are plenty of other good eating places in the surrounding area. The only drawback is that it is some distance from a metro station (although they are building one just down the street.)

10 minutes wlk from New Delhi railway station, on the way of the bus from the airport ; 15 minutes walk to Jama Majid, 15 minutes to Connaught place. A good hotel, with a good service. The breakfast is OK. The menu is expensive, but the restaurant decor is very nice.

I searched online ( on trip advisor/Google) and booked it as it was close to G B PANT hospital. I was truly delighted with the appearance, decor. The room wasn't spacious or extremely comfortable but, definitely a visual treat. Even if not for the stay, one should definitely try the restaurant ( chore bazar ) for fabulous decor ( truly - old world charm ) and authentic food, served on time with warm treatment

It is a good hotel in old Delhi. Inside, the ambience is great but once you step outside this hotel you may not find a good atmosphere. you will find drunkards and dogs sleeping in the way nearby. It is advisable not to venture out once its dark outside.

Tucked inside the beautiful and eclectic Hotel, the restaurant Chez Bizzare is a gem. The restaurant itself is beautiful and decorated with a "Hollywood flair" and the buffet featuring an amalgam of recipes from different parts of India is fun and flavorful. Service is exceptional and the entire experience is terrific. If you have time, be sure to visit Thugs, the bar attached to the restaurant and featuring a fun collection of Hollywood's most famous villains and "gangstas"!

The room itself is not at all luxurious. BUT, it might well have the best view of Varanasi - this is particularly special at sunrise. The room itself is also part of what used to be an old river palace - clearly evident from the inside and outside architecture. The staff were very friendly, helpful. The bathroom is typically Asian, and very little toilet paper is provided. But if you don't need modern luxuries, you cannot ask for a better room or location.

Great hotel in Old Delhi. Full of colonial charm and probably would cost three times as much if it was not in Old Delhi. We started our India trip here and with the mayhem of Old Delhi on the door step, were pleased we did. The staff were helpful and the room well appointed. The sounds of Old Delhi were evident everywhere. The restaurant had a good breakfast and there was a charming old world bar, which served bar food. They organised the train trip to Agra for us and we so helpful in doin... Read more

The Broadway Hotel, Delhi is by far the most deceitful listing, full of false advertising and bad service. I arrived to the hotel, after a very lengthy travel day, only to find a room that was not what I reserved and paid for prior to arrival. The hotel desk clerk was rude, condescending and downright unhelpful. He made me fill out a handwritten ledger book, when first of all, isn‚??t my reservation already complete? Be prepared to always give your passport/visa for photocopying at any check in.... Read more

Chose to stay here because it had good reviews in the LP. First of all they tried to rip us off. We paid an extra 500 rupees or so for an upgrade which included "airport drop" and 3 hours of free wifi. When we asked for the wifi password, they claimed it wasn't included. I showed the confirmation which said, and I copy and paste: Extras Purchased or Included: Wi-Fi for 1 Hour Adult Quantity: 3 Child Quantity: 0 Price: Included Buffet Lunch Adult Quantity: 1 Child Quantity: 0 Price: Included A... I stayed here so I could do a bike tour early at 6.30am which starts opposite the hotel. The staff were polite and restaurant and bar excellent. The feedback form after the evening meal showed how much the hotel value your opinion. Room was nice but there was a musky smell in the corridors. Location was good as middle of old Delhi and Connaught place

I have been traveling with my sister in India and we booked a few days at Hotel Broadway for our time in Delhi. The area around the hotel feels very sketchy and the driver who dropped us off told us not to leave the hotel after dark at all. As two women travelling alone safety, especially in Delhi, is very important. We were not entirely sure what to do as the reservation fees were nonrefundable, but after we were told there was a 24 hour 500R charge PER DEVICE for WiFi we made the decision to c... Read more

Landing off the plane straight into the madness of Delhi is a bit of a shock and coming to this hotel in the Old Town on a very busy road was probably not the best choice. It is the rough end of town with not much in the immediate location...you have to walk to get to anything or take a tuk tuk. The room itself was quite large and had a good aircon but the bathroom was small and old and the general vibe was a bit dingy and dark. We had a room which could interconnect by a door to another room a... Read more

I have not been staying at the hotel, but the tour had a scheduled lunch at the restaurant. It was my first lunch in India, and it was very enjoyable! The space is nicely decorated very cozy and inviting. The food is tasty, the service efficient and the prices very fair - my cheapest bottle of water in India was drunk here! I strongly advise!

The food was good at the restaurant. The security is a joke, however. I was most annoyed that during the recent currency crisis in India, the staff refused to change even $20 to rupees - at the confiscatory rate - "We have to reserve our rupees.", they said. Consequently we were reduced to wandering the streets of Old Delhi without ANY money - we could not buy a bottle of water, take a tuk tuk or visit any monuments, much less shop for essentials. This ruined the first two days of our trip an... Read more
